Horrible experience — two people from a party of 5 had ITEMS STOLEN FROM THE ROOMS, the hotel couldn't care less, has not issued reimbursement and is quite frankly mocking us.

Strategic location, few are so central at this price. Staff of extreme friendliness. Very good value for money
Facilities: friendly and helpful staff, Wi-Fi in the rooms.
Room: Ours was huge, a triple (paid for double) pleasing furnishings in a classic style. Comfortable bed. Powerful air conditioning But I couldn't adjust it. Minibar present but inside it only 2 small bottles of water. Flat screen Tv, located very far from the bed and quite small.
Safe present and functional.
Bathroom: Clean equipped and functional with plenty of towels and quality even bathrobes over long towels. Hairdryer present but weak.
Cleanliness: Perfect bath, room some dust accumulated in some spots. Walls that would require a refresh.
Breakfast: Proportionate to the price. Not available cooked foods (eggs and bacon for instance), recharge enough but nothing special.
Hotel recommended courtesy and value for money. I will definitely go back.

Everything in our room was broke: door, window, shower cabin door, even curtain bar holder! Room was smelling musty! Breakfast is simply worse ever! There is only supermarket cakes, cookies. Don’t look for anything healthy there. Otherwise location is great and room cleaning was also good! On top of that when I mentioned all above to reception the lady there was very rude. She basically didn’t care and didn’t apologize! Just said we can change the room but she wouldn’t tell change to what room! Maybe next one would be same or worse who knows. Anyway waste of your money to stay there! It was simply too pricey for such a lousy place.

Good day, I would like to get the manager´s number, or the owner one. Last month I spent some time in this hotel, and I got my money stolen from the safe box. Today I have not received any kind of answer about this issue from anyone.

Great Hotel 2 minutes from the centre walk and especially in the main street while it is a 16 minute walk from the station, clean with very spacious rooms! Recommended to visit Bologna near many places of interest.

Great hotel with a lot of ambiance. The location, in the centre of Bologna, is very comfortable. There are a lot of shops en restaurants close by. The only unfavourable factor was that the rooms are somewhat noisy.

It is a hotel located in the heart of the historic centre of Bologna. An elegant and refined hotel with breakfast included. The bedrooms are comfortable and well-appointed, there is also a very relaxed winter garden. The view embraces the historic center of the city and the staff and always very friendly and helpful to all guests. I had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Assuming that I go around a lot for work and hotel I have filmed many I have to say … Definitely great location, very central!
But as for the talk rooms leaves a lot to be desired about cleaning and maintenance.
We booked online, some time ago, from the photos you saw it was a dream coral red chesterfield lounge, marbles and stairs with very comfortable carpeting and on top of that breakfast included with bar brioche.
Upon our arrival they give us magnetic cards and practically the surprise is around the corner… they let us go through a secondary entrance, we go to the second floor to my surprise I find a dirty hallway with sofas at least forty years ago with some darting with retracted, we enter the room and find hair in the bathroom, a towel/carpet under the radiator that leaked rust, the window in the shower with mold, windows without curtains, sheets with holes, drain de bathroom broken, blankets stained, the window door did not have the X hooks stop the shutters once closed! In the morning we go down for breakfast and find the frozen brioche, the juices packaged the fruit does not exist, mah! I could go on but I'll stop here! Of course, we were just spending "120.00" per night just, for what's proposed in the picture, but way too much to sleep in the closet and eat that stuff!

3 stars only on the sign, really impeccable as services, kindness of staff and cleanliness.
The hotel is in an enviable position, in the center, on the most important street and with a small inner garden accessible at all hours; Also the décor and the environment is very well cared for and tasteful, the rooms are spacious, all even the standard ones.
Breakfast was excellent.
We had a drive with the reservation as Expedia moved us the date being full the hotel on New Year's Eve but once we arrived, being in the dark, the staff immediately found us a solution.

Me and my wife stayed there 3 nights just in the beginning of sept. 2016. Totally we were very satisfied: The hotel is NOT a hotel of "grand luxe", But it is very well located, the staff is extremely kind the atmosphere is familiar the room was clean the beds quite all right, the breakfast is excellent and VERY important: the air-conditionning plant was very silent and efficient, so, when we shut the window to the inner-court, our room was very silent and well airconditonned. It's in the heart of the city and very nice staff.

A hotel located in the central area of good quality, not high prices. The staff were friendly and professional. Depending on which side the rooms can be a bit noisy. Slightly dated décor. If you use it for sightseeing in town recommended.

Hotel 3 star quality, receptionists friendly, room very clean and with everything you need, clean bathroom, flat screen tv, possibility to change temperature digitally, in short, everything was great. Price is not high.
