Great location near the train station. Hotel was very well maintained. Breakfast was similar to others we had in Italy. Great spot overall.

Excellent hotel connected to the Naples Central Terminal directly on the inside. Stay here cab leave luggage after checkout. Excellent service. Very clean and professional. Many car rental offices in same building which is connected to their garage. This is the perfect location for both leisure and business travelers.

Very well located Hotel for the mobility in the city of Naples, attached to the terminal of Piazza Garibaldi. Comfortable, spacious and bright rooms, super comfortable bed, good pillows, good cleanliness, full breakfast, friendly staff and ready to settle any questions. The facility of the restaurant next door with very good level of cuisine Y10% discount, for being guest of the hotel. Good atmosphere around despite being close to a terminal.

Hotel located at the southern course behind the central station with excellent bar and good restaurant. Ex Dopolavoro railway, structure remade and therefore modern. All in all positive the judgement on the property, on the staff is on the services.

The reception was excellent. Everything is fine.

Friendly and Professional Staff. The hotel is very close to the train station. The local eateries around were awesome. Rooms were ok but we could hear noises from next room.

4-star hotel. The rooms are large and clean. They are quite quiet towards the outside noises but for those very less interior. The air conditioner is very noisy and at night goes off. The air conditioner and the room benefit a bit of maintenance. As far as the place is comfortable. It's basically inside the station where you can access it directly.

Excellent value for money, very convenient because adjacent to the station, rooms not hyper spacious but modern, excellent choice in consideration of some alternatives that are charged much more albeit structurally crumbling.

Just around the corner from Garibaldi station, walking distance. Streets right across the hotel are a bit shadey at night, but that's not very unusual in Naples. Modern and nicely decorated room. Spacy and clean bathroom. Simple breakfast. Internet connection with lots of interrupts.

Good hotel, located near the central station of Garibaldi, also easily reachable from the inside of the station, passing through the commercial gallery.
Personally I attended a training course that chose this hotel as a location, equipped with a large and bright interior room with chairs, tables, projector and whiteboard.
The room was clean and they provided water, glasses and pens.
I went inside the hotel for the bathroom and noticed that the hotel was very tidy and clean, quiet and the staff very friendly and helpful.
I recommend it!

Hotel adjacent to the central station, very convenient for travelers. The rooms are spacious and clean, in our case the Junior suite has a comfortable and equipped balcony, in the bathroom there are all the classic comforts, the TV has Mediaset Premium, the bed has double pillows and the. Stiff mattress very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning and classic continental with sweet and salty, good and with wide choice. On the ground floor there is a restaurant with 10% discount for hotel guests. Conisgliato.

Lovely hotel for families with kids. Very friendly customer service. The area outside the hotel is not nice, but this can be avoided by using the shortcut which takes you to the hotel directly from behind the naploi centrale station. Clean rooms and comfortable for families.

Hotel near the station strategic place to navigate in Naples even if a priori not very reassuring because a lot of poverty. But I've never felt insecure.

The best hotel in Naples, in my opinion. Located in a great location, close to the train station (it has a private gallery on the tracks) and the Metro of Piazza Garibaldi. The rooms are hospitable and quiet, and have free Wi-Fi and a TV with different features including Internet, weather forecast, news, alarm clock and much more, all free! (including normal digital terrestrial and Premium, of course! )
Also the staff is nice and willing to grant any request, from the information on what to see when calling a taxi if necessary. We also serve a great breakfast and the restaurant with them (you can have a discount of 10%), as well as being two meters away, is excellent: I recommend pasta with seafood or the fantastic pizza.

Stayed at the Stelle Hotel since the hotel we originally booked ended up being a disappointment. This hotel came as a breeze of relief with all its comforts. The hotel was located a short walk from the Garibaldi station and had all amenities we wanted. There was a pizzeria and a coffee shop downstairs which was a good addition. The area was safe with many shops around the hotel. The buffet breakfast although not vast in choice was good enough for us. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I'd recommend this to anyone coming to the area.

Clean hotel which you can access right from the train station without walking on the street.

Very elegant, very close to Central station and metro line 1 and 2. Very nice, clean and quiet. Rooms equipped with all comforts (satellite TV, mini bar, large comfortable shower, private balcony, air conditioning). Finally the staff always helpful and very welcoming, a great hotel in the heart of Naples!

This was the first time a hotel doesn't let me take food to my room, they were rude. Also situated in a very bad place. I don't recommend it at all.

Staying at Stelle hotel was a pleasing surprise. The hotel is great, clean and in an excellent location. The receptionists were very kind, polite and most of them spoke very good English. I must say that Andrea was very helpful and gentle.
The hotel also has "Binário Calmo" as the restaurant and bar, where I could try some of the best dishes in Italy. Again, I have to say that Omar was very friendly and receptive.

Clean place, quite loud near the street though. The local area is quite dirty and not pretty. Would consider staying at another place.

Great location to the central station and the city centre. Great prices as well as the cleanliness of the room.

When I arrived at the hotel, I thought it was good!
. But entering put me in a bedroom with a bathroom no box of multiplex, no more plastic, the bathroom was flooded! I asked for a room change, but don't want to change! They told me that the other rooms were occupied, as if I made the reservation before 1 month!
I'm disappointed and I wouldn't go here!

Recently renovated, hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are quite spacious and well maintained; room coverage of Wi-Fi (free) excellent. The real selling point is the location, walking distance to Central station and the city centre, is ideal for short business trips. Only downside: the rooms are noisy not for the station, but for the cars passing on the South Course, however the Windows guarantee a good level of soundproofing.

Too good to only be a 3 star!

Good property practically in station, rooms well insulated from outside noise, less decorated. Breakfast with decent selection, good desserts "homemade".
