Clean and easy accessible from public transport. The train station is only a stone throw away and we have not heard any rail noises during my stay with Ibis. The breakfast have more choices than I have expected and overall experience is good. They don't provide dinner but does hold snacks for hungry guests. Interior are a little out dated, not as modern and mould was showing on shower silicone. A little disappointing otherwise it would be an excellent weekend getaway. Receptionist were friendly and very helpful.

Positive note, you are very close to the pizzeria: from Michele and even closer to the ancient oven Attanasio.
Passing all hotel, the room to me date was spacious, clean, quiet, served of TV, welcome water, towels and a supply of shampoo and soap. Tv and Breakfast buffet excellent (both Italian and All American). Friendly and helpful staff Recommend.

Very nice hotel and just a few steps from Garibaldi Square and the train station. Rails are visible from one side of the hotel but do not pose any noise problems at night, where everything is very quiet. Very nice staff. Good breakfast.

Basic Hotel The neighborhood is not great. Breakfast less than basic. The rooms are small, half of which overlook the noisy railroad tracks. You can find much better in Naples for the same price.

Standard in TT Les Domaines (home-room-breakfast…)

Good standard and the concept is well executed. Very close to the Garibaldi train station and central Napoli. Only downside was that someone tried to put drinks on our room bill, but the management fixed it without question. All in all a nice and comfy stay.

Really well situated. Modern 3 star hotel, but all you need and more. 5 minutes from the train station and bus station. Hop on hop off. What a pleasure. Really enjoying the hotel. Beds and pillows are really comfortable feels just like home. Staff speak English and very helpful. I will recommend it to anyone. Must try it out.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights while visiting Naples city center and the Pompeii ruins. Very convenient location, close to the train station, although the surrounding area may not be the best and cleanest. The hotel staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great with plenty of selections. The room was quite, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if we have a chance to visit this part of Italy in the future.

I have stayed several times in this hotel for business trips. Excellent location for the proximity to Piazza Garibaldi where there is train station, Metro, bus (including the Alibus from the airport) and taxi. Nice rooms Though maybe not at the level of the price; Unfortunately I happened a few times to find them dusty and dirty. The breakfast is good and varies for the sweet part, poor for the salty. Very nice staff.

Clean hotel near Naples Central. Quiet for sleeping, despite being close to the Circumvesuviana railway. Included and good quality breakfast. Check in fast and no problem.

Room was very good and tidy. The booked breakfast was comparatively poorer than usual, but still more than satisfactory. There were no difficulties and the hotel has served its purpose for a night well.

Ibis is quite good although the whole street is dirty… And, I really like the towels hier. But It will take more than 30 minutes to get the luggage cause they need to check before you leave and normally they do check out /in things and you need to wait.

Comfortable Ibis styles experience, room well laid out with plenty of light and space to relax in. Good buffet breakfast with plenty of fruits, pastries and coffee choices. Staff are helpful and friendly, the area isn't the best but the metro station and main train station are just a few minutes walk away as is the airport bus stop.

Actually — 5 stars but that's not the right… We were very disappointed. Our electric toothbrush was stolen from the hotel room. Yet that was not all. When we turned to hotel management, we were only given an answer due to renewed demand and ultimately nothing happened. An absolute no-go for an international hotel chain!

Clean and relatively new. Central location at the train station, Metro, supermarket and shopping centre. For this you have to take the typical rundown station quarter.

Great hotel which is located in the heart of Napoli. You're within 5 minutes of the main metro station, it's ideal for travellers who want to explore the wider Amalfi coastline. The hotel was clean, rooms are serviced everyday. Breakfast was OK, not a great selection of hot food however. This hotel is great for exploring the city centre.

As Ibis hotels go, this is one of the nicer ones. Conveniently close to several train stations and only a short walk into the city centre. Decor is a bit weird, but that's what you get from Ibis Styles. Breakfast is adequate, but the breakfast room is close to a train line so get quite loud every so often. Cleanliness of the room was high, and there were 2 bottles of water left on the desk which is is a nice touch. The building only has one lift, that you can only comfortably fit 4 people in. The priority system for calling the lift was interesting, seeming to favour who called it, not the button pressed inside. This lead to some amusing situations. Bizarrely, for a non smoking hotel with no smoking signs up everywhere the top floor still smelled like cigarettes.

Excellent central location, a stone's throw from the train and Metro station, Conad in the vicinity of the central station. Shops of all kinds, clean and modern hotel, very good breakfast.

Everything was great, the room was cleaned regularly and to a good standard, there was enough space and the room looked new and refurbished. The breakfast was tasty, with a decent selection of foods to choose from. The staff were friendly and approachable.

Nice looking hotel but the doors are paper thin and when your neighbor let's their door close and slam, the walls shake. If your room is that the rear of property, there are busy commuter trains from early morning to late evening going by and you will hear them. The rooms are beautiful and well furnished and the bathrooms although small, are very functional. Breakfast in nice and has warn items on the menu.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and quite acceptable for a few nights stay. Room size was adequate though not huge and the beds comfortable. Bathroom and shower also not huge but quite acceptable. TV and Internet was fine and had good speeds. Buffet breakfast was all you could eat and was a mixture of Western and European foods. Reception was pleasant and helpful. The hotel area is near the station and wasn't the cleanest area in town but for the most part we felt quite safe it was only a five minute walk to the main railway terminal. Lots of restaurants close by in The Tourist part of town, but I wouldn't recommend walking too far away from the central area particularly at night.

Despite a dubious neighborhood, the hotel is quiet and cozy but I advise against the city of Naples which is dirty and very dangerous alas!

Nice hotel close to the central station. Streets nearby arent the best in the city for a walk, but it is in walking diatance from the touristy via tribunali.

We went there and back several times during our stay (at each passage to Naples). A value for money ideal in Naples. Located 200 m from the metro and the train station. A very lively.

We stayed at this hotel. We had a great time. Bright room. Clean. Spacious bathroom clean. Soundproof room. Highly professional and friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast. I recommend it to everyone.

The location to the train station is good, meaning if you have alot of baggage it would be easy to reach, also because the train station is such a hub, buses run there regularly. Balcony was nice, good sized bathroom. The train station noise could be a problem depending on which room you get. Ours was not on the tracks side so we could see the tracks from our balcony, but it was not unbearable when the door was closed. We stayed in May though, so the nights were cool enough to be closing the doors. Our carpet was a dirty mess though. If you can look past it, the hotel is fine for a night or two.

A very nice Hotel. Very Central location. The staff very friendly and helpful. In a few minutes you can reach the Metro to the Central station or to a good place in the Regional rail to get to the Porta Nolana. We had a room with a balcony on the back of the hotel. Therefore we had a view of the Vesuvius and the sea. The Hotel was very clean and the Breakfast is always plentiful. The rooms could be somewhat larger for a Longer vacation or a recommendation for Naples travelers.

The hotel is very good and the service is very good but they gave us a bed rotates. The area is also not all good.

Excellent hotel and location.

The carpet is indecent, the mattresses are splitting my back and pillows are too soft, such that it seems to sleep directly on the mattress. A three star hotel? But where, but when, maybe in another era, because currently it is located in an alley with the ultimate degradation. Breakfast is okay, but maybe it should cost less than 8, 50 euros per person.

I was a guest at this Hotel 2 times: I was very good. The staff are friendly and the rooms are equipped with every comfort. Also good location: a short walk from Piazza Garibaldi and the central railway station.
