Very kind staff, The 2 guys of the piano bar were good, very nice room manager and good food.

Yesterday we celebrated the baptism of our little princess, a fantastic day full of emotions. All taken care of in every detail all this thanks to Giuliano. A big thank you goes to you Giuliano for your availability, for your professionalism and for your sweetness, you have realized all our desires and dreams. Perfect and delicate room set-up, excellent and quality food. Giuliano you are an exceptional person, we also congratulate all the staff. Very happy with all aspects of this hotel. We had a family room which was very spacious, clean and plenty of room to put our belongings and for the children to play. We didn't use the pool as it was thunder and lightning. Breakfast had a large selection which all of our children found something they liked. I would highly recommend this hotel. If we are ever back in the area would revisit.

The structure is old and goes shooting, the rooms with carpets x land and still dirty bad odor rating from 1 to 10 for me 2 just… You can't pay a 4 star and sleep in a dirty bed… The restaurant no comment. To avoid.

The hotel is a very good four star, located at two steps from the motorway exit, in a quiet and silent area.
The hotel is definitely in good condition: The reception is functional, the rooms cozy and clean, and with a spacious bathroom and equipped with everything.
The great breakfast is expected of every well of God! Recommended.

We students have given fairly mediocre rooms and food. Not worthy of a 4 star, absolutely.

Rude and obnoxious waiters! Poor food and low quality! As dessert they have a baked cream with chocolate on it… you can't even smell it, that sucks! Rooms in the same way as hygiene, dirty and terrible sanitary! This Hotel would deserve 2 stars!

Quiet Hotel Cozy place equipped with a nice swimming pool, and disco for the youngest for events, with staff very valid and available from the professional point of view, excellent food thanks to an expert chef all directed by a very kind person and very Expert.

L'hotel è facilmente raggiungibile. Dall'esterno non rende tanto quanto l'interno, il quale è arredato molto bene e con gusto; il personale è cordiale, cortese e ben preparato. Ottimo luogo per conferenze e passare un bel weekend (grazie anche alla piscina e I gazebi che la circondano). Ottimo il cibo e I costi, nonostante sia un 4 stelle, sono contenuti. Consigliato senz'altro!

Dall' esterno non si direbbe ma l' interno è arredato con gusto e cura al dettaglio. Personale gentile ed ospitale.

It was a very nice Hotel and it was very close to the airport. Great food and the availability of all the staff.

Wonderful place to relax and catering with great rooms and comfortable friendly staff prepared and helpful delicious food and exceptional pool;) as well as party and meeting areas;) very very equipped and ample.

The service was pathetic is disorganized.
At dinner time I went to the restaurant to sit down is I did not find the place to eat then I ask the manager if he could add a chair to the table with my friends the manager made me wait in the middle of the dining room making me do a fool in front of all P Oi they took a table and they would equip it for the truckers at that point arrived the manager and asked me to sit at the truckers table is this is just the beginning.
After I sat down with a little ' nervous comes the first dish that was a classic pasta with tomato velllutata, seemed cooked by a child of 7 years more than pasta was a jelly to the tomato is as if not enough a waiter accidentally dropped the Spoon to serve the dough in the sweater of a driver and instead of apologizing quickly took the spoon (aware that he had dirty the sweater of the driver) and left and told him to the driver that the waiter had dirty his sweater.

The room was very small The place is as good as a foothold to visit the surrounding beauties.

I went to the Hotel I Gigli, for parties of 18 years. The food is of a good quality, the facility is well made and the staff very professional.

My worst nightmare, place was not what is shown on website, dirty run down rooms, some staff were friendly, waiters were fine, loved Giuliano.
