Ci sono stata perché mi hanno regalato un coupon per la spa. C'ero già stata qualche anno fa, da allora la struttura è stata trascurata, I bagni turchi non funzionano, anche molte bocchette dell'idromassaggio sono rotte, l'acqua non era limpidissima.

Spa and service to throw… not even enough towels for customers. Very poor service and the whole structure falls apart. It's not a spa but a nightmare. The staff at the hotel Basic on all!

Ottima esperienza. Ho prenotato una giornata alla SPA per due persone. Il prezzo è stato molto conveniente. La qualità del servizio è stata ottima. Abbiamo seguito il percorso con bagno turco e sauna, docce emozionali e piscina con idromassaggio e percorso vascolare. Una bella esperienza. Lo cosiglio e penso che ci ritornerò presto.

We bought a package that offers room, breakfast and spa package. The spa is great, well organized and the staff very kind. The room is spacious and with a nice parquet. The hotel and the rooms are a little bit to renovate but the offer had such a profitable price that it's fine.

Exceeded expectations and evaded any prejudice for the zone and the environment. I have stayed at this hotel on 17/18 May. Great Spa, dedicated staff and efficient, especially the maitre d ' of the Hall that has proven itself over that prepared, very friendly and helpful. I don't put 5 stars for dinner with a menu, perhaps a bit too simple. But overall a good experience, that I recommend to anyone who is undecided about what to do!

The Hotel is very pleasant, or at least it is certainly the SPA area! Too bad it's located practically on a dump.
I am well aware that it is not for them, but it was mine, I wouldn't worry about the hotel personally to clean up at least the road leading to the entrance! Is ugly that the first and last thought when you go is the note just how degraded the area!

OK well dinner and breakfast with compliments to the staff of the restaurant for the courtesy. Only minus the cost of water, 3 euros per bottle (0, 75 cl) it seems a bit over the top. I didn't find these prices even in Ischia in summer. At the bottom is still water and saw that the dinner included wine, which we did not take because I do not drink, you could enter the water instead. The hotel could use a little sorting. I've been to the Spa I state that only the massage was great but let's start from the changing rooms dirty smelly.
