The very friendly staff are friendly, a clean and working environment. It is located a short walk from the center. I also recommend it for the panoramic terrace, the sunset time and ideal for enjoying an aperitif.

Roof-top terrace offers a superb view of the city. We ordered 2 bottles of white wine (one a chardonnay, the other a pinot blanco) and both were really, really bad. At €25 each I felt we had been ripped off. The view is special though.

A nice hotel in the centre of Bologna. The rooms are small as anywhere else in Europe. I didn't like the fact that there is no carpet in the room, no carpets. In the bath there are scales for some reason to spoil the mood:)

In Bologna's old town, a beautiful, well-groomed and clean hotel. At an affordable price you can comfortably stay in a room detached from the rest of the property; very spacious and comfortable. Highly efficient staff and attentive to the needs of their customers. It features an indoor car park.

We are just checking out of this hotel this morning, it’s brilliant in every way, great Wi-Fi in room, lovely cool clean room, breakfast first class, even the old looking hairdryer was great. We spoke to the manager and she told us to look up at the roof top of the hotel (a bar at night) the views are fantastic, great location, staff very helpful, we paid the extra for car parking and was good. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent place to stay in Bologna. Good central location, very friendly staff, big and comfortable room. Breakfast has a good variety of products which are all fresh. The small yard and the beautiful terrace add to its warm and romantic feeling. The only negative I could say is the noise from the alley at different times of the day.

The hotel is 4 stars! A little gem. Clean and welcoming, breakfasts are great! It has a beautiful rooftop terrace from which to enjoy a beautiful view of the city while enjoying the aperitif. The staff are friendly and make you feel at home, pampered and cared for. For me it's a landmark!

Really enjoyed my stay in this very relaxing, modern hotel in the beginning of May. When we first entered the hotel we were instantly greeted by the friendly receptionist who informed us about the hotel and the best sights to visit in Bologna. She made us feel very welcome. We stayed in one of the themed rooms which was beautifully decorated. There is a lovely rooftop bar and jacuzzi in the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the lady who prepared breakfast was also very helpful. The hotel is very central and most tourist attractions are within walking distance.

Vengo spesso a Bologna e alloggio sempre in questo Hotel. La posizione centralissima permette di arrivare in Piazza Maggiore a piedi in meno di 5 minuti. I travel very often to Bologna and I always lodge here. The central location allows you to arrive in Piazza Maggiore with a less then 5 minutes walk. All the staff, nobody excluded, is very welcoming, nice and helpful. Comfort, cleanliness and a rich breakfast are their strengths. The Hotel Touring is like a second family for me and I can only recommend it to anyone who want to lodge in Bologna!

A lovely place from the terrace enjoy of the view of Bologna at 360 degrees with the evening lights is really fantastic.

A lovely, clean, quiet hotel with large rooms and a bathroom with a large shower. The heating works very well. The bed linen and bathroom very clean. Breakfast is buffet, very complete and for all tastes. Now step to the staff: they are the soul of the hotel, at reception always have the smile ready to meet your request, in the breakfast room the coffee or cappuccino is on the table at the right time, smiling and friendly, and the cleaning lady leaves everything ready for the new Day.
Being in the touring of Bolonya has been an experience that I want to leave patent and recommend to travelers who come to this city full of life and enjoy their stay. I forgot, the terrace of the 5th. Floor a magnificent view of the city day and night.

A beautiful hotel very near the center of the city. Staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. They have a beautiful terrace on the top floor with a magnificent view of Bologna and a bar. The rooms are very modern and contemporary with everything you need. Their breakfast buffet is very good.

I visited with my daughter and had a fantastic stay. The hotel was small and the reception staff so friendly and helpful. Everywhere was immaculately clean. The breakfast was varied and always delicious. We booked and used the rooftop jaccuzzi twice which had amazing panoramic views of Bolognese and tge Bolognese Hills. Only a 15 minute walk into the centre. Loved it at the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel Touring in Bologna is really nice. It is clean, comfortable, great location and the staff is incredible. It is probably the best value for your money in Bologna. I will stay here again!

Great location, extremely friendly and attentive front desk, and clean and comfortable rooms.

Didn't stay here but did avail of the rooftop panorama, which we had to book in advance. We decided on the aperitivo, at €25 per head, which included cocktails and nibbles. We actually had enough food that we didn't need to eat again for the rest of the evening, and the mojito and Moscow mule were excellent. The view was super, and I managed to take lots of photos, but we were a little unlucky as it was a cloudy evening. With a sunset, you'd get postcard quality pictures. One star deducted as additional drinks were a little pricy, but everything was really very enjoyable.

Small family run hotel, perfectly located to be in the city without the hardships of the city. Silent, in an active area of Bologna, with a quarter of an hour passage you reach the centre. Remarkable breakfasts, and close proximity to a couple of excellent trattorias complete the Trumps of this 4-storey hotel. At the fifth Loa Terrazza Mattuiani, a small corner projected on the rooftops of Bologna overlooking the cupolas of San Petronio and the Two towers.

It was easy to check in, breakfast is very good, room is clean and everything as expected. Everything in is the room is well kept with a neoclassic style. The front desk is very friendly and helpful.

All is well, but very narrow beds. There is a Russian-speaking employee, very nice and sociable. Has a lot to tell.

Stayed here last week and enjoyed the stay. The staff were very pleasant and friendly, especially with my 10 month old child (who loved the attention)! They also spoke good English (which I don't like to expect) but relied on it regularly. The room decor was looking a little dated, although we were offered to upgrade at check in but didn't fancy forking out an extra 30 euros a night. There was a fridge and safe in the room and the housekeeping kept our room clean (again, despite having my 10 month old child making a mess). The breakfast was expectedly continental and relatively varied in choice. The 'cooked' food I didn't think looked greatly appetizing but as I said the continental stuff was fairly plentiful. We didn't eat at the hotel in the evenings purely down to not wishing to pay 10 euros surplus charge for the first drinks, which seemed a completely unnecessary charge. If this was charged to non-residents fair enough but to in house guests seems unfair. Location was great for the city and a five to ten minute walk will have you in the central square. The real great crown jewels is the hotel terrace though. This has special and almost unmatchable views over the vast proportion of Bologna and would strongly encourage any staying guests to pop up there. I think it's worth mentioning (for parents with young children) that the lift was too small to fit in the children's buggy and resulted in us almost standing it on it's end to get it to fit.

Courtesy and hospitality characterize the structure close to the courts. Great service and wonderful landscape that can be seen from the wonderful terrace with hot tub.

The absolute best part of this hotel is the lovely roof terrace with great views, a perfect place to enjoy a drink and nibbles after a day out. Followed very closely by the very friendly and helpful service. It's in a good central location in a beautiful part of Bologna.

Hotel touring is located in one of the most exclusive areas of the city. Near the Center and is easy to reach.

The best hotel you can choose while visiting Bologna. You can rest peacefully, you can eat typically italian specialties and you can surely enjoy your stay, because the service is always on your side. I personally know the family and I can tell they are always kind, open-hearted, professional and hard working people. Love the position (in the very center of the ancient city), love the atmosphere in the place and their hospitality of course. I truly recommend it.

Hotel Touring is one of the most best hotels in Bologna I even seen before. I will appreciate its services, staff, food and scenery. The room was airy, clean and spacious. Food was mind blowing. I will recommend all to once visit this hotel.

Yesterday 24 / 25 02 10 just for a night in the hotel, also on the Internet found. Was probably not fully booked, is still no season although in Bologna always tourists running around. Beautiful city, by the way.
Positive: Very central but quiet location, modern rooms with heating for the cold season (and designer shower). You should try to get one on the fourth floor, which have a great view over the roofs of the city. But also the Dachterrase (5th floor) offers a fantastic panoramic view. Breakfast is good and rich operating very before coming, for me as a late riser was again raised and there was still a second Cappuciono.
Not quite so positive: Rooms are small and this fairly high-priced (double room for single use for 99 euros). Wi-Fi costs extra (such as 24 h for 10 euros), something free today should. Garage parking (only 2 PCs available) saves parking space search, but 21 euros. Car in the city is nonsense anyway.
Conclusion: Great little hotel in an ideal location for exploring the city.
