The hotel is positioned really well, has spectacular views of Belvedere Marittimo and is very close to the best known villages on the coast; the staff are really nice, helpful and attentive to any customer need. The only flaw is that the hotel, although provided with everything, would need a general renovation, because the furniture, as well as the amenities, are conspicuously outdated. The experience is absolutely positive and we recommend it.

Friendly staff, nice clean pool area with beers and wine service and snacks. Great wine selection. Great views. Wellness and spa Massage available. Sauna and steam room. Team helpful when hiring a car — very reasonable prices. Garden to enjoy breakfast.

Wonderful place! The staff were kind and available to satisfy the customer… and a true 4 star, not one of those that just want to appear to be 4 stars, and great food of meat or fish according to the needs of each. And one of those places where you relax, you enjoy a panorama of paradise, make dinner in the evening in a beautiful garden with a view of the sea. Impeccable cleanliness. I extended my stay to 2 nights because I found myself very well and also in this case, even if the structure was full, have made it possible to x make me happy. I highly recommend it. And not only that, my family and I will definitely be back.

Bad hotel… not to return. Or paid 10 euros a day of camping cradle with a single sheet with which I had to cover the mattress and my son not to believe… hot tub that is missing hot tubs. Daily cleaning sincerely my son to do better. In the bathroom in the toothbrush door there was dirty water. I don't recommend it for those who have children because the Room from the inside can't close or put a chair behind the door to prevent my son from walking around the hallways… then seeing from the reviews an owner who responds in a bad way says it long… I forgot a good thing about the sight.

Bad experience, I would give 5 stars just for ka panoramic view of the sea for the rest bad experience. You also pay for the air you breath, mini bar in the room with absurd prices, it seems to stay in Milan. Booked double room for 4 days and paid 465 euros and for the addition of a camping cot ask me at the end of the stay another 40 euros. But are we kidding? Not to mention the birthday parties with music under the balcony of the room where you couldn't turn a blind eye. I'm sorry but my experience was negative. It is also true that I booked a room that you call Junior suite with unfunctional hot tub and every time it went into operation the bathroom turned into a Lake. So we're not talking about a junior suite, we're talking about any room. You should fix more than something before calling a junior suite and cmq room with absurd prices because the property at the end of the day besides the paid pool has nothing more to offer.

We stayed at this hotel for a week, but it was the only place on our holiday from which we would have wanted to escape after the first day.
Structure with common spaces and rooms at the limit of decorum, indisposed welcome, we had to endure and manage with courtesy the rampant and disarming arrogance that we received from the owners and some staff. Bad breakfast, which also caused us intestinal problems. As for the restaurant we didn't even realize that it existed inside the property. Terrible experience.

I and a group of friends, we had thought of spending the new year in Sila, but given the price for anything affordable packages, browsing online We found the advertisement of this hotel and we thought to book.
Arrived in the structure we had a perfect and warm welcome, starting from the valet, despite all the staff was intent on the preparations. Also the rooms are really nice, we have booked those sea view, and I must say that the choice was great, very neat, simple in the décor, really enchanting, and especially very hot, since in our last experiences Hotel we had the misfortune to find hotels where the heating is a mirage!
Before booking we had a look at the menu on their site and I must say that the proposed combinations have intrigued us, but everything there seemed good, particular, different from the rest, I called me answered a girl giving me all the explanations of how the Evening would take place, in the end asks us an Email where we write everything that just before we explained with relative prices and attached the two menus to choose from. What about… 4-Star Professional.
During the evening we realized that beyond the impeccable service the whole thing was animated by live music with various instruments, with deadbeat of Caribbean music where everyone or almost we were dancing there.
What about the photos posted on Facebook say it all.

New Year's Eve 2018 from you is all to forget: welcome Cocktail from the cellar, tables of dried fruit bandits (old peanuts, pumpkin seeds and almonds) fruit saucers (2 withered mandarins and a bunch of white grapes become black for the time left on the Table). Menu ' to vomit: appetizer cold and miserable, first from disgust: Rice Scotto and seasoned with food dogs, chocolate noodles that I tried in every way to send down, but even the esophagus accepted them! Seconds to decipher and understand, with cabbage and you do not understand what! The second fish dish, however, could fit the cat! Guys try to understand that people came to you to pay handsomely, to die of cold, hunger and boredom. The lunch of the day after, however, was much worse: appetizer ham and mozzarella (New Year), dumplings with asparagus and speck cut into Dadoni equestrian circus and second of scallop pork and potato chips (absurd! ). Instead the animation was discreetly by crying bitter tears! The kids had fun (to run to the room in search of recreation, poor little ones-they paid them too-), the entertainment Kids was a mirage! Our wish to you for the 2018 is to dedicate yourself to another, maybe breeding of goats and rams, if not chickens and maialetti. Or give yourself to horse racing, listen to us.

Nice hotel. The fourth star is for the kindness of the staff. Room cleaning definitely to improve. The chef's kitchen is great. Recommended a dinner on the terrace, which is for sure the strong point of the hotel! The management is young and I hope they can "strengthen"

It is not x case that I do 3 stars hotel with very potential, however with so many flaws to fill we start by saying the clean bathrooms in the limit of possible ants open on the TV balconies with poor signal empty fridge. To my question Xche the fridge and vacuum at the front desk I was told it is a policy this year x let my daughter drink I had to go get a car a bottle of water from it despite everything I have to say that breakfast is fulfilling.

Non-existent cleanliness, unsuitable hygienic conditions for a 4 star especially for small children, ants in the room, clean little bathrooms and bad, disgusting food and indecent breakfast. In Layman's terms: bad!

The service is nothing short of poor and we do not talk about the cleanliness.

Good structure and location with a nice view. There is no pool and the grounds are very manicured. I would say enough, average quality dinner with little variety. Reception, services at the tables and cleanliness to improve. The room in general is pretty unfortunate x the bathroom, best of the room, with the drains clogged and with fumes I would say sewage.
