Just came back from an absolutely amazing stay in Sorrento. The Hotel Regina was a fantastic place. The staff and servers were all incredible and the room was cleaned every day to a high standard. Food was great and the breakfast buffet had lots of variety. The views from the restaurant and the rooftop bar are stunning and definitely made our stay more special. The place is a short walk from the town centre. Plenty to see and do nearby. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to stay in a smaller, quieter chic hotel rather than a large family orientated hotel with larger pool areas and hundreds of people. Thank you so much Hotel Regina, can't find any fault at all and will definitely be back if we revisit Sorrento 💕

We loved everything about the Hotel Regina! Nice rooms, beautiful view and excellent staff. Breakfast was included and was top notch. Close to Corso Italia and Piazza Tasso. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Lovely place. Located right in the center of Sorrento on foot you can reach any characteristic place!

Very small, dark room. No view, little natural light.

Very friendly attentive staff lovely view for breakfast and 360o bar is a must even if your not a resident great location away for the bulk of the traffic.

Wonderful service beautiful rooms. Enjoyed waking up to the wonderful smell of the lemon blossoms.

We recently spent 12 nights at Hotel Regina and had a wonderful holiday. Lovely room overlooking the sea. Great breakfast every day. Lovely gardens and quiet pool area where we could get a light lunch and fabulous views from the rooftop terrace. Staff were lovely and friendly. Great position near shops, restaurants and port. Air conditioning in the room was excellent and so quiet!

Love this place. Wonderful service with nice spacious rooms and great views. Secluded from all the busy downtown traffic and near the marina. Definitely would stay here again.

Stayed in Regina for a week in Sept 18. Great hotel with access to beach and town. Both just 5 mins walk. Views to die for with incredible setting for breakfast overlooking Mt Vesuvius. Fantastic attentive staff. Rooms are perfect. Great location.

Very nice hotel not far from the beach and sorrento port. Also close to the city market and restaurants. Hospitality is superb and dont miss the roof on sunset. A nice hotel in a lovely town.

There are not levels to describe how cool and great this place was… The service was 13 on a one-to-ten scale. The room was interesting to say the least. We had our own private patio and the orange bar… Pool was great. Only wish was for a Jacuzzi. The Rooftop Bar overlooking the Bay of Naples was past amazing.

Horrible and unsanitary room. The toilet brush holder was overflowing from not being emptied for god knows how long. The two twin beds they pushed together to make it a double/queen were too big for the room, so you could not walk around them and they were hard as a rock. The view was of the wall of an adjacent building. Our requests for a different room were summarily denied. We even begged to pay more for an upgrade and they indignantly refused this request, despite the fact that had several vacancies. A few of their rooms are nice and have very good views, so that's what they advertise to get you there. Room is the worst room I have ever had to stay in, and at least half their inventory is similar quality. The accumulation of human waste in the toilet brush holder was completely unacceptable. Italy is typically very clean, and this was very unusual. Shame on you hotel Regina! Shame on any tour that uses this hotel!

Excellent structure with stunning views over Vesuvius in the large dining room on the 4th floor… Garden Limonaia equipped with small but nice swimming pool. Very friendly and friendly staff. Strategic position x the center.

It's okay if you go in high summer season. In winter it is not worth it because the upper part is closed and you miss the main attraction of the hotel.

Should be rated as a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is amazing. Very courteous service. Close to old town. Room 207 offers 2 balconies with view of sea and mountains.

Medium Room Excellent reception and courtesy wonderful breakfast and attentive service on the terrace in front of the Gulf of Naples among culinary wonders. We need more initiative maybe the evening restaurant and aperitif with music in front of such a panorama. In the room. To report uncomfortable bathroom with bathtub and unmanageable door would serve Deglu avcapoatoi appreciated… improve cosmetic equipment But the view and the landscape repay the visitor.

Wonderful Hotel with an open quarter terrace for aperitifs and Breakfast with an incredible view of the Gulf. Breakfast sublime, clean rooms, new and cozy with total or partial view of the sea. Parking is convenient (for a fee). Very good price. Recommended.

Stunning! Rooms clean and tidy with great views from the balcony. Had to leave the hotel for dinner as it was booked up for the entire week, would gave been nice to try, possibly told ahead to book a table would have been helpful.

Great Hotel located near the water. Located in a quiet street with gorgeous views. Has AC and all amenities including breakfast.

Generally a nice hotel, with four glaring issues deserving of criticism
1. Minibar fridge might as well be a cupboard. It chilled nothing. Beer and chilled wine should be at 4 degrees C, not 10
2. Water pressure in the shower was weak and the temperature was tepid
3. No iron in the room or available from reception
4. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Lots and lots of cakes and deli meats, but a poor selection of cereals, and whilst there was fresh fruit, if a guest likes fruit on his/her cereal, there was nothing I would choose. Hot meals consist of bacon, scrambled eggs and sliced sausages
Wi-Fi was fantastic and beds were comfortable, layout was nice and the view fantastic, but it was a long walk to restaurants. Overall good but not 4 star.

Wonderful hotel to stay in with a great view of the bay of Naples. The service is wonderful and breakfast is outstanding. We were there for our 50th anniversary. And they even made a cake and served it to us. The staff is very helpful in telling you how to get to places from the hotel. I would go back and stay there anytime. First class service and nice rooms.

Lovely Hotel, great location. Stunning views from the restaurant terrace and roof top bar. Lovely helpful staff… especially the head waiter… he organised a romantic evening dinner on the terrace for myself and my husband, at one point, we were the only ones there and he made us feel like VIPs, wonderful evening watching the sunset and it was lovely food. The only downsides that I could find was … the air conditioning in our room wasn't that great and the hotel gym, that is advertised, is just a broom cupboard with a couple of machines in. Everything else. Wonderful.

Very nice hotel in a wonderful location, only the approach is a bit adventurous. Great breakfast with wonderful views over the Gulf. Very friendly and helpful staff. We like to come back.

After many years I found some friends of Sorrento and the hotel Regina was super cozy.

Central location in the centre of Sorrento.
The breakfast room has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Sorrento.
The staff is very friendly and is very helpful.
Possibility of guarding the car in a small garage to pay below the Hotel.
Clean and well equipped room.
I recommend it.

Very nice hotel with beautiful views and very nice and courteous staff. Pool is small but really only an added bonus. They also have breakfast included which is always helpful on vacations. Very nice rooms with air conditioning that works fairly well unlike many other European hotels. Hotel is maintained very well… definitely would recommend.

Hotel was gorgeous. Staff was more than courteous, willing to help with everything and give directions. Being right along the coast with a rooftop bar was definitely a plus.

We were there 3 nights in may 2008. The best hotel we experienced on our European holiday. We remember it fondly. The views from our room and the dining room, superb, drinks in the orange grove, and the concierge, what a lovely lady. We have always wanted to return. Ken and Barbara tunks, Katoomba Australia.

Hotel located in a great location, within easy reach of the city centre and the port of Marina Grande, amply deserves the classification 4 stars.
Comfortable, clean rooms with attention to detail, large bathrooms with complimentary toiletries, courteous, helpful and very professional.
Deserves praise the breakfast service: served at 4th floor on a wide terrace with a fantastic view over the Bay, offers a top quality buffet with croissants, tarts, biscuits, pies, all made fresh and homemade.
We've never had anywhere else to find even Champagne served in the buffet!
Outstanding structure and with good value — price.

Stayed here for 4 nights, wished it could have been longer. Hotel staff was excellent and very helpful. The view from our room was amazing! Overall, this is the best hotel we have stayed in.
