Highly recommended structure.! 😍🔝👍🏻
We spent a magnificent week in this beautiful structure overlooking the Gulf of Naples with a wonderful view, 2 beautiful swimming pools and beautiful gardens. The food was of excellent quality and the dishes simple but delicious, certainly thanks to a chef who knows his stuff. The service offered to the restaurant by the staff was the thing that remained most at our heart, the education, courtesy and sympathy of all without exception. In particular Marianna and Mr. Ciro are two exquisite people who made us feel pampered. Last but not least, the cleaning staff of the rooms was impeccable, courteous, helpful and discreet. We hope to return soon as it was truly an unforgettable experience.

I stayed in this property for only one night and I will never go back again bad service starting from breakfast not at all organized dirty rooms full of dust there was on the ground a lot of dust discreet bathroom pool nice but not cared for sunbeds without distancing for the price we paid is not even worth a star.

Hotel located in a fairytale place… exceptional panorama, beautiful structure, comfortable, clean rooms, beautiful swimming pool, food to say the least sublime, friendly staff, professional and heart of gold, excellent direction… we stayed there 4 days and we were fabulous… we were treated like family people… thanks to all the staff, from the first to the last … go thereiiiiii!

I've been to the grand hotel if we can call it that.
As for the pool the place is relaxing, nice, nothing to say, as far as the bad restaurant is concerned.
Poor food, bad quality. Not to mention the service. Slow, disliked and scurvy. I don't recommend it. Especially for the amount it takes it should be a great restaurant, instead it is bad.

Congratulations on Everything! really an excellent hotel with a helpful and always kind staff, very good and plentiful food, family friendly and finally spacious suites. Super recommended.

My wife and me recently stayed at your hotel, what a thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish. The staff were the friendliest we’ve experienced anywhere in the world, couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast and dinner choices were excellent and our room and view were superb. The bed was very comfortable and the maid service was top class. I noticed that some complained about traffic on the road around the hotel being heavy at all times, in my experience, isn’t this the case in most parts of Italy, it didn’t bother us at all. It was a short walk to the railway station for getting around easily was great, We are definitely coming back to your lovely hotel.

Just back from a week in this lovely hotel!. Stunning scenery, had a sea view looking directly into mount Vesuvius. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much of a bother. They were great with my 2 children and my nephew. Although there was a set menu the food was lovely. The road up to the hotel is very busy though but we managed it. The train station was at the bottom of the hill (that was an experience for the children! ) and it had great links to all places of interest. Very quick so be prepared to jump on and off!. Lovely place and would definitely visit again.

Our second trip to this hotel was hands down the best holiday we ever had. We can't wait to return next year — but for two weeks this time! A beautiful setting, amazing pool and lovely staff. Grazie mille to all at Moon Valley.

Just spent a week in the grand hotel moon valley. Was slightly worried about the food but we did not have any issues and food was tasty with lots of choice. Staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Plenty of beds at the pool. Would highly recommend.

Immaculate hotel. Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh spotless towels were replaced daily. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The only down side was no allocated area for smokers. I enjoyed my stay at the Grand Hotel Moon Valley and highly recommend.

Hotel with a breathtaking view … a family-like staff and a high quality restaurant… my wedding on new year's eve was perfect… flawless. Thanks to LuigiS and all the staff.

Be sure that you get the room you booked. They will shaft you without blinking. But once you're sorted it's actually ok. But again be sure to get your room and make sure to pay for it immediately. Otherwise you'll be caught at the end.

Lovely setting, free shuttle bus, staff friendly. The organisation of meals however was a little disorganised. Views amazing.

I've been living in this hotel for five years now and I've been able to experience the joys and pains of this property. We start from the elevated position directly on the main road to Sorrento and close enough to the first beaches of Seiano and the center of Vico Equense and destination. Hotels avowedly for foreigners 70s property but that this year has undergone a strong modern refreshment in the common spaces and in the pool area breakfast lunch. Neapolitan staff and therefore quite helpful and prepared as it subsidised our culture. View from the solarium pool to take your breath away and other semi-Olympic pool really amazing. Now let's move on to the flaws of this structure and I repeat I have been there for five consecutive years. The really outdated rooms dirty and definitely not from four star rough hygiene, hair everywhere mold in the bathroom and condensation from fridge and climate… I'm sorry I didn't have photo attachment… ants in the room. Horror movie parking so many areas including elevators stopped at least in the 1980s as cleaning and maintenance. Breakfast varies but made from poor products and non-existent hygiene. Fake nutella from discounters with Nutella writing sliced without hygiene cover as well as yogurt and jam. What about historic hotel with immense potential but unkempt or perhaps overpriced for what it actually offers.

Its a very good hotel. It is one in many to have a pool and it is child friendly as well as the pools. It is expensive but it's worth the money. You can see the view of the hills and staff are very polite. If you come here you are very lucky since there all booked most the tine.

It's a nice place, very nice view. Great breakfast! There is a lot of variety of foods and drinks. Too bad I had booked a sea view room (120 euros) two months ago, arrived at the property they told me they were finished, giving me a normal room from 80 euros! Lunch with little variety, not worthy of a 4 star. Very polite and friendly staff!

Myself and my husband stayed there a few weeks ago for a week. I have to say it was a very relaxing holiday. We traveled with an agent who organised 3 great day trips. On the first night I was disappointed with some of the food, but once I explained this they done everything to keep us happy. We mostly ate outside where you chose your own time and seats to eat. We had 4 lunches and 3 dinners. Luigi and the team of staff where very efficient and there main aim is to please the guests. Best rooms to stay in are In the hotel. And the reception staff where friendly too. If you want a busy place this is not the place for you. If you would like a relaxing holiday thus is the place for you. It is a bit out of the way but there are buses and trains that go to neighboring towns.

Staff are awesome, pool is a life saver as heat was in the 30's, room really clean and cleaned regularly, just wish we had a balcony in the block we are in to dry towels and swim wear. Would happily come back and restaurants by the same are amazing, breakfast and lunch at hotel is good.

Hotel with great potential little exploited by the owners. Room internally somewhat outdated and remained in the furnishing of the rooms to the years 90. Internally I repeat does not present anything contemporary from lifts, rooms and environments where you dine/dinner. All clean for charity But the eye wants its part if you spend more than 100 euros per night!
The outdoor environment is certainly the strong point of this structure for both the panorama and the swimming pools, sun loungers and parasols. The Pools were spotless even the outside showers, I would give 5 stars outside. Value for money for what concerns me excessive forced to book at the agency we spent the gift voucher giving money to a structure that sincerely presented itself too expensive not respecting our expectations. And a tip I would like to give to the owners, need a good coffee maker, Italian coffee. To Please the foreign customers you forgot to be campani. There is no breakfast without a great coffee, and not that water dubbed coffee that you have presented at breakfast. The Breakfast Apart from this sore note was varied, discreet at the end of the day.

I went there for 4 nights for my friend wedding in Sorrento. I was a little apprehensive about staying in a hotel by myself but the staff made me feel very welcome. I will definitely be interested in coming back again.

Lukewarm food, bad service, awful Wi-Fi, no air conditioning, situated on a very busy noisy road and miles from anywhere.

The staff are wonderful and pay a great deal of attention to detail in every aspect, the food was extremely tasty and plenty of it. We stayed all inclusive and have no complaints at all, however the bar closed at 10pm which was the only downside but then we all got to bed early without any late noise. I fully recommend.

Love this hotel. Clean and good looking building. Amazing view from 3rd floor overlooking mount vesuvius and the beautiful mountains surrounding us also gorgeous sea Well stocked foods in the morning 7am-9am Lunch available too. We were half board so we had evening meal 7pm-9pm. Meals were 3 course with small roll and always still or fizzy water, although you could order alcoholic drinks as well. Food was lovely and fresh but… we wanted to eat like Italias. Too many things were made similar to english foods. Staff… Luigi (black hair) is a gentleman, so lovely to speak to, so kind in natureand made us feel very welcome. He is a bonus to this hotel. Miguel (very short black hair) was always friendly, polite and consistant in his serving food and drinks. Luigi senior… The wine man with so much intelligence, history and a wonderful manner. All staff are lovely but as Italians they do not speak or smile unless you approach them. Then you find beauty in them. This hotel is on a hill but not easily acessable unless you have transport or use the train which isn't far down the hill. We wished Sorrento was closer. Far from a 4 star hotel. There was nothing good about this other than the lovely staff and view. Terrible food, leaky shower, on a huge hill in the middle of nowhere, no basic amenities like a kettle, irons were apparently too dangerous, noisey main road to wake you at 5am, no pavements to get off the hill, no night time entertainment and the last train back from civilization was 9.30pm. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

Stayed here a few years ago. As memory serves, nice location and view with decent food. Walked into town and bought some great homemade wine. Not much within walking distance. Don't walk to the train station, it's further than it looks.

I have been there on several occasions and I can tell you that you eat really well… not to mention the view which is truly spectacular.

We can say it is nice and there is the pool is a sea view however when I came with school there year divided and year put the girls in the hotel and we males in a separate facility and the rooms are stood.

I did not like it at all from the fact that when you are at the table the waiters, after having asked him for 9 times to bring the water, still continue to ignore you.

I stayed at this hotel 1 Oct to 5 Oct 2017. The rooms are lovely. We had rooms overlooking the bay and Mt. Vesuvio. It doesn’t get much better than that. The staff was lovely. They were very helpful and informative. The continental breakfast was always good, with a decent selection of items to choose from. And free Prosecco. If you opt for dinner at the hotel, they have a lovely dining service and a nice selection of wine. Luigi (the maître d’) and Luigi (the waiter) were amazing. Please be aware that this will not be a hotel filled with young people. We may have been the youngest people staying there (45, 42, and 22), so bear that in mind if you’re looking for a “party place”. Also, the train from Sorrento stops running at about 2200, so be cognizant of that unless you want to drive down or take a cab.

Generally very happy with our experience. Got a great deal and it's more than lived up to expectations. Rooms aren't all that luxurious but are fine. Friendliness of staff is definitely a five ⭐️. Would certainly come back so I suppose that says everything.

When we arrived Franco was smiling and welcoming us at reception and showed us to our rooms, carrying the heaviest suitcase. The food was fantastic and the restaurant staff where very friendly. The pool area is fantastic with 360 panoramic views of The Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius in the distance. Our rooms where basic but cleaned daily and we enjoyed our weeks stay. The train station is only 200 metres away and very cheap. Only 2 euros to Sorrento and 3.40 euros to Naples. You also share the train with the locals and tourists so makes for interesting people watching and train stops right outside Pompeii and herculaneum too. Do not use taxis in Sorrento, they are 4 times more expensive than London black cabs, seriously expensive. This hotel is a little remote for nightlife so this hotel is not ideal for young adults who like nights out. It was not a problem for us as we where out everyday seeing the sights and tired after our evening meal. If we had any bad points it is the busy road which makes walking along it a bit scary especially if you are not used to Italian crossing points where traffic does not stop to let you cross. For me this hotel was fantastico.

The place is easy to reach a comfortable warm pleasant. Very beautiful rooms you can eat well without spending a lot.

I visited this hotel with my girlfriend between the 5th and 9th of September 2017, booked with Jet2. At this time there were quite a lot of older English couples with almost no younger couples. The hotel has an excellent view over the coast with a very clean and temperate pool overlooking the hillside. Everything is well kept and hotel staff were very nice and friendly. Staff also spoke very good English however we did have to ask if we needed any information as not much was said upon arrival. Half board food was good, breakfast is the standard continental selection, I wouldn't particularly reccomend too many scrambled eggs however as they were just average. The dinner at night was very nice with options for all. The atmosphere at dinner was smart-casual with a slightly pricey wine list, however if wine is not your thing you can bring a drink from the bar if you so please. Staff are happy to get your drink for you as well, but I did get bring my own drinks from the bar. In regards to the room, I would say it is average sized, ours havinf a nice balcony to sit on as well. Everthing was clean once again apart from the bathroom having a bit a bit of mould on the shower head and on some grout, nothing too bad though. The room itself has an amazing view of Naples and Mt. Vesuvio, however the actual location of the hotel itself is ultimately the weakest part of this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, helpful staff, nice rooms. The hotels' only downfall is that there's not much near it. We did two tours from their offering and they were great and picked us up from the hotel.

Nice pool, extremely friendly and polite staff, the hotel itself is very clean and well kept, rooms a little on the small side however this is not much of an issue.

We booked with a large group and had troubles with rooms being renovated or non-functioning A/C. However, the pool is fabulous, it's a great location with killer views, and eventually everyone had a cool room to stay in!

We were there for my daughter's wedding and it was all perfect. Great food. The staff Fabulous Location: Manicured gardens, beautiful, sea views… We are soddisfattissimi and we were complimented by all the guests.

Nice hotel but not a four star resort, beautiful views but rather isolated from any sort of evening entertainment. Busy dangerous road made taking an evening stroll impossible even if there was somewhere to walk to. Friendly welcoming staff but very short staffed in dining room, took ages from time we were seated until end of meal also dining time of 7.45 rather late especially if staff not finished serving before 9.30 pm. Food was not great, canteen standard and portions sparse. Hotel and pool area however spotlessly clean and well maintained. Would be reluctant to return to this hotel.

Both me and my 2 girls absolutely loved this hotel. It had a very cosmopolitan atmosphere, the views were breathtaking, the food was of an exceptionally high standard but most of all the staff were the most accommodating, friendly and warm people that you could wish to meet. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this lovely hotel to anyone thinking of staying just outside Sorrento.

It is in a great location with a spectacular view the staff r great and very happy to help you at all times. Great pool.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff; sea view room excellent.

Excellent hotel with everything we could need during our stay on a Thomas Cook holiday in early August 2015. We found the staff really friendly and welcoming. Food was very traditional, local and delicious — helped by the staff with our 10 year old daughter. Very well placed for local sights such as Naples, Herculaneum, Pompeii, Sorrento and Capri. Whole family is looking forward to going back next year!
