The center. Welfare should be up to the structure. It isn't.
The restaurant service is excellent.
The staff in the room is hospitable and qualified excellent cuisine recommended for groups couples and families.

I was in this facility Saturday, February 24th staying in the suite. Of all the suites seen this was the poorest absolute worst furnishing and unwelcoming! Want to talk about the SPA? Small is dirty traces of mold on the walls a very small sauna that does not work as a sauna but only by heated dressing room… shocking thing and the whirlpool tub X 4 people no more with excessive traces of mildew on the tiles and in the water there was plenty of foam as When you put the bath foam to bathe… I asked the staff what it was and they responded with an apology that I avoid writing… I beg to express a judgement as I am a SPA goer it is such a bad never seen… never again and advise against Vivament and others to go there… Absurd the direxzione can not say that the foam in the tub was generated by the water Cascade, who attends the wellness centers knows that it is not so! There was only dirt including water.

Today I was a guest of your spa, excellent staff service available and trained, massage performed in an excellent way, the structure very cured and clean. I recommend anyone to spend a day relaxing! Alessio.

I spent in the hotel a day where I did a pretty nice wellness trail, the only flaw was the tub, really too small compared to many other spas.
The massage was very relaxing the dinner very good with nice waiters.
The overnight I passed in a spacious room, bright but mostly clean.
Breakfast with wide choice I would go back!

Beautiful and elegant structure. We spent a wonderful day for a training course. The staff presented polite and helpful, just what you would expect from a hotel of a certain level, hotel with a dining room is a spacious bar and furnished with refined tastes.

Elegant Place, nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff, the manager, competent and helpful, unique flaw in the Cube restaurant, poorly organized, slow service, despite the effort of the waiters. For the rest the hotel does honor its name. As said by reviewing the only general catering service, it will have been for the period or for the amount of people to manage, but surely there have been flaws.

Well maintained Hotel and with a very friendly and helpful receptionist. Nice and well laid out rooms with very comfy bathrooms. Only flaw is for breakfast, if you arrive at the term C is very little choice… recommend it and if I were to go back to those areas I would definitely stay here again.

It's really nice, very clean rooms, nothing is missing, there is also the fridge and the safe in the room, the breakfast is plentiful… and if you go in the summer there is a nice pool waiting for you… only downside is the access to the rooms that happens in the afternoon, maybe because it is very large CM Hotel…

A very good business and tourism hotel. Although it is a short wall outside the old city, one could walk to most (if not all) points of interest The rooms have all the required amenities, outlets and comfortable bed. The hotel also provide loundry machine, a well equipped gym and nice roof top pool. Breakfast is above average. I always stay at this hotel when I travel to Lecce for work or pleasure. Recommended.

Order, cleanliness, impeccable reception service, beautiful rooms, excellent cuisine in the Cube restaurant inside the hotel… In short: I recommend it without any reservation, both for business trips and for a holiday in Salento (Lecce is wonderful and is also Rather barycentric than the Salento area)

Tutto curato nei dettagli, unica piccola pecca la vasca da bagno era un po' piccola, magari ci saranno stanze comunque con spazi più ampi. Al netto di cio un ottimo albergo dotato di tutti I confort che un hotel di questo tipo prevede. Come al solito consigliato…

A bit far from the old town if you plan to walk, but everything else compensates this. Hilton Garden Inn brand hotel says everything…

The hotel is fine, the window is not closed and you could hear noise from the street.

I spent two days at the Hilton in Lecce the first of August, hotel that deserves the four stars, friendly and helpful staff, I highly recommend Antonella Matera.

Very good breakfast and room, but the dinner selection was very limited with mostly fish. Sometimes the electricity would cut out for about a minute or so.

The only thing I have to reproach the hotel is that the floors are carpeted and it is impossible that the hygiene is adequate. In a residential area of Lecce, very quiet, but very close to the monumental zone, 15 minutes ' walk away.

On the property nothing to plead, nice room, spacious, well appointed and well cleaned every day. Only one Neo, maybe a distraction, breakfast. Sunday 4 was quite varied, there were among other things, cakes, mini croissants and mini Pasticciotti all fresh of the day, the Pasticciotti were freshly baked. Monday 5 No pies, no pasticciotti, only a few mini croissants of the previous day. This morning, the mini-croissants were like the freshly baked pasticciotti, the cakes were not. I think a structure of such a good standard can not afford distractions.

The only comfortable business hotel in Lecce and it's surroundings. Comfortable rooms, excellent service (one of the best). Good breakfast, always fresh. The Wi-Fi network improved over the years and now (2017) it is fast and very usable.

Although it seems like a clinic from the outside it is a good hotel. Private parking, friendly staff, conference rooms, comfortable and clean rooms… phenomenal shower, SPA with pool agreement on the roof garden. Decentralized but in quiet area. One thing I find personally of little taste… the carpet of hallways and hall.

Great hotel, 4 star full, maybe even 4, 5. The room was clean and spacious. I stayed with the whole family (4) and we were so comfortable. Staff always helpful and friendly. 4 Star SPA also. Also the restaurant is really top notch. Also for celiacs and lactose intolerant. I promote it to full marks and I recommend it without but.

Wonderful pool on the seventh floor with a wonderful view on the poetic "sea of olive trees", super friendly staff, SPA service can be improved.

Wellness program for 2 lasting 75 '. Saw the name I was expecting a little more. Route fairly varied. All in all for having paid only 25 € thanks to groupintown can't complain.

My experience at the Hilton Garden Inn was wonderful. The structure is excellent from all points of view, but what makes it special is the staff: everyone, but everyone, from the front desk, to the waiters, housekeepers were extremely professional and friendly; not that redundant and excessive friendliness, but naturally and effectively. Also good location.

I want to thank the management of Hilton garden Inn Lecce for the kindness, professionalism and friendliness of all the staff. The stay was very pleasant, great experience! Comfort of room and excellent breakfast.

What a beautiful and greatest hotel.

A truly relaxing weekend in a quiet place where we sampled the great professionalism of personnel clerk (mark and Katy). Very good also the SPA and kitchen. A place to come back will be a pleasure. A heartfelt thanks Gennaro Cancellara with his wife and friends.

Great hotel, with a pool on the seventh floor that is a wonder.
5 days in August with the ability to turn around the Salento.
A big PRAISE to Pasquale and Elijah of catering that we were delighted by the pool with their professionalism in preparing different foods.

On the booking sites you can find really interesting offers for this property at the level of the Hilton tradition. Not always but staff is adequate: we found a house cleaning service not always exemplary and the night Porter refused to keep the bar parking lot. Dear instead the editor who found a great set up for my car. The city centre can be reached on foot in 20 minutes or you can use the shuttle gratuitache provide.
