Poor… you don't understand how it can have 5 stars, I've stayed in so many hotels around the world and I assure you this is far below a 4-star, not at all organized
Welcome cocktails with many expectations, and instead, a "banal" fruit juice of dubious provenance without even two snacks "no gentlemen, you can not choose, we know what to serve you".
A very normal room that they call deluxe, with a windowless bathroom and a vacuum cleaner that does not work, the door of which does not close and the soap doors almost completely detached from the wall.
A hot tub, the "spa", with no one to receive us and that relaxing has just nothing. After one day, on the way back to the room, my wife put the bathrobe on the ground as if to ask for a replacement and instead (very serious) we found it hanging.
A tennis court battered and never cleaned of foliage, the use of which is not included in the price, I asked for balls and they pulled out a tube in which there were: a beach tennis ball (the depressurized ones) and another very old that because of excessive use had turned brown. At the seaside they invite us to play beach volleyball in a court like tennis, under a scorching sun without worrying about giving us at least a glass of water.
To be honest, I have to say, there was something 5-star. The cost. Overnight accommodation and breakfast (mediocre) at 233.00 euros per day.

What about this hotel that I occupied in mid-July of 2017? So many beautiful things. I start from the beautiful location and immersed in a wonderful park. Room used by me comfortable and with a very spacious bathroom and with a very large shower tub. Breakfast very plentiful and varies although in my opinion would be to review the waiters, quite grumpy. Wonderful beach with sunbeds positioned quite far apart from each other. Beach a little far away but with a shuttle with fairly close rides to each other. The 2 pools then, do not make you regret the sea if you stumble on a very windy day and you are forced not to be able to go to the beach.

Beautiful, well-maintained property. You can't say the same about the restaurant La Fenice, to say the least embarrassing, it feels like eating in a canteen, where you make the only shuffling of foods prepared hours before. Dishes presented with important descriptions, then turn out to be a disarming banality and of poor quality. Same for the seaside restaurant. The room staff is well prepared, the animation sympathetic and unintrusive and the guys with the car are very helpful. Not the same about the reception: arrogant and detached girls, unsuitable for contact with customers: the answer to a raised problem was 'see her'. Icing, WI fi in fact absent.
i repeat: four stells is another what.

Beautiful property has a bay of its own with a private beach 200 meters easily accessible with a walk, ideal for families, beautiful pool, commendable commitment of the animator boys who have taken care of our child the happiest of these 4 days of Living room. Breakfast good and hearty. Restaurant service all good but with the prices in my regard a little exaggerated, A chicken cutlet with side of chips 16th, 2 bruschetta tomato 10th, and so on for others. First and second. Good grill beach, to improve the beach restaurant with portions worthy of their price.
For the rest should take more care in the maintenance of the rooms and facilities.

€35 for an umbrella and two sunbeds without any kind of beach service… If you do pay the luxury, luxury you have to give but unfortunately it was not so… They only stole the money high quality Zero price.

Really beautiful Place, immersed in greenery, with a state-of-the-art spa. Clean and modern. Good Breakfast I do not give the maximum however for the information. Not complete. For example, there is no written anywhere that the spa is prohibited to minors. And I who stayed alone with my twelve year old daughter I could not benefit from it comfortably. Because my daughter nn was able to come in with me.

Disappointing Weekend at this property. Room and especially dirty bathroom. Bird Dung everywhere. Poor food Quality. Hallucinating Disorganization. Guys get thrown out of the bar without a guide. 130 Euros One night are not pochini. But It's not even worth 50. Very bad Breakfast. Not even a card to indicate what was in the trays. The beach is beautiful, the garden is manicured, the structure clean and tidy, the view that surrounds the whole structure is enchanting. Inside then the Staff very welcoming and helpful. The perfect room, breakfast and dinner really at the level.

Absolutely not fit for a 5 star. At most it reaches the standard of three and a half stars. Full of architectural barriers. The structure is accessed through a steep and narrow uphill ramp to bring the pounding to the best of the athletes. Cannot be accessed with a wheelchair. The internal ramps also have an excessive gradient. Upon arrival the guest must unload and carry the suitcases to the reception for the check-in, along the steep and long access ramp. The staff has orders to help customers only after check-in. The bar is closed at night as well as the room service. In the rooms is missing the suitcase door (you have to lay down! ). It lacks the shiny shoes and the distribution of lie in the corridors. No service in the pool (not even security! ). In the rooms facing the sea you can not admire the coast for thick slabs of concrete sunshades that obscure the view. At the end you can console yourself in the beautiful restaurant on the beach, at about 1 Km. But the shuttle service to the beach closes at 10pm (! ).

No, that's not enough. This hotel could make so much of it with its beautiful location. It is even refurbished, but unfortunately the concept of leaving nature totally missed. The cleanliness of the rooms is weak, the food is average and sometimes the children could not eat dessert as they contained all the glory. The bay is very beautiful, only missing at the end of the beach a wall the unwanted crawling animals from the beach vernhält. Furthermore, I could not take lunch on arrival, as this is only scheduled on the day of departure. The parking lot has trees in the middle, which is really the funniest car park I have ever seen.

Nice place, but not suitable for those who want to bring his friend to 4 legs, despite the usual mirror for the larks of "pets allowed" discover then that your dream vacation you have to do it closed in your room because your beloved puppy has no access anywhere! Lovely place but two things stood out Plastic bottles of water at dinner and in the morning plastic cups for juice… For a four star where is your environmental awareness.

This is never a 5 star hotel here.
At the reception, you were immediately charged the tourist fee! Not a warm welcome! The restaurant where a buffet was offered had been eaten empty at 20:30. We waited 20 min. No reaction to a service. Could also order to drink nix, even when I expressed the desire to operate. Impossible.
We left the allegedly great hotel in the evening outside of food and were lucky. Our hotel room also has its quirks. Refrigerator is not possible, the safe key is only removable with the complete lock (defective) and what scares me most here is the suspended ceiling in the bathroom which gradually detaches and threatens to plunge down!

Relaxing Resort with private beach. Very helpful and professional breakfast staff. Great entertainment because efficient for the kids and Discretissima with who like us just wanted to relax. Shuttle service to and from the beach: all friendly. The rooms are a little small… but for what you are

Great 5 star hotel, shame about the distance between the beach and the building. The staff very friendly and professional staff is always available. Beautiful restaurant on the beach. Private beach, tranquil and spotless! Daily recreational activities for children and adults in the breakfast area. Fantastic place.
