I booked in March x July because, moving with a 13-month-old girl, I wanted to make sure I found the right comfort and comfort. Stupidly I let myself be convinced by the unmotivatedly positive photos and reviews about this place. Apart from the dated structure, the rooms are furnished 80s style, the garden is a very hot forecourt where the shade areas are created by canopies that do not give refrigeration, I had asked for a cot (on March 23! ) and on arrival (in July) I was told that it was not available right away. The worst was the access road to the beach: by phone I had clearly asked if it was a feasible route with stroller and I was told yes, leaving out that 1) you have to cross the provincial, 2) the road is dirt, dusty, with holes and troughs, passages of machines but above all ASSOLATA AND WITHOUT OMBRA (question made specifically).
I can't judge breakfast because after seeing all this we ran away without even spending the night and losing the 30% deposit to leave.
This does not detract from the courtesy of the staff.

A beautiful place to spend your holidays in full relax.

Kindness, strategic location and maximum cleanliness of indoor and outdoor environments. We had a great time and recommend it, especially for those who have children and for those who want to be within walking distance of one of the most beautiful beaches in the area.

Relaxing place close to one of the nicest sandy beaches on this coast. A bit pricey and don't expect luxury but has everything that's needed for a relaxing family vacation.

I was a guest at this Residence from 13 to September 18, 2015, in fact I have just returned my cas and credetemimi missing already … it's a haven … immersed in the greenery and quiet, a very original structure equipped with all the comforts, not to mention the friendliness and politeness of the staff truly exquisite, cleaning superb, Mr Marcello who runs flawlessly, putting you at ease and recommending places to see and beaches originals … and What about the wonderful Lady Maria, head and Assistant? a sweetness and a sympathy only always ready and willing … I had the most fabulous days in relaxation and in the music of nature, all this together with my partner who has enjoyed, along with me, the wonders of this residence in the midst of these gardens Sausari that I had never heard of him … a few hundred meters from the beach punta prosciutto, a few kilometers from Porto Cesareo and from any other central or beach … We are very happy with everything … except the melancholy that we're attacking now for the nostalgia of that beautiful residence … Michele and Adele.
