Excellent experience despite the contingent period of health emergency. Very nice structure and helpful and courteous staff (Paola cu followed from check in to check out solving our every little problem). Really great restaurant with Chef Danilo and all the really commendable staff for professionalism and kindness!

Animation not up to scratch, mainly due to the property (very poor). A beautiful place ruined by incompetents.

I would say it is not what I would expect from All inclusive 4 star resort. It is overpriced from that point of view. If you go by agency. Best of it is the quality of food and helpfull staff at the restorant. Self service of course. Mostly chief of staff Giorgio. Also room towels and beds were made daily. Animation team is great too. But… There is no ATM machine, receptionist doesn't speak english, same is for the rest of the staff, with exception of one. Some rooms are drafty, mouldly. Water is not drinkable. Every drink is served only by cup, only until 22:00 at the bar. So take a bottle with you. There is only shuttle bus to go to city centre for about 10/5€ per adult/kid. Too far to walk over the main road. If you have all inclusive which hurts most, there is no free ice cream, very limited drinks and only some pre-brewed coffe from pot. Snacks between meals, you can not choose from. Usually some left over pastry or pizza from previous meal. I will go again to this destination, but with own car, because city Pizzo is worth exploring also sorrounding volcano islands. But no more all inclusive.

Unique in its positive notes are the swimming pool and the green of the structure very well cared for. My criticisms, I would like to do it in a constructive way to anyone who reads and can do something to improve the structure that really has a huge potential
-the restaurant, in my humble opinion you should provide for the use of jugs during meals in such a way to get up only one time instead of going back and forth, since you offer only the plastic cups. And this is very annoying since that is not practical is nerve-wracking to get up every time you are thirsty in order to fill the glass. — the rooms, I don't know if it was a case of why my living room is done in early June so I suppose the beginning of the season, but my other rooms smelled of mothballs, but not light. Really heavy the pillow is the air really was invaded. In more than a freshen up on the walls would not be bad due to the mold in some points. — entertainment, I personally was not to my taste animator was a bit too arrogant.

The place is beautiful sea! Structure, Direction, Catering, Entertainment, Bar: Excellent! The village is well kept and the rooms are comfortable, the beach and sea are worth a enough full, the painful notes arrive at the restaurant. The dishes are repetitive, and even if it changes the name seems to be the same scope that you have eaten the previous day, especially the fish. The evening menu Calabro have passed off of the panga as a "fish of the crotonese" and only if you asked they would say that was from Vietnam. Even worse the bar, which is inadequate for the capacity of the village and directed by the staff to be absolutely inadequate and poorly-trained.

The structure and well-kept green, it is the host. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Flat screen Tv 32 inch. Cleaning good. The pool is great, beach access great for the kids, a few sun loungers. The beach (coarse sand) large and spacious, crystal clear sea but typical of the Calabrian immediately deep. Negative note is the food, breakfast with croissants, poor lunch and dinner with very little variety, always the same dishes mediocre quality. The pizza save a little meals.

We have been in this village for a meeting of 600 people and all those that I heard clean for the most part, mainly for the food and the organization. We arrived in the morning and we were delivered to the room at 18.30… say no more…

Overall is not bad. The structure is adeguaga but the organjzzazione, as a whole is medium-low. The restaurant is by review. Excellent the sea and the beach.

The place is nice with 2 children pools, a jacuzzi and a huge one, unfortunately they are poorly organized… The beach poorly cared for, and the restaurant service disorganized the menu varies very little, and they present at the next meal (reworked) what remained in large quantities from the previous service, the fight to the seat, since the restaurant was not enough Great to hold all the resort guests with the obligation of some to have to eat on the outside porch even though it was raining…

Excellent Structure, green well maintained, great Pinewood, but nothing more, food below expectations except pizzas, uncomfortable small rooms and ZERO cleanliness, mediocre entertainment, no Wi-Fi and much more.

A fantastic, pleasant and relaxing Resort.

Since last year the management has changed for the worse. It's Not a You anymore. Poor and repetitive Food. Fledgling Animation. No maintenance. Gulash served several times during the week… The typical "Calabrese" dish… Electric current jumping… And Alas this year same music… Too bad the stretch of sea and the facility are lovely. Don't go there!

This place I loved for the kindness of the people and for the spectacular sea view… I recommend it.

This morning We checked the breakfast, could not find anything edible and we go outside to find food! If you are lucky enough to find proper food then be careful about the other guests, because people elbow and hit you to fill their plates. NO queue whatsoever! You must be a warrior to reach out to the last bit of melon for example. A true "hunger games". Likewise at the pool area, getting an umrella requires some sprinting skills. If you are a rugby player, you will be fine. If you are too polite then you are screwed. Wild rules here. Embarrassing. Beach is dirty not maintained. Everytime I look I see dead jelly fish all around together with rubbish left. If you are to walk there is nothing in 500 meters and it gets scary to walk in early morning. Pics below. Everything gets closed at 7pm! No pool no beach available after 7. It feels like you pay to stay in a school camp. They claim they have animations for kids also in english. Fact: there is nothing in english. Only thing I heard so far is "one two three" in a song. I saw one animation with full of children watching, it was veeeery inappropriate that I felt embarrassed on behalf of kids witnessing this cheesy cheap stuff. (E. G. Exellent customer service and friendly staff.

Great hotel, all the rooms, catering, staff very friendly, helpful, always listening to any desire of the customer, unlike some of the testimony, nothing to say but praise.

Listen to some complainers, the beach and the pools are TB, the food is correct, only flaw of the club it is a bit far from everything, but between exits the vehicle rental is not so annoying.

I recommend it to all who want to spend a stay.

The place is super-the beach road eucalyptus and pine forest. The food is decent, the range is not great but every day new dishes. Very tasty. Room, beach, services a four. On foot from the hotel, one option is a taxi or rent a car, no sidewalks. And in General, all super. The car at the airport two times cheaper than in a hotel. The most expensive transfer. And with the Internet not very. In General we liked it.
