➜ I booked last May for a couple of guests with little girl. Positive experience. The very courteous owner made me choose between 2 rooms available, spacious and well-appointed, and I preferred the one with bathroom inside the room. The whole structure is pretty and functional a few tens of meters from the sea, in a quiet area of Pescara to 10-15 minutes walk from the center.

This is not a location for families with children, although on booking it says that children are welcomed. We've been warned several times by the owner who is living at 1st floor that kids are not allowed to make any noise, even when we were the only ones in the b&b. We were not allow to use the cooker. The way the owner was preparing the breakfast in the dining room for us only when we were the only guests and in the kitchen when there were other guests made us feel not so fine.
