Pure mattress good 3 stars very good.

Very old and tired hotel, probably at its best 50 years ago. Breakfast is basic, coffee is good though as are the croissants. Our room was recently decorated but apart from the bed the furniture is the original. Very clean but being on the front next to a busy street very noisy, Italians drive with one hand on the horn.

Discreet for the location it occupies, acceptable little breakfast corrected in bookings because having booked about a month before having agreed on a price. The location is very convenient, the staff was very helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean and cute. I liked the breakfast. Overall, it was really worth staying there, everyone made me feel more than welcome.

It is great, great beds, great showers. Its a nice basic hotel. It is well situated (near station and subway), lots of clothing stores. I was happy.

Travel from the airport to the centrally located hotel with public transport more than just. Reception on the day of arrival-friendly. The hotel prides itself as one of the oldest to be existing in the city, unfortunately you realize at some it him. The air conditioner leaked several times. In the building there is a certain microclimate, which is due to the architecture (slightly damp mould).
The staff showed by different sides. Reception, help friendly, capable of language. Service staff partly unavailable, spoke only Italian, rudimentary English, very friendly cleaning staff.
The breakfast was rather mau. No change, no fruits/vegetables (canned fruit), rather lukewarm coffee.
The environment is rather one of the poorer areas in Naples, it should be prepared. However close to the old town and due to its proximity to the main train station it is fast in other places in southern Italy.

This hotel has a very central position and although not the best area you can be in Naples, you can easily reach anywhere from there. Rooms are nice and clean with all the basic accessories you would expect. The staff is kind and friendly. A very pleasant stay overall.
