➜ Beautiful spacious houses equipped with all comforts… Annachiara available for everything and super kind, crystal clear sea beautiful … c you have to do a nice walk to the beach but in a fairytale pine forest! Our house had the roof terrace and the barbeque… for unforgettable evenings! Definitely worth a visit!

I had a highly disappointing experience staying at this apartment. The cleanliness was subpar; the bed sheets were stained, the chairs were broken, and the sofa was also stained. To make matters worse, the electricity repeatedly went off, and when we inquired, the owner attributed it to our use of the AC, which was incredibly frustrating. Overall, this apartment did not meet even the most basic standards of comfort and cleanliness, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The owner's response was far from satisfactory. They explained that the apartment was listed as a "holiday home" and not a hotel or a tourist village, essentially implying that we should accept the poor state of cleanliness and the broken furniture. However, this excuse doesn't justify the unsanitary conditions we encountered during our stay. Regardless of the classification, basic cleanliness and maintenance should be expected, and this apartment fell significantly short of those expectations. Photos didn't match expectations.
