The staff were amazing and helpful… but no internet! The owner apparently called someone to Come and fix it but they never came so don’t pay extra for that because you won’t have a connection. And when you call Expedia and the hotel to resolve the problem neither take responsibility and deals with it very unprofessionally. Overall hotel is a definite 1 or 2 star max in terms of that because if you want to connect with your staff at home you can’t through Wi-Fi. Prepare to turn your phone on and pay for data and roaming charges on top of the charges you’ve paid per night for this hotel which is a lot for what it’s offering; because that’s what we did and we did not get compensated for anything from the hotel owner when we brought up the issue.
