Casa Laura Sorrento Hotel

The room is very small, the luggage is more, I am afraid it is difficult to put.

I'll highly recommend this hotel, if you plan to visit Sorrento… In the reception you get a very warm welcome. The lady is gentle and well mannered. It's about 3 minutes walking distance from the central bus/ train station in Sorrento (it's at the same place) … Also the main square is in 5-7 minutes walking distance. Most important they have a super market just in front of the hotel… They provide apartment type of rooms, but with no Kitchen. The toilet is a bit small but adjustable… We were pleased with the gentle behaviour at the reception. We planned a trip to Positano. So we kept the luggage there at the reception without paying. Also they allow us to use the fridge at the small cafeteria to chill our lemonchelo :) … So, go for Casa Laura. And enjoy Sorrento.

I don't recommed this place, the staff is not kind people, they are only thinking about the money they can earn from turists, and then they are not oriented to the customer services. They cancel my reservation and when I called to ask them to recover it (1 minute after they cancel it), they told me that the reservation is gone, since they already had booked the room. They never considered my plan and my organization and the consequences to cancel the reservation. Please find another places in Sorrento to stay, there are many others much better than this. Fortunatelly I found another place to stay more central and very very nice in value for money. Actually, it was my blame to reserve this place, as you can see, they don't have good reviews and opinions. I saw those reviews before but I insisted to try… well it was my fault. Hope this helps.

The place was clean but the room a litle bit small. You have to pay for the air conditioner.
