It is a convient business hotel, one of the best 4* we have been to in Italy in our month-long road trip. The staff are very friendly and speak good English, quite a rarity in the country.

Bugs in our room. Instead of moving us to another room they offered to spray the room with bug spray. Is this for real? Another person who reviewed this hotel said they had a mouse and also were bitten by bed Bugs. BED BUGS? Moving on: AC in rooms suck. You turn down the temperature but it really doesn’t cool the room down. They’re probably just VENT fans and not actual AC Food at hotel is totally overpriced with very limited choices. For example a small bottle of coke is 4.40 euros and a burger is 18 euros. Overall staff isn’t that great either. Beds are terribly uncomfortable, hard and cheap. Thank God it’s only a one night stay.

Elegant and modern structure, courteous staff, spacious and finely furnished room. Large breakfast room with a wide range of delicacies.

The only hotel where it is not possible to ask two separate invoices after the dinner consumed between two work colleagues. "You had to say it first! "
As not enough, I paid without having been issued any receipt… Not bad, the fact is preparatory to the decision that with pleasure I announce you first, as from vs need expressed late. Never more at your facilities so far used during my business trips.

The hotel is OK. The rooms are clean, would not say that spacious, but quite ok. The view we had on the road, the windows are as gray as the dust. The breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel is also ambiguous. On the one hand it is easy to ride by car and a large parking, on the other side to the center of the far… and to decent restaurants too not close.

Ample underground parking. Very convenient Location at the exit of the ring road. Excellent and modular meeting rooms.

Comfortable Hotel with lots of facilities and great food. It is located near the junction, in a quiet area of Salerno. Ample parking outside.

The hotel is a good standard and is located in a quiet area with easy access from the motorway. It is a short walk to Arbostella train station where frequent trains run to Salerno centre. There is a good restaurant nearby and the Salerno Football ground is also a few minutes walk away.

It was a very nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The suite where I stayed was a bit dusty and not perfectly clean. In The bathroom some towels were not perfectly clean… I hope it was an isolated case. However the suite is nice and comfortable with a nice view and a very nice terrace. Great food at the restaurant, definitely everything is quality. Anyway I recommend it.

Very good hotel, great room and clean service excellent. Near the metro station Arbostella, in 20 minutes you arrive in central Salerno.

Locale piacevole, sono stato presso l'hotel per un convegno. Ampio parcheggio, ma I locali adibiti al convegno mi sono sembrati angusti e decisamente troppo caldi, forse perché troppo affollati viste le dimensioni della sala.

The hotel is not old and at a glance looks OK. However, the rooms are obviously very unclean and even unhygienic (for exmpl. If you look under the bed, you'll see that it never been cleaned there). During our stay we had a horrible experience — first, my wife was bitten by bed bugs and had nasty bite marks on legs and hands for weeks after; secondly, there was a mouse in our room! We stayed at the suits on the top floor, we had pre paid reservation for the room for one week, however left the hotel after seeing how a mouse was eating an apple left on the table in our room. In conclusion — Horrible hotel, would not recommend for anyone and I definitely will not be back here EVER. Also, I think I will not be using any Novotel hotels in the future, because Novotel Salerno really ruined any trust for this chain hotels.

Excellent. Well worth upgrading to an executive room. Dinner was very tasty and the breakfast was the best we've had since being in Italy for the last 6 days. We would recommend this hotel. Parking was free. The only downside was it was a good walk from the town. The seaview was to die for.

Hotel strategically located near the exit of the ring road easily accessible. I attended a conference: several halls of different sizes adaptable to any requirement. Good reception, friendly staff and diaponibile. Recommended Location for business events.

Ideal to go and relax for a while. Great breakfast The menu of the rest is limited but for all tastes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us all the information about places to visit. Excellent.

Beautiful! Great location, close to the Metro which allows you to reach the center in a few minutes. Friendlier staff. Also recommended in summer because the sea is reachable with a short walk.

Rooms are great. People are nice. The whole building is new. Breakfast was easy and decently tasty.

Being sensitive to noise, I find this hotel well muted. I slept well. Prepared staff. Check out 12 o'clock (at least when I came) for me very interesting. We definitely return.

As an English speaker with very rough Italian language skills, this hotel was amazing. The front desk staff were extremely helpful in finding things to do in the area as well as providing restaurant recommendations. They excused my poor Italian and they all spoke excellent English. Only 4 stars because the restaurant and pool were lacking. Restaurant is pretty expensive for not great food. Avoid it and go to the pizza place across the street or go into the city center. (There’s also a great pizza place about 2km down the street towards city center. )

Comfortable bed. Small but comfortable fitness room with relaxation area. Too bad the steam room required only worked 10 minutes.

I've been in this facility or a evenyo work. The meeting rooms are well furnished and equipped with everything you need. Good restaurant too!

Good hotel and staff only you require transport to city centre train and bus stop 500 to 600 metres away.

Great new hotel and well appointed. Spacious and comfortable rooms. It is a good place to get to the center of Salerno and you still need to use the car.

We spent 7 nights with family, and we are frankly satisfied. Nice staff and services at the height of the standing. The hotel is a bit out of focus and it's good as it is 10 minutes from the center and it's not the night that you look at the scenery. Bravo and thanks to the entire Novotel team for their professionalism (thanks to the lifeguard for towels at the pool).

Nice place, the pool and the view are nice, a bit far from the city center.

My review is only for the Gourmet Bar. If you don't want to go and waste your time waiting almost an hour for your food better go anywhere else. Food was not even good, just average. Don't understand how they can call gourmet bar a place like this. Definitely worst place I have eaten during my stay in Italy.

Convenient location with superb free parking. Usual Novotel rooms but perhaps the cleaners could do a better job. Breakfast wasn't worth it… rude staff and rather poor selection of low quality products not up to the usual Novotel standard. Reception staff were super efficient and friendly. Overall a great choice for a stop over in the area.

Newly built hotel, excellent rooms and facilities for an overnight stay. Clean, spacious, comfortable and practical bathroom, good breakfast. Restaurant with little choice of menus and very slow service despite the few customers.

Nice hotel, rooms are great and so is the pool and breakfast. Very far from the town. Wouldn't come to Salerno again.

Ottimo hotel per chi visita Salerno per motivi di lavoro. Posizione periferica rispetto alla città ma prossima alla zona industriale e alle principali strade di collegamento. Colazione nel classico stile Novotel con grande varietà di scelta. Camere spaziose e confortevoli. Collegamento Wi-Fi macchinoso e non sempre affidabile. Parcheggio gratuito antistante l'hotel abbastanza comodo.

There are no Alternatives to this Hotel, but overall it is acceptable.

Modern and comfortable hotel, 4 star hotel furnished in a modern style but sober co. Very nice pool, friendly and professional staff, good continental breakfast and buffet. Clean rooms, air conditioned, satellite TV, mini bar, free parking. Well located on the coast road near a junction of the ring road. Recommended.

Cool hotel! Friendly staff, clean and tidy. Parking underground, Sports Hall, swimming pool, all you can enjoy! Wi-fi free (ask at reception) code Nuance, all the doors even open elevator card! Far from the Center but it's even closer to + wild beach.

A hotel that suits the chain and the name Novotel. Not very cheap. But befitting to the class and the stars it has.

Our room was on the fifth floor and had sea views. The hotel is really very well, new, modern and clean and the service is fantastic. There is Wi-Fi in all areas, the breakfast has everything: juices, cereals, pastries, cooked and cold meat scrambled egg. There is a parking lot in abroad and other underground, very interesting in this area because parking in the city is very expensive!
It also has a large swimming pool, spa and gym.
The area is quiet and although far from the Centre, well connected and with bars and pizzerias close.

We had 4 days of dream with my French boyfriend, it was all perfect and beyond what I expected
