We booked the hotel for 6 nights (me and my 13 year old son) asking for the shuttle from the airport of Naples. The evening prior to departure, the lady called me asking what time we would be coming. I made the shuttle, but she replies that she had not read the mail and that the driver in charge was not available. But I suggested to take a train from Napoli Central station. I decide to book a transfer commonly and… luckily. The property is located on a mountain, in a district under construction in the middle of nowhere. The taxi driver asked us several times if we were sure of wanting to be left there, because no one was there to greet us. I call and the lady tells me that she was closing the store and that she would be arriving in 15-20 min. In the meantime, the cleaning lady sees us in the street and makes us enter, by showing us the room with the bathroom, explaining that breakfast would be done in the common area. Perfect. The young lady decides not to even see and it does send the documents via whatsapp. There is a series of recommendations type do not throw away the ash from the balcony or close the air conditioning.
