We celebrated the baptism of my daughter and everything went well. Every detail has been looked after and the director Mario is absolutely fantastic. He is a great leader and the property is very lucky to have him. He helped us a lot, he has always been available and he fully satisfied our expectations. I couldn’t ask for a more beautiful location, a better organization, the food was delicious and the service was so attentive. We will definitely be back and we will always recommend the Grand Hotel Due Golfi to our friends and family.

Yesterday 5 June I was at a communion and I must say everything highly professional, temperature measurement and hand sanitization, the staff all with masks. Super food, education and respect to the top. Excellent locations all clean and tidy, kindness and courtesy from all, then the infinity pool and spectacular, as well as the view of the Gulf of Sorrento and Vesuvius. The toilet spotless. What can I say, that I have always felt good. Suitable for everyone.

Ra Ornella of the reception were particularly patient, kind, helpful, friendly and professional. Really helpful and kind catering staff, everything perfect. Unique people, lovely place. Definitely impeccable and advisable. And I don't know about you… but we will be back❤

Tremendous views, helpful and gracious staff, good breakfast but dinners in Sorrento is the way to go for Italian cuisine. Shuttle service is reliable, comfortable and safe!

From the drive up to the hotel until the moment we have walked into the room it was been a wonderful experience. Only checked in today and I am more then excited to spend the week here. Highly recommend it.

We had 2 fantastic weeks in September celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, what a fantastic Hotel. The views, the pool, the food and above all the lovely staff made it such a memorable stay. Everything was perfect and we did not want to leave. We did the trip to Capri, went to Pompei, went to Positano and also went to Sorrento a few times. Shuttle service is fantastic. The breakfast choice amazing and the pool and view are awesome. A lovely village just a stroll up the road.

Great view — great location — superb infinity pool — food a bit pricey for what it comprises of but amazing location and made the holiday, make sure you book a sea view room or lateral sea room view as I did. Furthermore the free shuttle bus into Sorrento town is very handy and saves you €50 on a one way taxi journey but book both journeys it in advance also as they do get booked up quick.

Great hotel in the hills overlooking Sorrento and the Vesuvio. Friendly and professional staff. It acts as a refuge from the sometimes busy town streets, yet it's a 2 minute walk from the nearest restaurant and a 5 minute walk from the center of the nearest town where you can find more restaurants and shops. The hotel organizes frequent shuttle buses to Sorrento and there's an easy train connection to nearby attractions like Pompeii. Highly recommendable hotel.

I was there as a guest at the wedding of a family member. It's a luxury hotel. Very nice swimming pool, infinity with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Naples. Tree prices are not "popular", but neither are the services (which, on the other hand, are of high quality)

Thank you for the wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Due Golfi in June. The room was always cleanly furnished, the view simply fantastic. The food was again delicious and versatile. We were able to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary in this beautiful hotel, where the restaurant team above all the nice restaurant manager really made every effort to make the evening unforgettable for us. We were especially pleased to meet Gennero and Franco again, who even remembered our last visit three years ago and recognized us. It is like a large family, everything is very accommodating, friendly and always striving to fulfill the wishes of the guests. The new pool area is of course absolute top. And last but not least, we would like to thank the great girls Monika, Ornella and Amelia at the reception and sometimes the small language barriers made for funny episodes. It was an excellent holiday and we were certainly not at this dream hotel for the last time.

Just returned from our first visit to this beautiful hotel and it certainly will not be the last. Exceptionally clean. Staff very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Food good. Pool area beautiful but the best thing of all is the location and the views! Absolutely amazing! If you are looking for a place to stay whilst visiting this beautiful area. Then you will find no better. Thank you to you all for making our holiday first class.

Awesome infinity pool, breakfast, and extremely helpful staff. Amazing views. Food at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. This hotel is very clean and well maintained with a shuttle to and from the train station. Cons: very Rock-like uncomfortable mattress, pillows, and sheets that seemed like sandpaper. Management, please upgrade the mattress, sheets and pillows and you will get 5 starts all around. They do not do your hotel Justice.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great food and drink. Free shuttle bus down to sorrento. Only negative I have was its quite cold In the evening as we're high up with the clouds but that's not hotels fault glad I packed a jumper. Mini bar is reasonably priced. Pool quite cold too as it's not heated. I would return.

Great setting with room including balcony overlooking Sorrento and the gulf of Naples, with mount Vesuvius in the backgroung. Located 15min drive from Sorrento but free hotel shuttle also available. Excellent New Year break package. The fireworks display along the coast of Naples to Sorrento is a unique experience seen from hotel. All meals were tastefully made and the three course menu dinner options changed daily, with three options per course. Highly recommended.

Very good food. Better than most restaurants in this area. Also the connection with the bus (also runs during heavy rain) to Sorrento is very good. The rooms and also generally the whole hotel is very clean. Only the sports facilities in the hotel are limited to the pool. But for those who want to relax, I can only recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is well presented, and the staff look after you very well. Stunning views looking down towards Sorrento.

Location is fantastic, a great base to explore the Sorrento peninsula as it's away from the hustle and bustle of the towns on the coast and sits at/near junctions of the major roads for the area. The hilltop location is stunning and from the pool/restaurant/bar — and rooms facing the sea — there are breathtaking views down over Sorrento, the gulf of Naples and Vesuvius. The hotel also has a large car park next door so you don't have to abandon it on the road. The town nearby has everything you need within 10 minutes walk and the hotel runs a free regular shuttle bus service to Sorrento for guests — very useful but don't forget to book. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful and spoke good English. There's a buffet breakfast which is fairly unremarkable but does the job. Rooms are clean and comfortable but by no means luxurious and a little dated. The en suite was a decent shower and was quite stylishly tiled. Overall a very good choice for our stay.

Hotel located in height with a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountain. Very helpful staff speaking French well. The food is excellent is varied.

The most amazing meal ever, I can't describe the best fish and chip supper I've ever tasted outside of Bridlington. It may have cost 200 euros but it was well worth it!

We went back to this hotel after 42 years, it was our first holiday together in 1975, and it did not disappoint. Great food, good service and fantastic views.

Having lived & worked in Sorrento for many years in tourism. You kind of get spoilt of where to stay, where to go etc, etc. As there is an abundance of hotels to choose from. However we decided on two hotels for our visit. One being the Due Golfi & it didn't disappoint us! In fact, we were 'wowed' every step of the way! There are many fabulous view in Sorrento but this hotel has to be the number one 'hot spot' to overlook the Sorrento Penninsula and what better way to look than being in front of the infinity swimming pool! Absolutely breathtaking! We wanted to glue ourselves to the sunbeds! Food was excellent too! And as for staff! They couldn't do enough for you. This hotel should be rated 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you for all the good services. It was nice staying at "Due Golfi". The views were magnificent. We've got what we came for. The food was very good and the special evenings too (live music — gala-dinner). The staff is very friendly and do all you ask for. We will certainly recommend this hotel to our friends and other people. It's a place we will never forget. Many thanks.

Our second time at this hotel, the first excellent, this latest visit even improved. The facilities, the service, the food all considered top drawer. The outlook from our bedroom overlooking the infinity pool down Sorrento and the bay of Naples and Vesuvious is breathtaking. This will definitely not be our last visit to this lovely hotel John Lodge Warsash Hampshire.

We stayed at the Due Golfi in September and were very impressed with the hotel. The staff are superb, so friendly, helpful and professional. The food was particularly excellent, probably the best we have experienced in any hotel we have stayed in. We hope to return next year.

The most memorable holidays me and my girlfriend will ever have, we spend 8 night at due golfi and everything from the staff to the infinity pool were incredible. We had B&B so only had the breakfast but that was more then enough with the selection they had to keep us full until lunch. We had an amazing view from our balcony which looked over Sorrento and Mt. Vesuvius it did cost a little extra but you can't put a price on memories. Thank you so much for everything. We will be back!

The reception, the professionalism, the friendliness of all the staff; The cleanliness, the calm, the meals, the swimming pool, the beauty of the place… this hotel deserves its reputation, it is really beautiful and we had a great holiday.

Lovely Hotel with the most spectacular views of Sorrento. The food was very good and the staff very helpful. Although the hotel is a few miles out of town the hotel provide an excellent shuttle bus service which at busy times I would recommend booking several days in advance if possible. I understand a new infinity pool is to be opened this year with views over Sorrento this will be the icing on the cake to an already great hotel.

We have just returned home from hotel due golfi excellent hotel clean and luxurious the food was lovely varied choices. We swapped our dinner for lunch as we were attending our daughters wedding in the cloisters which also was very romantic and personal. Would definately go back to due golfi cant find any fault with the whole holiday. We went to capri on the hydrofoil and did an audio tour to pompeii excellant.

We spent a lovely week in June 2009 in this 4 star hotel, really. Friendly and efficient staff, spacious and equipped with every comfort, pleasant dining, especially a great breakfast, always with an impeccable service. There's not much to say: we had a good time and we will be back every time we're around here, especially if they will keep the money. The small distance from Sorrento is matched by the pleasant climate in hot weather.
