Hotel absolutely to recommend. Relaxation and harmony, excellent cuisine and highly knowledgeable and helpful staff. Stay for business reasons made unforgettable by all the staff of the hotel no one excluded. A praise to everyone from Jessica's class and elegance to Salvatore's elasticity and competence in the room. Good all and thank you.

Quiet atmosphere breathtaking view and friendly and very attentive staff, lots of carefully prepared dishes and a great level. Fresh fish with rich appetizers … every fish would be proud to end up in their pans! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRYING ASAP!

It is a former school occupied for years by the earthquake victims in the 80s, so structurally it is not conceived as a hotel.
Its location is both cross and delight:
if you have the opportunity to go in a taxi and always use it for the exits, it is fine because there are no noises and you rest well ;
if you go on foot or with your own car is not recommended because the route is cramped and dangerous even on the social level.

Hotel would not honor reservation for over an hour because they felt we payed too little for our 4 hour stay before our flight after their sister hotel (4 stars) tried to make us pay a higher rate for a 3 star hotel not in downtown.

Welcoming and polite staff. Clean and tidy room. Good breakfast. Shuttle to the center the day after arrival. Everything is perfect.

Very friendly staff. Nice view from the terrace. Free shuttle service. Only flaw, being near the airport you feel the planes taking off, which for those who have light sleep is a bit annoying. I didn't hear anything, having normal sleep.

The Culture Hotel Villa Capodimonte is located on a scenic hill overlooking the city of Naples, I a scenic location and not far from all the main sights of the city.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, closet, flat-screen satellite TV and closet. Some rooms have a patio or balcony overlooking the garden or the Gulf of Naples.
The Culture Hotel Villa Capodimonte offers a 24-hour reception, luggage storage, free Wi-Fi in all areas, on-site parking, elevator, safe, car rental, terrace, garden and ironing service.
In the morning you can have a large Italian breakfast with a wide choice of fresh sweet products and drinks. There is also a la carte restaurant and a bar.
The hotel is 300m from the Capodimonte Observatory, 800m from the Capodimonte Museum, while Naples Cathedral is 1.4km away.

The Hotel is very welcoming even if you could modernize a little something. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious.

An oasis of peace in the beautiful setting of Capodimonte. I recommend this very comfortable hotel with spacious, clean rooms and comfy beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable the hotel shuttles take you to the city centre and bring you back to the hotel. The hotel, surrounded by a beautiful park with green and oleanders, is silent and quiet during the night, the ideal after having spent a day on foot in the center of the Caoticita. We will definitely go back!

The hotel itself is okay, perhaps 3 star will be more aligned with the amenities and overall quality. On the positive side, the rooms are spacious and tidy. On the negative side, breakfast is quite simple, and the service could be friendlier. But the worst aspect is the location, too far away from the city centre.

It will certainly be a nice hotel, but they are very clever, as several times we asked well in advance to be able to stay with them using a wonderbox casket, but the answer always the same, always full. But who believes you more!? Rather than filling the rooms when more comfortable, that is in dead times because they pay you anyway, you do not propose as a structure in the caskets because you are incorrect!

We stayed here prior to flying from Naples Airport. Immaculately clean if a little dated. Staff were excellent and we enjoyed a great meal in the restaurant.

Stayed for work and delight numerous times and I can only talk about it well. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathroom is very very noisy. Friendly, punctual and discreet. The staff are nice and the food is valid. I would have liked the kitchen to stay open longer in the evening to meet my work needs but I realize that it is not always possible.
Well vigilance that from some security. Very good breakfasts and a applaud to the garden that surrounds it: really nice.

Valid Hotel to stay in tranquility but you must have a proper means to reach it or be prepared for long walks through lanes not really recommendable (at least so we were told).
I recommend a visit to the terrace placed on the fourth floor from which you can enjoy a wonderful view over Naples and Vesuvius.

Very nice Hotel. Comfortable rooms and magnificent restaurant.

Modern rooms and large with a decent terrace however the location is quite bad as you have to climb a slope of 1km for very narrow and dangerous streets as the cars go to the fullest. The shuttle bus from the hotel gives a lousy service… It works just to get off and very once in a while. Breakfast was OK.

This hotel is really old and run down. The staff are not that friendly. My reservation said free breakfast, but they refused to give it to me. Half the lights in the room did not work. The Wi-Fi constantly disconnects. Be careful about the restaurant. They charge you a 2 Euro service fee per person, even if you are not eating. My friends came along with me while I ate. We told the waiter that they are not eating. She said that's ok, but still added the charge to the final bill. When I asked her about it, she got quite rude and said that's the charge and too bad. I will never recommend this place to anybody. Stay away!

It's a really old hotel in a poor neighbourhood! The staff is great but the room is really basic. Note tag to get to the hotel you need to go through really narrow streets so if you have a large car or van you might have some trouble getting to the hotel.

Room 212 from 3 stars. I'd say 2 stars.

Hotel da waken, but still comfortable. Fantastic breakfast. A little complicated to reach between narrow alleys.

Is a decent hotel but don't expect bedroom 4 stars because although the State are not. The room where I hosted is generously proportioned and discreetly decorated. With separate entrance and a large bathroom with dressing room there is both a
the shower but a bath is not adequate for a rating of 4 stars as too outdated or otherwise inappropriate. The toilet is too high the tub is too low the fitting without mixer with double tap shows the ancient ' bath setting. Excellent breakfast and all public areas of the hotel. The boiler broke down at the end of the evening and I couldn't take a shower. For this latest episode I removed an additional star. Result just okay.

Very minimal. No mobile signal, Wi-Fi doesn't work, the room is often hot when you return, because to activate the lights and AC, you must insert your key into a port by the door. There's a restaurant serving decent food which might open if you ask nicely, and a bar area which serves beer and house wine only. I stayed here because it was walking distance to the observatory where my meeting was and I didn't want to deal with the Naples cab drivers, but don't recommend it.

We loved this hotel including the comfort, hospitality and a bit on the heights, giving rise to a view of Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples, from a spacious, clean room, and a balcony, leaving the Sun flooding the room in the morning, while the night of the totally hermetic blinds allowed us to sleep in total darkness closed fist After days to climb the hills of Naples, very tired, we were happy to retire in this haven of peace, all these elements, so, therefore enabled us to enjoy your stay. Hearty breakfast and delicious pastries of Carnival, sfogliatele and long coffee for us, fruit juice, salted cheese, eggs etc. To keep a good part of the day. We recommend this hotel because the price, is very correct. Staff very professional and Nice, but without affectation.
