Fantastic value for money for people visiting Cosenza! Room was very clean, bathroom was a good size and breakfast was good.

Three stars for technical disservices related to air conditioning not controllable directly from many rooms and restaurant where it froze and gym not usable freely after 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Accommodation in order, service and breakfast 4 stars.

What to say: an almost perfect hotel
I take a star for some little in:
At breakfast there are no fresh croissants but only those frozen and prepared at the moment
Very vague information about the laundry (I only justify it because it was the week of August, but a 4-star hotel doesn't have to)
The "sitting" sanitary workers forced me to "sit" on my toes…
For the rest of the staff very nice, rooms always perfectly arranged, breakfast plentiful, a short walk from the center.

Welcome and Kindness. Clean room. Very welcoming. Friendly staff also on the floors. I had a great time. Great hotel location. Served in the area of everything. From Market to shopping. A few minutes by car you will get to the old town.

It's been a while since I went to Cosenza, staying at Italian Hotels and every time it's getting worse and worse. There's always something broken or not working in the rooms. Last time, a week ago, I had to change rooms three times. First did not work the board that opens the room, then the refrigerator, the broken safe, the air conditioning that could not be regularized: either the Siberian frost or the scorching heat. I think there should be more maintenance and that every time a customer goes away, check that everything works for those who arrive. Honestly, after six hours of travel, I was very annoyed to pick up my guns and luggage and move somewhere else. To find myself in a room with two single beds, after booking the queen was another unpleasant thing. There is no longer the courtesy set, although it is mentioned in the services. Dated furniture and carpeting should be reviewed. Positive thing, very nice staff and very helpful and excellent breakfast with sweet and salty.

I was there for a conference, hotel overall in style tended to be modern.
Nice staff, meeting room equipped with everything also with luggage storage and vests.

The restaurant inside, the Arabian Phoenix, expensive and of quality not excellent; Dishes treated but not satisfying the descriptions in the menus (ie cuttlefish with crispy vegetables with oil without crispy vegetables but with a simple salad, or pasta all'nduja with local pecorino but the pecorino could not be seen).

Excellently structured and run Hotel. Very comfortable both the room and the bathroom. Quiet, clean, with decent and kind staff. I also enjoyed the accommodation of the restaurant area (where I ate very well) and the collection area (full and assorted buffet) located comfortably on the first floor.

Strategic location. Near the motorway exit south of Cosenza. Very close to the Metropolis shopping Mall of Rende. Well-connected to the 107 Paola/Crotone.

Reasonable hotel for travellers passing through this unremarkable section of the country. My only complaints are the car park, which is separate to the hotel and which I wouldnt feel safe walking to or from late at night, and the gym. Who decided the opening hours for the fitness centre should be 10am to 10pm? With an 11am checkout, this means you can't use the facility before you leave. Madness, and met with indifference by the staff when I suggested as much.

Visited in November 2017 at a seminar of professional updating, this Hotel is located along Jfkennedy Avenue between Cosenza and Rende, at the height of the urban complex called "City of the boys", with respect to which it is on the right side of the axis Road in the direction of Rende. Not far from the parking lot, next to the hotel there is the restaurant overlooking the street, a few steps from the shopping center "città2000". Inside the furniture is very sober, in style "minimal"; Entering, on the right side of the bar area, in front of the reception, on the left the Lounge area, the accesses to the upper floors and the conference rooms.

A forgotten place in the years 90. Urgent need for a value to the current standards of hospitality. A simple place of passage.

Of the best hotels in the city. Great experience with regards to the room occupied. Not huge but well furnished and very clean. Bad experience with dinner buffet (I stayed on occasion of in event), gaunt and little varied.

One of the few hotels in the urban belt. Located between Cosenza and the neighbour makes it to the north.
