The strengths of B&b La Ventana are:the welcome from the whole family as humble, kind and very caring towards customers so that they can spend a holiday or a simple weekend in a perfect way;another strong point is cleanliness and dulcis in fundo the things prepared by their mom are a delight, considering that most of the products are of their own production. I highly recommend it.

Very clean qualified staff polite kind. Large clean rooms make you feel at home breakfast from god yummy all plentiful dinner from God's pool very clean whirlpool. They make a difference to well-spent money to sell us absolutely.

Wonderful experience and well looked after at the BEST location to visit Costeria Amalfitana.

A wonderful villa with a beautiful view. All members of the family that owns and runs the Villa were welcoming and very helpful. A very nice breakfast is included and a dinner service is available and prepared lovingly and deliciously by Mama Rosa.

Beautifully designed hotel, gorgeous to look at inside and out. Family run business, they are all wonderfully friendly and fun. Mum Rosa cooks the most amazing food with fresh produce daily, much of which they grow themselves. Lovely quiet location in the hills of Piano Dr Sorrento. We love this place and can't wait to return next year.

Oh wow where do I start… walking into the families beautiful villa you instantly felt welcomed by everyone. Right away we felt at home! As soon as we got picked up from the train station, no request was too big! The brothers were happy to do anything for us, thank you for your beautiful hospitality & MAMA Rosa, Thank you for our beautiful dinners and lunches! We have adopted you as our Italian mother! Helping with my sunburn, joining us for dinner to see how it was. It’s those little touches that made my fiancé and I feel so welcomed. We are going to miss our Italian family. Thank you to accepting us into your space we will always remember it. Couldn’t recommend any higher!

In my book, innkeepers make or break the stay at a B&B. In this case, we couldn't have asked for better hosts that the D'Esposito brothers. Danilo, Gaetano and Angelo all have a hand in running this expansive property along with their mother Rosa who is the master chef whipping up culinary delights in the kitchen each night. Breakfast is included, dinner (at a very reasonable price) is available each evening. They put on cooking classes, raise chickens for fresh eggs, have a …pool overlooking their beautiful vistas and will soon finish a terrazzo to hold outdoor events. The property is perfectly situated. On paper it looks far from Sorrento but really it's not and the 15 minute drive is worth every minute because La Villa is on one of the highest points on the peninsula and the vistas are UNBELIEVABLE. Personally I loved the curvy hairpin drive up and down, but if that's not your speed, the hosts will shuttle you around for very reasonable rates. I can't say enough about how great our stay was… Proprio l'ottimo, la sincera verità. Mille grazie, ragazzi!

Wonderful stay! We thoroughly enjoyed the villa and the hospitality offered by Michele and Elena. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights and couldn’t have had a better stay. Michele offered to drive us everywhere and reccommeded some wonderful restaurants for us to eat at. Wish I could give them More than 5 stars. Will definitely be back next time I am in the Sorrento area!

Have had a wonderful week at Villa La Ventana. Elena and Michele were so helpful and allowed us to have a fab time visiting Sorrento, Pompeii, Capri and Positano to name a few attractions in the area. I have dietary requirements which were well catered for. Would not hesitate to recommend this villa. Many thanks Michele and Elena and staff.

Amazing hosts and villa! Both Elena and Michele are very nice and helpful. My husband and I stayed there for 4 nights and had an amazing time. Great location for positano and also sorrento.

Unfortunately the most TERRIBLE holiday experience in my life. The hotel is run by fraudsters who steal your money. When I booked the room I first sent an e-mail with a picture of a specific room asking the availability of this room. I particularly mentioned I only was interested in booking this hotel when we could book the specific room from the picture. I got a reply from Roberto telling me that the room was available, and I booked it immediately. After the booking Roberto sent me an email in which he stated the room was confirmed and that it was all okay. When we arrived at the hotel a few months later, an unfriendly lady — the owner — who couldn't speak English showed us to 'our' room. We entered a completely different room directly in the entrance/hallway of the hotel, and it was horrible. Non-stop loud noise of the waterfall in the hallway and the busy road outside, no terrace/balcony, no privacy, an old bed with springs coming out, smell of mould, discolored furnishings. In short: It was horrible. When I told the owner that this was not the room we booked, she immediately started yelling at us, and told us this was our room. We could only take it or leave it. She told us that she already gave the room that we booked in advance to other guests, because they stayed for 2 weeks and we 'only' stayed for 5 nights (this is worth more than 800, — euros). She was not willing to search for a solution of any kind and kept yelling at me scandalously.

Fantastic lodging, more than a B&B and host provides fantastic service like recommend very good restaurant and transport. Great sea view and garden at the hill.
