Super comfortable stay, amazing surroundings, great place to be based in Puglia.

This is a tranquil and authentic place to stay. It is cosy, secluded, quiet, and hidden amongst the fields and olive groves. It was so romantic for my honeymoon. It is such a historic and authentic setting, and it is well worth it to stay in one of the trulli suites. To stay in a trullo was a unique and unforgettable experience! Our room was beautiful and had a great energy. It is so well decorated and appointed. The trulli part of our suite was a little living area with daybeds and cushions. The round stone walls made it feel cosy and the decor made it feel rustic and genuinely so. There is a brick archway leading into the part of the suite that isn’t under the trulli roof – the bedroom surrounded by beautiful rustic furniture. An old dresser, a coffee table made out of an old door, iron farming contraptions hanging from the walls – that kind of thing. Off the bedroom is a bathroom which is a new edition but made to blend in with the rest of the suite, still with its stone walls and earthenware sink and a shower surrounded by stone walls. It even has soaps and body creams from a brand that says “Puglia”, which were divine. The services at the hotel are wonderful. There is a huge pool with bar service around the pool area. We had fun borrowing the bikes and cycling around the local area. It was so peaceful just sitting in a hammock under their ancient olive trees. I enjoyed a massage in their dark and relaxing massage rooms.

Beautiful relaxing stay. Perfect location for visiting all of the towns. The property is stunning. Room very comfortable. We had a private balcony off our room which we enjoyed. We actually took the first day off from sightseeing around Puglia to just enjoy this beautiful place. Had fun in the cooking class. The tasting was beautifully done, gorgeous room and a wonderful experience. The staff are warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend.

Heaven! Blissful place so immaculate stylish yet with such friendly staff. An excellent base for visiting the area. The rooms are gorgeous and the hotel sitting room and kitchen areas are divine. Plus the cutest private chapel. Don't not come it's gorgeous x.

The Masseria is restored to the maximum details with high attention by very talented designers. Masseria Cervarolo is pure heaven! and not to forget to mention that breakfast is fresh and tasty and dinner is one of the tastiest in the area. And perfect location to reach many attractions. Perfection.

Very nice staff. Beautiful grounds. Rooms are not spacious but well decorated. Food uses simple ingredients and is good. Nice alfresco dinning. Very good wine selection.

What can I add to the already raving reviews about this heavenly spot? When you haven't had a holiday in a long time and you find it hard to switch-off from the mental or physical load, look no further. As soon you step on the attentively landscaped grounds of Cervarolo, it's hard not to smile and think that you're doing something good for yourself. Set in the valley d'Itria, it's important to note that you are leaving the humidity of the coast behind, thus being able to enjoy blissful weather. Genuinely caring to please the wide variety of needs and desires of their international guests, the exquisite owners have masterfully harnessed Italian ingenuity and demonstrated that there is so much beauty in Puglia, from the stunning crafts that decorate each room, the carefully selected ingredients in each meal and the hard-working staff who cater to every whim. My favourite things:The pool is a work of art — worth the visit aloneThe living room full of books, comfortable sofas and cool artefacts (especially Enza Fasano ceramics) Malin+Goetz toiletriesComplimentary teas and soft almond biscuitsFresh mozzarella and stracciatella for breakfastThere are many beautiful places in the world, but I'd happily go back to Masseria Cervarolo over and over again.

Rarely does a hotel exceed expectation, but Masseria Cervarolo did just that. It was a feast for the senses. Each corner, each angle was carefully and beautifully curated. Lush, rustic and impossibly chic. The staff is beyond lovely and each of our 7 days was an absolute pleasure. My family and I loved our stay and can't wait to return.

Masseria Cervarolo is a stunning small resort in Puglia. We spent five days here and it's something I will remember for many years. It's very peaceful & quiet, but close to the best sites in Puglia. The grounds are very beautiful and the restaurant is exceptional. The staff is very kind and helpful. I would very happily come back for another visit.

Amazing place surrounded by nature, olive trees and gardens of vegetables. Perfect place to relax, eat very well, with genuine home made food and to visit villages nearby. I highly recommend it!

A stunningly beautiful and relaxing oasis of calm. The rooms and common areas are spacious, minimalist and eclectically furnished and the huge pool is set in a natural sink hole. Every member of staff is friendly and helpful and do everything they can to ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible.

Very very nice place, lovely people, good food, quiet and peaceful. Too bad we stayed only one night. After this place all the following ones where not as beautiful.

Fantastic place with lovely, peaceful restaurant. Excellent food and wine list, both locally sourced, and the service is superb, especially from the excellent Alfonso. The owner, Teo, is also on hand to lend a warm and charming welcome. The place oozes class and style, without even trying. Highly recommended.
