Although the hotel was small the service was excellent. The owner greeted us on arrival and was very friendly and welcoming. She gave us information and booked the Amarfi coast trip for us. The hotel was situated near the centre of Sorrento and our private balcony faced south so we had the sun all day. The personal touch was evident and recommend.

We stayed at Bougainvillea Relais for 5 nights in February. This place is honestly amazing. It was a perfect trip from beginning to end. Maria the host was very friendly and welcoming. She made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. She is a fantastic host. She also recommended so many things to do around the area. This place is in the perfect location and we will certainly be back. The breakfast on the balcony each morning was a nice little touch. Thank you so much for making our first trip to Sorrento great!

We stayed at the Bougainvillea Relais for 3 nights for a short break to Sorrento. The room was lovely and very comfortable.
The owner Maria Teresa met us on arrival and was so lovely. Nothing was too much trouble, she even booked a few trips for us at very short notice to Pompei and a tour along the Amalfi coast which was amazing. The trip pick-up point is less than two minutes from the accommodation.
You have a set of keys to enter the building so you can come and go as you please. Your neighbours are Italian families so you really feel like one of the locals, which I love.
Maria Teresa is contactable at all times should you need help or advice. Breakfast is delivered to the room, warm croissants, fruit, yoghurt, juice and coffee. The rooms are very contemporary and comfortable. Blinds, lights and temperature and all controlled from a digital panel in the room. The shower is lovely and the rooms are spotlessly clean, with a maid service every day. I would not hesitate to stay here again,
The accommodation is less than a ten-minute walk to the main square and Sorrento is very easy to get around on foot. We stayed from the 23rd to the 25th of February and although there were quite a few people around, quite a few of the shops and restaurants were not open yet for the season. Positano, Amalfi & Ravello were very quiet with not much open. Even though the weather was not great (it rained a few days) the place is always so magical and stunning.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location and the room had everything we needed. Very clean and modern. The bed was really comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. Also Teresa the hotel owner was so helpful and really made us feel welcome. She also gave us some good recommendations for restaurant's and places to visit. We will definitely come back again soon.

We recently returned from a wonderful week stay at Bougainvillea Relais in Sorrento. Maria Teresa, the host, was nothing short of superb. Made contact ahead of our arrival with suggested tours, offered to assist with our transfers and instantly made us feel right at home and directed us to the local sights and preferred restaurants. The room was exceptionally clean thanks to the very friendly and joyful housekeeper (be sure to leave him a tip if you visit! ). Ideal location and a great place to stay when visiting Sorrento, definitely would recommend!

I recommend staying at this property for its centrality. Sorrento is a popular destination precisely to move easily in various tourist areas.
I preferred it to go to Marina di Puolo and the wonderful Cala della Pignatella. This is a ten-minute drive from the property.
I also recommend it for the careful cleaning of furnishings and linens.

Lovely place to stay, fabulous rooms extremely helpful hosts, great location, we will definitely be returning.

This bed and breakfast exceeded our expectations. Walk everywhere from here. Very clean, very modern. Pena greets you at the entrance and orients you to the amenities in your room. Breakfast is served in your room daily. We ate on the balcony. Order the typical Italian breakfast. Room is cleaned daily. High quality beds with Temper Pedic mattresses. The owner, Teresa, offers pizza making and gelato making classes. Take advantage of the classes for a great time in Sorrento. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful B&B with wonderful welcome from Mrs Pina. Memory foam bed is the best night sleep I’ve had in ages and a great location for exploring Sorrento and beyond. So glad we chose here to stay for our first visit to Sorrento.

We had a pleasant stay after having issues in NAples and booking this last minute to get away from the unsafe area of Naples. However, 36 hours after leaving this hotel and in Rome we were contacted stating one of the 4 memory foam pillows were missing from the room. As we were at dinner we stepped outside to call the hotel to find out what in the world was going on. The first call was not answered. Moments later our call was returned but we were hung up on. So I called again and was immediately accused of steeling one of the four pillows. This woman was not allowing me to talk and kept talking over me. I tried to explain that we did not have her pillow nor do we have any desire to have one of her pillows, but most importantly after traveling through Italy for two weeks we simply did not have room in our luggage for one of her pillows. In my life I have been called many things, but a thief is not one of them. Especially being a thief of a used hotel pillow which when thinking about it is kinda gross anyway. We were told we would be being charged for the pillow 30 Euros. We contacted our credit card company to find two charges from this place each for $48. Our credit card company closed the account and are reversing the charges. Questions I have and were not answered. 1. Why was this pillow not discovered missing until 36 hours after we had checked out? 2. Who had access to this room in the 36 hours since we had checked out? 3.
