Superb hotel, the owners are very friendly and very attentive to their customers. We had a very nice stay in Italy.

Quiet place with family atmosphere. The owners welcoming and kind people. A few minutes walk from the entrance to the excavations of Porta Marina.

A stay like home
Friendly and caring guests. A hearty breakfast and more than perfect dinners! The resting place the pool is a not inconsiderable addition especially coming back from the visit to Pompei which is only 10min on foot. In short the place to stay ❤️

Excellent meal, warm welcome, swimming pool to cool off: it feels like home. And it's next to the ancient site of Pompeii.

Beautiful place, good value for money, a very welcoming family are the owners who tend to your every wish and, combined, are fluent in English as well as French. Everything is clean and arranged with attention to detail. The Cena by the pool is yummy and very reasonably priced. Don‘t let yourself be put off by the nearby railroad tracks — you hardly notice them, and other than that the place is so quiet that there really is nothing to complain about. Be advised, though, that due to the warm atmosphere and the central pool, this place is a familiy favourite. Highly recommended!

Family home, simple, it is absolutely necessary to dine on the spot, poolside. Dominique speaks very well French, he is adorable and gives very good information about places to visit, located very close to the small station and the entrance to the site of Pompeii, 25 mn walk from the city centre, a good address.

An absolutely wonderful hotel with kind, caring staff. The meals are extraordinary and incredible! I would highly recommend Villa Franca to anyone wanting to visit Pompeii. Our room had a comfy bed and a great bathroom area with a walk in shower. I would happily stay here again!

Absolutely perfect! The family is very friendly, the food is amazing. Definitely eat here the first night of your stay, and decide for yourself. The pool was bit cold in October, but it's most likely very refreshing on hot days. A very, very agreeable atmosphere, we highly recommend this place.

Very cozy, kept very well. The owner and son two very helpful people made us feel at home. Excellent dinner and cooked by the same owner. Good breakfast I hope to come back to find them.

I was there a week ago with my wife we did five days, really recommend it to everyone who wants to stay overnight in Pompeii, the owners are of an exquisite kindness, the structure is comfortable and of absolute relaxation, abundant breakfast in the evening then at Dinner dishes really delicious and plentiful, maybe better than many restaurants a heartfelt thank you to Mr. Domenico.

It's like home, we are very well received with a typical Italian meal. Papa Dominique speaks very well French. In the morning breakfast on the terrace next to the pool with a splendid blue sky, it has no price. This villa is located at 300 m walk from the main entrance of the ruins of Pompei, a place that is unavoidable.

It is located 300 meters from the Circumvesuviana and the entrance of the excavations. Inside the hotel there is a swimming pool. The staff were nice and helpful. By the way you eat also wonderfully. Recommended.

Very close to the entrance of the site of pompei (300 meters), family atmosphere and relaxed, swimming pool and the pool area nice, room simple and clean with air conditioning, owners very friendly and available at any hour, free parking, possibility to have dinner on-site at a discounted rate (18euros) with appetizers, pasta, main dish and dessert. Drink in supplement. Very good food with fresh products. Breakfast included in the room price, is served at the edge of the pool with fruit, croissants, cake, … arrival and departure very flexible.

Great service. Very good home made food for dinner. Walking distance to the Pompeii excavations. A couple of parking places. Next to a railway. Functional room with A/C. Really liked it.

The best place in Italy!

Literally follow the directions and you can't get lost. But be sure not to expect a huge sign saying Easy Bed Hostel. You Must! (MUST) eat at this hotel, I paid 10 euro as was given starter and two main dishes, I literally waddled into bed! Clean and a home from home.

Very Very good location. This place is practly in the archeological site of the old Pompei. Just around the corner of the Circumvesuviana Station. The food is fantastic served on the swimming pool.
