➜ My experience: we stayed at this property and at first everything was fine until the other night around 11pm. About 30 I came across two cockroaches in the bathroom (on the first floor), to be said that the windows I had permanently closed them. My husband manages to kill one, the other I don't know what happened as I closed the bathroom door leaving all my things there so I wouldn't open it anymore! immediately we call by phone the manager who the only thing he can tell us: IF YOU WANT YOU CAN LEAVE THE RESIDENCE EVEN NOW! I'M PREGNANT AT 11:00.30 WHERE SHOULD I GO? (THAT WAS HIS ONLY SOLUTION. ) My husband reiterates to you that being pregnant I still needed a bathroom and what was his answer? "why can't he go to the bathroom? for us it is usable"… perhaps for you dear lady it is possible to use a bathroom from where a very bad smell comes out and the cockroaches that can come out of the sanitary ware maybe when you are on it … but not for me! Result? I didn't sleep all night, imagine how a pregnant woman could solve without a bathroom… and the next day the aforementioned manager was found we received attention for the unpleasant episode still reminding the employee on duty that I was paying for a night that I did not use at all indeed creating strong inconveniences since after not sleeping we also faced a journey of about six hours to return home! to recommend? but in the most absolute way… they don't know what a customer is like.

I recommend this Residence if you need to stay for a few days, there are details to take care of better.
Against:
— Few kitchen utensils
— There are 2 small pots, if in an apartment there are 4 people you have to use both pots to cook for 4
— Some parts of the house are ruined (example: door, wall)
— We found a clogged bathroom
— The rooms are interconnecting and we were not specified so for 2 couples it is not the best
— The area where the Residence is located, San Cataldo, is a bit degraded, there is not even a tobacconist nearby
