I can't describe the room as I just caught a glimpse of it.
I feel with the owner the day before arrival and confirm the time of the chek in (15.00)
I'm sending a message an hour earlier telling him I was coming.
Arrived I call him but he didn't know who I was (strange but it can happen)
I go up and find the daughter and the whole apartment in disarray because they had had an air conditioner failure and tells us that for the room we had to wait another hour and that we were also lucky otherwise we would have been without air conditioner (quite embarrassing comment as the conditioner is present in the description of the structure and we were in the middle of the August heat)
We wait an hour outside in the heat, after a long trip and on our return everything was exactly as before, as I say that we necessarily needed the room and the bathroom, she tells us that we could use the bathroom even if the room was not ready and with her cleaning, after pointing out to her that it was not a "normal" thing, she also tells us in an altered tone that she was alone cleaning and that we had perhaps not warned anyone of our arrival
(which is not true but even if it was, being a self-check-in property, there is no excuse) and anyway we could use the room in complete disorder and dirty without doing too many "scripts".

invisible owner only by phone
without proceeding to covid procedures
Besides
I didn't give any answer about it after I sent him the video of cockroaches on the cupboard where they were leaning cakes and more for breakfast.
