The best wellness center in the whole salento. The girl at the reception, ready and helpful, accompanied us, kindly explaining the different rooms. Excellent value for money, x 2 hours of swimming pool complete with large indoor and heated pool, with several hydromassage jets. Sauna, Turkish bath, emotional showers, others and a unique relaxation room, with round swing beds that cradle you, romantic soft lights and extra relaxing music and the opportunity to enjoy various herbal teas or coffee or juices, according to your tastes. Experience to be repeated.

Very bad experience since our arrival, in the hotel even the air conditioning did not work asking when it will work no concrete answer, immaginate you without clime with 38 degrees outside! During the night worse even more current! I find the hotel not very clean, the restaurant in the hotel incompetent staff who do not know how to give you answers to your questions, ask for pasta for the little one it was so salty that it looked like he had to cook with the water of the sea! Conclusion not even a commercial gesture after the payment of the only night stay in this hotel. Fortunately we left is found another hotel I advise against this hotel that does not really deserve 4 stars. Some people from the staff not friendly at all. I advise.

It is a real pleasure to indulge in the expert hands of Valeria and Serena for the relaxing wellness and massage path of couples. We found ourselves in an excellent environment from all points of view with friendly and very professional welcome. Here you can really relax and accumulate only positive energy that the girls are very good at transmitting. The feeling of peace, tranquility and liberation is strong. You can't ask for better, thank you very much! Rossella and Corrado will definitely see each other again.

Hotel with all the comforts. Great food, beautiful spa and outdoor pool. Close to the historic center of Gallipoli and a stone's throw from the sea, really excellent.

A great structure. Spa functional is clean.

The perfect place for a holiday full of relaxation, good food and even fun!
The rooms are furnished in a modern way, full of light and comfortable. Breakfast is full of goodness (I always recommend accompanying a coffee pastry! ) and dinner is never outdone, always able to propose traditional Puglian dishes but served in a modern composition (even the eye always wants its part).
I'm not going to talk about lunch just because I've never been there at that time in the hotel.
In the morning, reaching the beaches of Green Bay (and then staying there all day) accompanied by the hotel shuttle is very comfortable.
The staff are always friendly and very helpful to lend their help for every occasion. A kindness that alone is worth a lot.
What else to say? If, like me you are lazy sometimes even on holiday, you will certainly not mind spending a nice morning or a nice afternoon in the pool maybe accompanied by a cool aperitif served there on the lawn while you are lying on your deckchair!
Ah, animals are allowed!

Lovely place, very well cared for. Located between green bay and the centre of Gallipoli I can say it is in the best location. The facilities, courtesy and excellent cleanliness of the hotel left me very satisfied. The pool and spa are the perfect holiday completion in this wonderful setting of crystal clear sea and gorgeous city. Beautiful, spacious and super modern rooms! I was with my kids in a room with the pool and the awakening is magical. I recommend having lunch/dinner at the hotel because the quality is really excellent. I did not find a slight defect to the structure and services. The hotel's shuttle to the sea and the center facilitate any travel. The courteous staff and the attentions given to us can only make me say thank you!

We spent 10 days in this beautiful hotel with half-board treatment. Excellent restaurant with choice every night between 4 first, 4seconds and buffet of vegetables, appetizers, sweets and fruits. Kind and smiling staff, Super Jamal and the very professional room manager. Very elegant and well-groomed décor. Convenient pool with attached bar that works Anke for the after dinner. We saw the World Cup games!
Great hotel shuttle service leading to the beach and Gallipoli centre since the hotel is not close to either of them and parking is nowhere to be found.

All really kind and helpful. I highly recommend it.

4-star hotel and residence away from the sea about 200m. The nearest lido is paid for with mixed sand on rocks, the conventional lido is white sand about 2 km conveniently accessible by the free shuttle provided by the hotel. The residence is very recommended for families. Very comfortable are the induction hob, the microwave sunken, the outdoor sink on the balcony with washboards. All new and spotless. The centre is accessible thanks to the promenade but, given the distance (about 1 km) it is always worth taking the hotel shuttle (from 6pm to 11pm).

What about hotel Great friendly staff, great Spa and massages with qualified staff. Only Sore note the restaurant food not cooked well and not fresh bad experience.

The hotel is great, the bed was really comfortable and the food was amazingly tasty. Service was fine, they are very gentle. One thing to bear in mind is that if you are counting with using the spa for some things you have to do the appointment and this should be with a few days in advance in order to get what you want, if not you won't get it. On the other hand the pool is really big and beautiful and the gym is very much equipped.

Quiet place, modern look. Really close to the sea, does not have private parking but there are many spots available around. Check in was fast and shared spaces are really nice. The room was really spacious, and its look pretty nice, modern, clean and cared. The bed is nice, not the best I've been in but still a great one, it has a great balcony, and a particular fact is that is illumination not as on many other hotels is particularly good, the main one is bright add it should and bed side is nicely dimmed for a night lecture. Bed side tables are spacious, the desk is fine and good for working from there, it has an rj45 jack (network) but not used it as Wi-Fi works amazingly well, I had good signal not only on the hotel but also on its close surroundings, the desk also has is own standing lamp, so you could work with main lighting or with its own. The bathroom size is normal, bigger than average hotel bathrooms but not the biggest I've been in, it looks super clean and cared, the only thing I noticed is that its shower temperature is good but the pressure is average and not as high as it normally is in other hotels.

The Victoria Palace Hotel is beautiful from the outside and has large spacious modern rooms equipped with television, Wi-Fi, minibar and heating/AC, and comfortable bathrooms. The breakfast buffet offers lots of variety and fresh food and drink. In addition, the swimming pool in the hotel is outstanding and ideal for relaxing. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

Really very comfortable and complete with SPA. Close to Gallipoli's seafront promenade. The rooms are very good Restaurant inside. Excellent SPA with functional lockers with combination lockers. Complete with gym and really professional massage service.

I was there for a romantic trip with my fiancée. I was very impressed with the Zen welness spa one of the most beautiful views from me.

Nice hotel but then! The services are non-existent.
A poor boy left alone at reception on the day of our arrival, and they were just the 21.00.
parking parking lot … near a construction site or in the garage … Guy boatyard. The Porter, who is this stranger.
the lift upon arrival didn't work then recovered, but the next day same story.
For coffee should I contact at the reception because there is a bartender and if you never come on time to have breakfast … it's over. Much smoke and mirrors but then … Horrible management.
They have no idea what's the hotellerie.
They should come up to us and see how they work for hotels.

It's a very peaceful and near the sea.

I was treated to a compressive path couple massage with the use of brushes. The structure is magnificent, the courtesy is. Being the first time at a SPA I have margins for comparison, but the whole thing was way above my expectations. After 2 hours and 30 minutes of SPA hopped upstairs where two girls very courteous after demonstrating the wearable kit have begun the FAB outdoor massage. I don't know the price because it was a gift, but it was all flawless.

Nice hotel with all the comforts, no problem with the Wi-Fi. In fine weather you can enjoy a lovely outdoor swimming pool. The breakfast could be improved.

What you don't expect to find in Gallipoli. A few steps from the sea the highly studied in detail was the perfect place to stay in tranquility.

Very good hotel at 1, 5 km from the beach in front of hotel. Only bad thing about the hotel lido (lido fantastic) 2 REGULAR beers 10 euros. Now ammenoche you will not make maintenance by Berlusconi but for us mere mortals 10 euros for 2 beers of the f * ck is too many! Otherwise everything excellent.
