Very friendly staff, excellent cleanliness, great cuisine, and in addition very convenient location.

While the room was very nice and the staff in the actual hotel was as well l, the parking was a nightmare. We had to pay to park to stay in the hotel that was the parking garage was in. We have never had to do that before. It was very frustrating.

Location excellent, service impeccable, staff friendly and polite. I was there for the Mastrerclass younique and I spent two wonderful days in the silence of the room was wonderful and with all The comforts. Thanks.

I was here for a Masterclass Younique, buffets and coffee breaks can be an excellent and comfortable room with a roof garden overlooking the Vesuvius. Room service very efficient. The kitchen and restaurant, the perfect maitre d', Michael. Room large, clean with spacious balcony. That is really nice. I will be back every time I come to Naples.

This is a lovely hotel, centrally located near the train station. Clean, comfortable and very nice!

1st of all: You can't beat the location, it's perfect!
After saying that, everything else is just great: big, high quality rooms with ac, plentiful breakfast, beautiful lobby and dining hall… everything!
Would definetely choose it again when visiting Naples.

Great location beside main train station bus station and metro only 10 min by taxi from airport.

Nice and clean convient location, free Wi-Fi, but the food for dinner is not up to the standard expected for this type of hotel — especially if you are a vegetarian.

It is very convenient location, the room is good as well, however, the service in front desk can be improved, maybe there are a lot of people stay there, then they are very busy.

The Stay was Great. The only negative things you can see were a 4-Star
1: The mattresses not really comfortable for a 4 Star
2: With the price of overnight accommodation the parking had to be included and not apart.
3: Have only one bathrobe, and only one pair of slippers.
4: Laundry Closed in August in a 4 Star.

For the rest as already indicated above OTTIMO.

I would definitely recommend your property, and we could most likely be your guests again.

Room smelled like sewage, shower worked about as I'd imagine watersports to feel like. AC barely operational. Constant noise of toilets flushing/etc. Keep in mind, this was allegedly an "Executive" room. Breakfast was good, but probably not worth the $$ aside from convenience. Wi-Fi perpetually broken. Minor gripes: No outlets adjacent the bed. Avoid unless you are perpetually late to the train station. Not at all in line with what is supposedly a 4-star hotel.

Peaceful air conditioned spot. Clean and we'll presented. Only criticism would be not having a snack option for late arrivals who do not want a full meal. A toilet accessible in the lobby when breakfast is over would also be useful.

I stayed here only one night before an early morning flight out of Rome. I wish I could have stayed longer, as this was the nicest hotel I stayed in over my entire trip! Cool, modern hotel with very welcoming staff. I did not need anything extra so I cannot comment on that. Shuttle service to and from the airport was just as stated. Got in later so had to wait for the shuttle… but I knew this ahead of time. Just bad timing. I would definitely stay here again!

First of all we start by saying that it is valuable the location right in front of the central station and for those who arrive by train is practically in the hotel is also very close to the center so ideal for holidays or work. The hotel is well maintained, well maintained with large and spacious rooms, friendly and great staff and varied breakfast. And the services also have the garage for the car but if you have to go to Naples I recommend the train. Positive review if I go to Naples I'll be back for sure.

Fantastic location. It's immediately adjacent to the train and metro stations. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The en suite washroom was very modern and well laid out. Overall a very nice 4-star hotel, and you won't be disappointed with your stay here.

The breakfast maybe is not exactly up to a four star: there were regular natural yogurt, and it was necessary to ask, the salami and cheese are a bit ' scarce and lack of boiled eggs.

A few steps from the train station and the Metro. Well-appointed, well-equipped and soundproof rooms. Good breakfast. Kind to the front desk. Prices in line with the level of the hotel.

Negative not immediately theft in the dining room but the direction is not interested at all, I'm not the only categorically discouraged thanks that he responded after 3 months, knows very well that the 06/01/2018 in the breakfast room I stole the purse. We chose this hotel on Piazza Garibaldi because it is very close to the train station. Especially convenient if you're interested in going to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Sorrento (Circumvesuviana trains). There is also the 2 metro lines for exploring Napoli. If you need it, the airport bus (I think it leaves every 1/2 hr) is in front of the train station. The area is safe but crowded with restaurants all around. There is also a supermarket across the street (next to the bookstore). Our room was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with eggs, meats, cheeses, cereals, pastries, coffee, teas and fresh squeezed juices. I highly recommend this hotel!

The Star Terminus in Naples is a very well run hotel. The décor is elegantly modern; the hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is also extremely handy for travellers as it is not only adjacent to the main railway stations, it is also very convenient for getting the bus to the airport.

Good hotel, good service. Bedding is neat and firm. Breakfast’s buffet is rich but basic in taste, nothing exceptional, but good coffee though. I’d say avoid the hotel restaurant in the evening, there are so many better places around! I’d definitely stay there again, extremely convenient by the train station side.

The surrounding area is quite contrasty. The train station and its shops give a busy atmosphere during the day. In the evening the adjacent streets are not very engaging. We just spent two awful nights in this hotel!
C is an extremely noisy area, right in front of the train station, concert of horns every night and no double glazing!
We were very hot in the room and the front desk told us that the air conditioning would be started only from the month of may!

The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and hygienic. The best tvcable (all matches and races) beautiful great room to be very illuminated. Breakfast was very good. Weak Wi-Fi signal in ALG Rooms.

Next to the central Naples station, very nice, recently renovated looks, clean and with sophisticated furniture, attentive to the details. Spacious meeting rooms, bright, staff worth a 5 *. I do not give the 5 * because of the dinner at the restaurant inside: As much as I had eaten a very good hoax at lunch, the dinner made of snapper chosen to the paper, was not cooked well, even a bad smell. Apologizing they offered me the fruit, but I would have preferred to advise against it at the time of the order.

We already went down twice in this hotel which we appreciate for the quality of service and its location. Very good location, close to the train station or bus stop to the airport.

The hotel is situated next to the central station in Naples and is very convenient for links across the city. This is a charming hotel, with attentive reception staff and attractive public spaces. We had been offered an upgrade and our room was spacious and very comfortable, with high quality finishings. The upgrade included breakfast which was comprehensive and served in a relaxed setting. Overall excellent value for money.

Great hotel, amazing location… however, I have at the moment room 511 and it is INCREDIBLY HOT. I advised the reception desk in the morning after struggling for a whole night and they said that the AC is not working this time of the year. My dad is on the same hotel, and AC works fine in his room. I asked for a fan and they said they don't have any… They offered a diferent room… I had to decline because I was leaving to Pompeii and had to change rooms at the exact moment. Anyway… I really dont understant how a hotel so perfect dont have a functional AC in all rooms, nor a repair man…

Not very impressed with Starhotels Terminus. Bunch of thieves. When we went to check in, the lady at the front desk SIGHED at me like I had inconvenienced her with my business. The food at the restaurant was less than average and overpriced. They then proceeded to lock us out of our room for an "unpaid" bill which was not even due until the end of our stay. Tried to charge us twice for the city tax. Cleaners ate our food and opened packets of candy that my girlfriend had on her nightstand. My girlfriend's makeup and body lotions where opened and used and a packet of pills was stolen from her birth control medication which was left in the bathroom. Thank goodness we didn't leave our passports in the safe which has a note saying "This is not for storing valuables. " I have no doubt they would have stolen our passports. Avoid.

Good breakfast, but the receptionist was rude, while I attended he ate a loaf which was not fit in his mouth (crumbs were falling) and ate with his mouth open. Unpleasant.

Good value for money and good location, although there is a little shady wildlife lurking around, pay attention to pickpockets.

A standard three star. Clean rooms. Recently renovated. Breakfast very varied… with a lot of average quantity and quality. There are no dietary or bio products. Yes for intolerances.

Located directly across the street from Napoli Centrale station makes it accessible by train, bus, and taxi. The Alibus bus takes 15-20 minutes to/from the airport for €5 per person and leaves every 15min. The room was clean and spacious, relatively quiet, good Wi-Fi (good connection, OK speed), comfy bed and pillows, and had power outlets on both sides of the bed. We had a courtyard facing room and didn't get much sunlight but the room had lots of lights, and it got stuffy during the night (air conditioning blew hot air). The gym was pretty good with a treadmill, an elliptical, stair climber, three weight machines, and free weights (only going to 9kg though). Lots of good, cheap food options nearby.

Very luxurious rooms! Comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. Our even had a bathtub, which I enjoyed! You could also make yourself coffee and tea. The service was excellent! The location is alright but close to some shady neighborhoods. But it's on a good distance to the airport and the block in itself where the hotel is located is very nice!

I've been there several times. The rooms on the third floor are all pretty comfortable, some better than others. The rooms that overlook the interior are quieter, but you can hear a background fan noise, while in the rooms on the street it is possible to hear the cars passing by in the afternoon and in the morning. Rooms equipped with different comforts, minibar, hair dryer, TV, hot and cold air diffuser. Very good breakfast There is a part dedicated to the international breakfast and a purely Italian. Very nice staff. Only flaws a receptionist, who usually does the turn late in the evening, which takes forever in the recordings.

Annoyingly disappointing "luxury hotel"!
Arrogant reception staff, suspicion of fraud: Despite the superior double booking, a quarter in the standard double room (zi. 530) was tried, free W-LAN only works limited, for breakfast stale filter coffee and glibberiges scrambled eggs — ordering a Boiled egg It was charged with €5 as an extra service, only 1 cheese on offer (also only salami & Mortadella from pork), only 3 white bread rolls on offer (no dark bread), old, sat chairs in the restaurant, noisy room WG. Defective balcony doors, only 2 German TV channels, no hot water boiler in the rooms… um, 4 stars?

Wifi is driving me nuts. Slow & irregular. Cannot even borrow a spoon or knife to cut fruits. Hotel says that their restaurant & accommodation are running on different operations, no idea what this means.

The room is comfortable but the first one we got had no safe, the second had a horrible smell to sewers, no one came to see what was going on and the hotel had no deodorant available to give us, although we were offered room change which we refused Because we were leaving the next day.

Room was clean and comfortable, however, no water was provided apart from what was in the mini bar (which was a bit pricey). Luckily, it's very close to central station and lots of shops so very convenient. The rooms don't seem to have much sound proofing as although outside noise is not a concern, you can hear a lot from the hallway which can be quite noisy at times.

Receptionist on arrival rather curt. I checked in early 12.30 and knew there was a possibility the room would not be ready but was astounded to hear that I could check in to another room that was ready if I paid 20 euros for early check in! I waited for a room and got one about 1.30 but having contacted the hotel prior to booking and asking if there were kettles in the rooms and given a positive answer I found my Superior room did not have a kettle. I returned to reception to complain but was told there were kettles only in Executive rooms. After considerable discussion with the receptionist (a different one and actually quite helpful) I decided to up grade to Executive but would not pay the 40 euro per night (4 night stay) and offered 20 euros which was accepted. I have stayed in Starhotels Bologna twice and could not fault it which is why I choose the Terminus for my stay in Naples but I was disappointed.

Hotel located right in front of the train station. Convenient to go to Pompei and Sorrento. Correct. But breakfast very bad and cleanliness leaving to be desired. There were long black hairs full of towels and a large trace of blood in the bathroom that was never cleaned.

Good location right on the main train station. The rooms are in very good condition and appropriately furnished. Unfortunately you hear a lot about the neighbouring rooms and the hallway. The bar is good, just a little expensive. Otherwise recommended!

Next to the train station, next to the mall and next to the car rental companies. Very well located and very quiet. Do not miss the views of Vesuvius from the upper terrace. The rooms are well spaced and the furniture is current. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good 4 star hotel in a convenient location to mobilize in a complicated city. It is easy to enter if you arrive by car and you are in front of the train station if you arrive in that way.

The location is good, the train station is a few steps away, and there is a bookstore and a pharmacy in the opposite area (at the train station), and there is a coffee shop nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

City center with car park Auto Moto very hearty breakfast easy to access and near the highway calm and modern.

The Hotel is very good but we did a lot of work when we arrived important. At 2:00 in the afternoon, 10 of the 14 rooms we had contracted were not yet ready. That leaves a lot to be desired from the hotel service.
The location is right next to the Termini station.
The rooms are large and very comfortable and the bathroom quite large also except that the shower enclosure is too small and makes the floor soak easily.
I also found faults in the elevators to access the rooms as they were a bit slow.
Otherwise it is a hotel I would recommend if you are going to visit Naples. Although what I do recommend is not to visit the city because it is the largest center of dirt and rabble that I found in my life.

The hotel was really nice… the staff were lovely. The location isn't great, but it is convenient. I' d recommend it.

Central location and great views.

I had a really good time in this hotel. I stood for 2 nights and visited west Naples, Visuvio volcano and other nearby places. I loved how this hotel is so central, it's a bliss to be near the train station. The only thing I advice is to stay away from the local wine served in glass in the bar, it's terrible.

Great location. Cars beeping outside is a bit loud and constant but didn't bother me too much. Could have more dairy free options at breakfast.

Stayed 2 days in ; it was à nice time. Great bedroom, great bathroom, very good breakfast. Has an underground parking, it is quite surprising however.
