I made a reservation at this beautiful place in august '18 for next year. Friendly contact with the owner: everything is OK … my reservation by booking. Com is OK. Today (october '18) my reservation is cancelled by the owner without any explanation. I insisted for a reaction and all I got was: "Sorry, we will be renovating the property that period" Yeah right! Can you believe it? Nine months from now … july 2019 … high season … Tenuta Madia will be completely closed for renovation … all the reservations will be cancelled?
