I spent beautifully a two night stay in this fantastic farmhouse immersed in nature from the magnificent view on Gran Sasso and with a wonderful friendliness that does not forget, pity for the excessive heat in the rooms and knobs of radiators (Probably not working. For the rest I highly recommend it to everyone! I'il leave you some memories.

Good Hotel! Very helpful staff Normal breakfast. Very hot rooms (I liked it, my boyfriend felt too hot instead). Recommended for a weekend, it has a good location. Only fault, we had requested a double and they gave us two beds attached (soft but the line in the center just uncomfortable)

We have been in this hotel for new year's eve! From the 30th to the 1st of January and I have to say that we were fine! Very kind staff, clean Rooms and Good breakfast.

Hotel located in a pleasant and quiet place we stayed in the period at the turn of the new Year. New Construction (2 years of life) and well designed. The rooms are very clean and functional. From our room, overlooking the valley side, you can enjoy a beautiful panorama. They don't have the restaurant for the moment but it is being planned.
I'll have to go back also because it is a stone's throw from the ski slopes of Ovindoli and Campo Felice.

Esperienza davvero ottima nella struttura grazie ad una serie di caratteristiche che rendono l'Hotel ottimo per chi magari non é della zona e vuole un punto di appoggio per le meraviglie aquilane: Location: si trova a qualche chilometro fuori la parte vecchia della città (quella pre-sisma) e per chi cerca una notte silenziosa é ottima. L'unico neo che ho riscontrato é un piccolo problema con Google maps nel trovare la struttura, ma niente di grave. Struttura: Colpisce subito il giardino privato, molto curato e piacevole che ci si potrebbe aspettare da hotel con un numero di stelle più alto. La struttura é nuova è molto curata nei dettagli, sono presenti tavoli e sedie fuori per chi vuole stare all'aperto e c'é anche una zona ombreggiata per le giornate calde (come quelle di agosto). Wifi abbastanza veloce (sui 10-20 Mb/sec) e con copertura ottima ovunque. La camera in cui sono stato (una tripla) era ottima, anche se una presa della corrente in più sarebbe stata gradita (per due persone vanno bene). Non é presente l'aria condizionata ma le stanze sono termicamente (e acusticamente) isolate bene, quindi basta evitare di tenere aperto con il sole puntato sulla finestra e si rimedia al problema. Altro: il personale é veramente gentile e disponibile, la colazione é abbondante e con grandissima scelta per incontrare le abitudini di più persone possibili. L'hotel é convenzionato con alcuni ristoranti a cui si può chiedere uno sconto (tra cui uno raggiungibile a piedi).

Hotel very stylish and modern, well appointed room. Immersed in the green hills of L'aquila, offers relaxation and tranquility just steps away from the city centre. The estrama courtesy and professionalism of the staff is the added value of this avant-garde structure.

I would highly recommend this destination to all those who want to spend quiet days and very close to nature. A friendly and helpful staff.

A little too far out of town and still lacking in its identity. However nice, private, clean and cozy.

Lovely hotel with beautiful views and near amazing mountains. The room was clean and comfortable, with good amenities and good service. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, which offers cereals and cakes, but is missing more options.

Place surrounded by greenery, friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money.

Really interesting place. Next structure. The only flaw is that it is still not complete and lacks part of the furniture in the 2 independent apartments. I think that in a couple of weeks, as well as the confirmation direction, these gaps will be filled. He's promoted to me.

The rooms were clean but cold. The food served for dinner, breakfast and lunch was average.
