Perfect location. You can go to the city center on foot. It takes 10-15 minutes. Rooms are great. Clean and modern. If you visit Napoli, this hotel is the right place to stay.

The hotel is very well located. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean. And last but not least, breakfast has a big array of choices. Good quality food.

Very poor. Rooms clean and fine but very poor facilities. No bar/cafe as stated. Rooms not sound proof could here everything including other toilets being flushed. Shower never drained correctly and air conditioning not controlled in room therefore rooms often very cold. No tea/coffee in room. Overall very poor for a 4 star hotel.

An old fashion hotel but everything's work here. Good location near to the centre and to the sea. Would appreciate it more when they provide their guests with water cooker, instant coffee, tea and complimentary water … And I don't think that I'm asking too much since it's a 4 stars hotel.

Hotel located in the immediate vicinity of the Caracciolo seafront, in Chiaia, is in a beautiful location just a stone's throw from the centre. Another thing not to be underestimated: the area is rich in restaurants, pizzerias, cafés and confectioneries, as well as prestigious shops, there are various embassies and it is therefore practicable even in the evening, even on their own, without fear of being robbed. Coming to the hotel the service is efficient and courteous, the rooms are adequate, the bathrooms provided with toiletries. The breakfast is rich, especially for the sweet part. Good value for money.

Excellent service, room equipped with everything you need (from the bathroom foam, to the soaps to get to the comb and stocking shoes), friendly service and available at the reception, breakfast with a wide range of choice (also as regards the salty), also All in very good taste. Personally I could have to do with Nicoletta always smiling and open to your requests. Very recommended, we will definitely go back.

Comfortable bedding, breakfast buffet suitable but basic international. The building being old the rooms lack a real refreshing while being spacious. The acoustics is not top. The cars get along from 5h of dull… annoying if you have light sleep.

I stayed here last week and it was the worst experience. The hotel manager and front desk staff were beyond rude, room was hot, never got the wake up calls I requested, room was out dated, etc. The hotel manager actually threw my credit card at me because he kept yelling at me to enter and pin when it didn't have one. Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel.

Very good excluding breakfast in continuous worsening, despite the reports of customers. A real pity the blindness of the manager.

This hotel states it is a 4 star hotel. The service is much less than a 4 star. The easiest way I can review this is by a pro's and con's list. PROS: — The customer service was great. The staff were able to help with all of our needs when they were available. — They had parking at the hotel. — They had breakfast available each morning. — The room was immaculate and clean. — The turn-down service made sure to organize our mess. CONS: — The air in the room did not work. We spoke to the staff downstairs and they made a few clicks on their system computer that did nothing. — Parking was not always available. Staff will point you to a nearby garage. Be aware that if this happens to you on a Saturday, the garage may not be open on that Sunday. — Parking is €25 per night when available. — Breakfast is not included in the rooms price. It is €9 per person, per day. — Shower did not drain properly when in it. It pooled around the drain and sat there. The water pressure was also kind of weak. Overall, if you plan on staying here, do not expect 4-star service, but you may be able to enjoy your stay.

Cosy Hotel in central area, close to the seafront promenade. The rooms are cozy although the décor is not modern.
I find the presence of Parquet pleasant although I doubt it is real.

Great hotel in Naples. The room was very nice All very clean. The breakfast is very good, full of fresh and typical sweets, such as Sfogliatelle or Baba. The staff are very friendly and helpful. With a bit of luck you can also find great deals.

Needs some refurbishing, but overall a really good hotel for a fair price and in a good position. The breakfast is very good. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and silent. A TV and hairdryer are available in each room. Internet is free and working quite well.

The hotel is good. But the attention was terrible! When you arrive there are no boots to help you and those who comply is with bad energy!

Excellent location to see the beautiful Naples, but the hotel is of old 2/3 star structure accompanied by a pleasant smell of sewer coming from the bathroom. Despite the constant complaints I received only an apology. The pictures of the rooms do not match the reality. Small rooms style years 80. Compared to the service given the price is excessive. The 1-Star breakfast. Rooms not soundproofed. The company of the sciaquoni of the neighbors keeps you awake during the night. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Good quality for the price. Nice location. Clean, spacious rooms. The staff speaks good English. Some upper floor rooms have a nice sea view. We stayed in two rooms connected to each other, great for families. We were at the 9th floor, and had a nice view of the sea and the islands nearby. The minibar is ok, mostly non-alcoholic drinks. The tv-sets were from the past, small, one even smaller than my 17" laptop screen. As cons, they have no bar or restaurant, and only two, rather small elevators, but no biggie here. At about 100€/room I think it's a pretty good deal.

Lovely hotel & staff were so so lovely & welcoming. I gave 4 stars as I personally would have like a kettle in the room & sofa bed could have been a little better. Overall a nice hotel & I would recommend.

Very comfortable hotel in a fantastic location. Staff were very welcoming and offered a good room on the seventh floor with a (just about) sea view. Hotel decor quite aged, but very clean with good rang out room service offered.

We've been in Naples for one evening and the reception of the hotel was impeccable: the room spotless, modern and warm.
The service was really professional, at reception speak very good English and know how to relate to any customer.
The area is one of the safest of Naples as already written in previous reviews as well as very close to touristic places.
