Were in this hotel when the flight was cancelled. Everything worked clearly: brunch, clean room, early breakfast.

Good hotel, neat and clran. Good hotel to rest while hiking the area.

Good service Rooms a little small for the price paid. Great breakfast. Rooms to renovate, restaurant not up to par. All in all, a hotel to feel comfortable. Comfortable and safe hotel parking. Have stayed multiple times at Novotel Caserta. Always an extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Room very disappointing a return back of 40 years for the furniture cleanliness leaves to be desired carpet stained uncomfortable bedding it is unthinkable that the group agreement offers this hotel to its customers.

Very good value for the price and the Hotel is very nice. Appreciated the hole of waiting then the presence in the room of accessories such as sewing kit in miniature and sponge shiny shoes, well-manicured rooms however the bathroom lacks the intimate detergent but there is no lack of shampoo, bath foam paper toilet and clean towels. As for the corner Baar in the room great but the problem lies in the fact that there is a sofa bed and a double so 4 people when there are 2 glasses and a couple of extra sachets of sugar do not hurt anyone if put them next to you envelopes and Other. Very fast Wifi nothing to complain about.

Quiet place in a busy street at the gates of Caserta with the backdrop of the Reggia di Caserta. C is all mini gym, a nice outdoor pool. There are many rooms x all. Huge lobby with comfy sofas and quiet place where you can make us a nice relaxed read! The Hall place where you also make breakfast, very rich x every person both Italian and not. Recommended x Families!

No more than two days you can stay there. The rooms are outdated and its need refurbishment. Restaurant is medium low in terms of everything. It is a bit noisy as the A1 motorway is passing behind the hotel.

Rooms are relatively old and it smells strange throughout the hotel. For breakfast There was nothing fresh, only Aufbackware and sweet inedible things. This accommodation is not worth your money! In the area there are hardly any good restaurants, overall no nice area.

We stayed overnight on our way from the South of Sicily to Netherlands. A very basic room with a queen size (foldable) iron bed that was as hard as a prison cod. Very bad for your back. An old dusty carpet on the floor and heating that could not be turned low. Fortunately the window could be opened. Good bathroom. Coffee and tea. They said that this was French hotel room concept. I didnot sleep at all. We profited from last minute booking and paid only 79 euro’s but if you make a normal booking prices are 200, = an unacceptable offer that is not in relation to the provided room and service. We didnot have breakfast due to driving schedule.

The Italians are very conservative just for the room style as yet the TV sets to the normal CAD no plasma screen you see… but I liked it. They're welcoming, kind. Not bad as hotel 65 euros per night for a standard room.

Standard Hotel of the Novotel chain. Indoor parking, medium quality restaurant. Indoor Gym. The rooms are old and not too clean.

Friendly team and nice location but there is a reason for its cheap price. This is the worst Novotel I ever stayed. Outdate infrastructure and poor breakfast, a representation of the poorly managed Caserta region.

Spacious but ageing rooms, carpet to change. Our non smoking room smelled of cigarette and plaster on the wall is from the years 80. The bedding is to be revisited!

The place is really good and cheap. Wi-Fi is a really big problem. Beds are not really comfortable, air conditioning does not cool down the room. The only "positive" thing to say is that the service is kind of decent. : (

Courteous and friendly welcome marred by the neglect of the staff. I have indeed left a toilet kit at the Novotel Caserta Sud. After contacting them, I made a transfer to send him back my toilet kit. The 40. €32 were well cashed but the toiletry kit still did not come back and the emails or I was asking to be informed of the follow-up remained unanswered. The hotel is fine, a good four star hotel with gym and swimming pool. The restaurant didn't get to two stars. "Tagliatelle with tomatoes and shrimp" made with tomatoes from salad and two shrimp poor quality meat sold in numbered, gold weight, red wine by the glass undrinkable.

Reopened for some time, has a standard still high, although the costs in General for one night are high if you do not have individual agreements. Excellent location just off exit caserta sud.
