Beautiful. Very welcoming hotel. Also note the kindness, both of the hotel and the entire city. We were very impressed by the friendliness; The name, CONTROGUERRA, perfectly reflects the mood of many people in that country. In addition the breakfast is good and genuine, accompanied by figs, of the tree in the garden of the hotel, kindly offered by the owner (being seasonal fruit). It has a nice fairly large garden with fountainsin chairs and benches. The interiors are very beautiful, vintage style with antique furniture.

I've been there on holidays with my friends last week. The place was nice and comfortable, staff is very friendly. The price/quality rate is very good. I suggest everybody to come there.

The room was very clean The Staff were very helpful.

Bed and breakfast set in a stunning landscape and in a strategic position: in ten minutes you arrive to the town of Alba Adriatica and in as much time in the art cities Ascoli and Civitella del Tronto.
Honest value.

It's a decidedly good bb, 40 € throw, there's staff the night we stayed my husband felt unwell and we called the owner who first responded then she hung up, our room was dirty, the bathroom painful broken hot water didn't work. Breakfast really poor with the milk expired cookies opened and there was also tart on a dead fly, you can't open a business just to supplement their income and not treat so obvious its customers nearby and especially in nearby San Benedetto there are hotels for the same price with superior services not worth knock them for this Bb. Cmq I heard people talking about this bad especially for the cleaning and the lack of hospitality only the outer structure is nice, but never again.

We stayed at bed and breakfast for one night and the service was as follows. The room we were assigned, since we had booked a quadruple room with dog, was upstairs. To get there was to climb out of a wooden staircase whose steps were unsafe (the first was supported by bricks). The room in question was a "Studio" (a porch) equipped with: bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, fridge, microwave and tv; the whole thing was just cleaned, the living room having walls large Windows, which on the orders of the owners did not open, it was very hot, the beds had sheets of cotton, with flower prints, worn and pitted (defined by owner "flax" and "ancient"), and one of those was a convertible armchair.
Breakfast consisted of: packaged cookies (some found open), as well as biscuits and brioches. Coffee, cappuccino and hot chocolate were kindly offered by coffee (when we went in there was no milk). This service was offered in the case, as we had to leave before 8.
Finally the speech of Wi-Fi. Living in an era dominated by technology, even traveling using internet, very often to find restaurants, streets and, perhaps, keep in touch with friends and family. As soon as you enter the bed and breakfast you will find a sign saying the structure is equipped with Wi-Fi and there is plenty of ticket with the password, only problem the phone and the computer does not detect any network.

One of the worst bb business has been, and I have to travel a lot and I've visited very many, the most serious is that the staff does not exist once delivered the key the owner disappears, if you call the cel is not responding, the bb was full of guests rude and abrupt and some seemed too dangerous, dirty room and the kitchen messed up, I wasn't even the bathrooms so not worth the exorbitant price they ask, breakfast really bad my jam had mold and Twinkies insignificant and the coffee machine was really bad. Zero zero zero zero reception, order food, cleanliness. Really bad around there are the best by far they won't see me anymore. Sconsgliatissimo.

Unfortunately so sweaty I tossed my money for having slept in the Bb garden in Controguerra, except the outside of the House which is nice but the rooms are really ugly, old, uncomfortable mattress, towels, dirty bathroom full of rust and no hot water, breakfast poor and substandard to be a bb and for the asking price 60 €? But at the same price should go to villa rosa, or even 4 star san Benedetto del Tronto hotel with all comforts but also to Bb plus equipped, most beautiful and at significantly lower prices. Do not recommend the price doesn't deserve bad really.
