All ok great hotel amenities and great housekeeping.

It is a very clean and comfortable hotel. It is relatively far from the city center but there is a bus connecting very near. There are also a few restaurants nearby. The breakfast is good.

Not sure how they managed to get 4 stars. Dirty hotel, tiny restroom and thin walls. Quite weak breakfast. Not possible to get an iron and iron board to the room, staff suggested to iron your clothes at reception… Easy check-in and check out. Friendly staff. For the same budget you can try best Western city which is less than 1 km away.

Honest hotel in that of Bologna… You sleep peacefully and you can have breakfast. No restaurant. A couple of steps (real and not to say) from a health facility.

With a twenty-minute walk from the train station I was able to stay overnight in a hotel at a price in line with that of many B&Bs around the station. But with all the advantages of a 4-star Hotel: always open reception, clean and quiet room, quality and hearty buffet breakfast. Absolutely positive experience.

I gave 4 stars as the hotel ideal wine location at the Villa Erbosa Clinic many confort.

I spend one night in the hotel. Pretty nice hotel in Bologna. English speaking service, nice atmosphere. Situated not far from Bologna Center. But around the hotel I didn't notice good restaurants or supermarkets. Breakfast from 7 to 10.30, food is fresh. Room was clean with air conditioner.

Very modern Hotel in quiet area outside the city walls but a 10 min drive from the center.
The rooms are very clean. Maybe some fault in the room (hair dryer not working well light of the bathroom did not work well) but nothing unsurpassed.
I recommend it.

The property does not have much parking, the car remained in the street. The room is nice and clean. Modern furnishings. Friendly and smiling staff. Good breakfast Council.

I was in Bologna and I stayed overnight in hotel HC3. Located a few miles away. From the center, which we can reach with a bus that stops almost in front of the hotel, has a modern look, in a quiet area. Clean, with friendly staff and with honest prices. Definitely will be back.

Very nice "courtesy room" with internet, newspapers, magazines and TV and the possibility to enjoy a hot chocolate or a coffee.

Nice hotel a little bit outside of the centre with a good breakfast and nice rooms.

Hotel near the Villa grassy clinic. Quiet and quiet. The rooms are cozy. The breakfast is plentiful and the staff is helpful. The bus stop No. 11 is located about 100 meters and connects in 5 min The centre and the station.

Everything great, staff very helpful and friendly, room and beds good. Coffee dreadful.

Average property, is fine for those who do not have many expectations.

Hotel of good standard. Rooms not well soundproofed but the value for/prezzo has appeared. Ideal for periods of hospitalization to the adjacent clinic.

A good hotel with large, comfortable rooms, is located in a quiet area opposite the Racecourse but away from anything of interest in Bologna. The hotel has no restaurant and nearby there are taverns or restaurants. Staff courteous and helpful. Breakfast satisfactory.

Really a nice hotel on the outskirts of Bologna. Modern and very clean. It has a small gym equipped on the top floor. Weekend getaway without going too far! :-)

Nice and very pleasant atmosphere. Staff friendly and helpful. Conveniently located near the fair but not too far from downtown. Great value for money.
