Hotel not very recent but elegant, trimable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great prices.

Great experience on school trip, in fact the rooms were nice, small and welcoming. The food did not excite me, dishes in the norm I could say. Professional service though a touch of comedy when they serve could be there.

Reading comments, and yea, things dont change. Bad breakfest, terrible bad and more… (at least girl at recepc desk was nice.

We stayed with our delegation on the occasion of the Palio del Casale: The negative reviews do not make it justice to the hotel. The bathroom was clean and in the room there was just a little dust (thing of one or two days) that I found myself having to clean only because my girlfriend suffers from asthma and allergies to dust, otherwise you would not even notice. Only out of tune are the furnishings, certainly dated and that bear "the signs of Time": In a 4-star structure, in 2018, are certainly not adequate.
But overall the hospitality was great and the Stay (breakfast included) very good.

Dirty baths, broken bed slaties, very rude staff, abominable food.

The property is very well kept, the staff is friendly and tries to please the requests.

I go there often x my love escapes place good quiet and reserved.

The staff were very kind, they went out of their way to please us guests, the food very good, every morning they called to warn you that breakfast was ready. It was very clean, you changed towels and everything every day. Very much recommend this hotel.

Big, huge disappointment. This hotel is not keeping its promises. No pool despite what they advertise, beds so hard that we feel every spring of the mattress, breakfast food really not very good (but good coffee). Obsolete Style and aging general condition, sometimes dilapidated material (faucet etc). The housekeeping is unsatisfactory (especially the shower) and the electricity system that requires a key is surprising. Air conditioning Ultra noisy because old I guess. No Wifi, it is only captured very little and badly. Taxi Service very expensive but Taximan nice brief, to avoid even if in positive point I will remember that the people at the reception are very nice and that we have a nice little view of the mountains. But the manager/manager did not take the time to chat with us for the Wi-Fi and the pool, despite our demands and misleading advertising. Flee and if it is too late good luck to have a commercial gesture.

Above average service. The food is of a good quality.

I was in this facility for the Immaculate Bridge for three days and two nights with fifty customers. Although it is difficult to manage a group of adults of different age groups the staff was wonderfully up to the situation. Excellent reception and common spaces, rooms are large as well as bathrooms with normal weather signs (a bit of maintenance in addition would not spoil). Free Wi fi everywhere great the kitchen. Very good quality price. The capable and professional manager was really helpful. I'il be back with other groups.

Complete Hotel from the service point of view. It was a very nice hotel. Meeting rooms, conferences, parties, etc. They are really nice and big. Good price for the neocatechumenals.

Friendly staff good facility easily accessible recommended.

What a god awful place. Changed hotels just to be able to use use a pool. But pool was closed for hotel guests and used as a swimming centre only. Breakfast was actually disgusting! The hotel is very outdated and a lot of things need repairing. I will never visit again!

Warm yourself at home.

Excellent in all respects with the family but also for business trips.
