It is a very nice hotel, The owners are exceptional people, not to mention the mythical Nino, a lovely dachshund.
They are very professional people, I absolutely recommend it.

Hotel with all amenities, great food and excellent service. But the spearhead is the welcome they reserve for their guests, at the Costa Hotel it is like staying with the family.

You arrive as a guest, you enter a family… never slogan was righter. This is precisely the feeling we had just set foot at the Costa Hotel, a jewel in the heart of Pompeii.
Everything impeccable, starting with the welcome of Pasqualina, Carmela and Nino's wagging tail, dachshun with sweetest eyes and a sweeter nose.
Bright and tastefully furnished rooms cared for in every detail and unthinkable detail. A cleanliness and a good smell in the room and throughout the hotel never found before. Great food as well as breakfast. The gem is the swimming pool on the terrace with a view of Vesuvius. We lived two days in total relaxation and friendship, because even the staff and other guests after a short time you seem to have known them forever. A weekend I can't wait to repeat because we stayed not at the hotel but at home. Thank you for all the attentions, you have pampered us and also spoiled us. See you very soon.

Clean and welcoming hotel. The staff is super efficient and at the same time very friendly but especially her… Pasqualina… always available to all kinds of needs… The fresh food abundant and of excellent quality, it is difficult to give up or to finish everything they propose on the menu. The property is located a short walk from the centre of Pompeii and the Sorrentina Coast is within easy reach. In short, do not hesitate to choose this property to stay and to delight you of the culinary and gastronomic characteristics of our land.

What a lovely Hotel the staff are amazing so friendly and helpful. It is a great base for all you want to see in this beautiful part of Italy. 5 mins to Pompei ruins. 30/40 mins Sorrento 15 mins Erolonia. Amazing views of Vesuvius and surrounding mountains. I celebrated my birthday whilst here and we returned to find flowers cakes prosecco in our room. I was so touched it made the day even more special. Breakfast continental plenty of it and we also ate in the restaurant which was great value for money. Highly rexommended I cannot praise this lovely family hotel more highly. ❤❤❤ we love Nino xx.

Hotel up to expectations, very friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable, clean rooms, very large and good breakfast, very nice and central resorts, great prices, I can only recommend it to anyone.

We stopped at the Coast Hotel for three days, the return from the sea of the Gargano, to visit the excavations and the sorrentine peninsula. We took a double room and a triple room. We have identified the Coast Hotel on the internet and we have preferred to others because, in addition to positive reviews, was located in an excellent position to reach both of our goals. The property has fully confirmed what we had observed on the internet : light, elegant and refined. We were immediately attracted by the garden, rich of plants and fragrant flowers and the wonderful majolica tiles of Vietri lobby. The staff welcomed us with cordiality, and with a cool welcome cocktail that has made us forget the tiredness of the journey and the heat of the day. The rooms we found them well-kept and clean, equipped with every comfort and with a large panoramic terrace. In the days after the staff showed always discreet, polite, efficient and ready to meet any of our needs. We felt pampered just like at home. We will definitely be back. Thanks to all the staff.

Stayed 4 nights at this lovely hotel and had a great stay, ideally located for visits to pompei, herculeum, versuvio, sorrento. The staff here are exceptional and go the extra mile for their guests. Would highly recommend this Hotel.

Hotel really classy, located in a very convenient location to reach the Circumvesuviana, then both to move and visit the main cities and cultural sites (Pompeii and archeological excavations, Naples, Sorrento and the coast…), but also a wonderful Oasis Where to rest and be refreshed enjoy the pleasures of "Otium". Very refined and fine setting (I was really amazed by the decorations of the pavement both outside and inside) and all the rooms have a balcony or even a terrace (the suite is highly recommended! ). The breakfast is plentiful and varied for those who want the salty and for those who prefer the dessert: I personally recommend the exquisite cakes and the giant croissants classic Italian! All crowned by a management and a staff really competent but especially polite and helpful, able to make customers feel at home and in the family! Congratulations really, I will definitely return!

I admit the location is far away from the center of Pompei, however there is a train and bus route within walking distance, and anytime we needed to get somewhere they provided a shuttle that drove us to where we needed. The staff was amazing and very helpful; we visited during our honeymoon and arrived at a time where restaurants were closed, and we were hungry from our travels. They ended up making us a free small meal which was very nice until restaurants opened for dinner at 7PM, and when we returned, they gave us a bottle of wine and decorated our room with rose pedals. It was very nice. They also helped us with laundry; though they do not provide laundry services, they were willing to call and find one for us that suited our plan for the day and took us there with their shuttle. When the staff discovered our future destinations for our honeymoon, they provided us with restaurant recommendations of those cities which was very nice. They acted beyond what they needed to do as staff and it was greatly appreciated, and I am very pleased with our time at the Costa Hotel.

We stayed two nights in this fabulous Hotel, staff friendlier, cleanliness Super room, great breakfast and all the staff available to guests, what to say more… we will be back with pleasure…

Excellent service, clear bathrooms, I put 4 stars because the food as you pay it has a taste from foods compared, but it is to reward the availability of the staff that to every need helps you.

I stayed here unfortunately not for pleasure. But I have to say I felt at home. Professionalism and respect are the order of the day, kindness and friendliness. Great room cleaning, I had a room on the 5th floor with a huge terrace for my dog. Vesuvius view the only flaw? Little choice of breakfast, just sweet. For such a hotel I think it would be advisable to review the fact of adding the salty. But in the end, we ate and we enjoyed it equally. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

I stayed for the bridge of the Immaculate at the Coast Hotel, a few days, but sublime. Thank you Pasqualina, Vincenzo, Carmela and the Staff because they are exceptional. You are greeted with so much warmth, helpfulness and efficiency : do you feel truly in the family. From their you can stay quiet because they are super-super comfortable. I arrived out of hours
but I found a great lunch accompanied by a sweet live music. Who would not be excited to hear: "O sole mio sta nfronte a te… "
Before leaving, I hugged all of my new family and I assure you that very soon I will RETURN'.

Very nice hotel in a not perfect of a location. Right on the freeway with a bit of road traffic noise. Very close to the ruins and the beach boardwalk just a short drive to either.

I have been to this Hotel for two weeks for business reasons.
During my stay, precisely on January 23rd, I made the years away from home.
But while being away from home, the Hotel staff made me a huge surprise. I was celebrated with a beautiful cake.
They made me feel at home with the warmth that only in the south you can find.
Thank you very heartily for these moments of joy.

Falsely advertised as a 4 star hotel. More like a truck stop. Breakfast was less than a continental. Beds were plywood. Showers didn't work in any of our 4 rooms. Property was secure and parking was good. Location was ideal to tour Pompeii.

We have stayed for a week at the Costa Hotel, and are leaving for home today. Our room was comfortable, the continental breakfast in the restaurant perfectly ok. What really stands out was the terrific service provided by Pasqualina and the girls at reception, who all went out of their way to offer advice and make our stay as good as possible. Grazie a Carmela, Elisa e Giusy!

Costa Hotel it's not the best but, it isn't so bad. The rooms are clean, and very comfortable. The food is very delicious and it has a lot of variety. I really reccomend it.
