My room was missing things when I arrived. The door mechanism wasn't working and it took them several hours and me asking twice until they fixed it. Half the lights weren't working, the shower leaks water everywhere and they claimed they'll fix it and haven't. The guy that came to fix the lights asked me to help him out. The breakfast was… Average… And I wasn't even offered any sort of compensation after all the problems in my room…

Nice hotel near by the sea and the main streets in tlv. Good spa with fair price. The swimming pool is small but nice one. Very good for afternoon delight.

The hotel is located on the beach, but within walking distance of the local attractions of the city. Polite and calm staff, a wonderful collection of paintings on every floor of the hotel, a variety of quality and delicious dishes in the restaurant. Nearby is a wonderful sandy beach, a volleyball court on the beach, an open fresh pool.

The hotel has long required an update. Mediocre cleaning in the rooms. The rest of the staff try, everyone is caring and polite. Even interesting pictures and staff do not smooth the experience ( (I do not recommend.

Disgusting hotel. No bottled water in the room, if you have a kettle and a set of tea-coffee. All dirty windows that probably did not wash from the base of the hotel, curtains letting in light, a bunch of divorces floor they incomprehensible liquids, dirty walls, very dirty dusty floor with the presence of other people's hair.

Exterior very old-fashioned way more!

Breakfast was good. Nice staff. But the rooms even after the restoration do not look fresh.

Don't even think of staying here. It's a dive. Very dirty.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the pool was very nice, the breakfast was very good too.
Even pictures in the corridors do not help.
Come only if none of your acquaintances recommend you checked places.

Dirty rooms, scarce amenities, lights don't work, hardly anyone. Speak with Spanish food bad, always the same, super hot, recycled would not return.

On the beach, cheap but good.

Room is okay, nice and clean and the shower is refreshing. Breakfast is different but Ankita of choice if you love vegetables and fruits and tea time like food. However the internet is very poor and for me on a business trip is really struggled. But for the cost not a bad hotel however however I would rate it at 3 star.

Great location, decent size rooms. The hotel requires a refresh and the room where we were was covered in dust. More care by the staff will be a first step towards 5 stars!

The hotel personal is great, Their very lovely people It's probably the best hotel I've Ever been in, and I tink I fell in love with their model type public relationship manager. For who ever goes to Tel Aviv, please visit this hotel, it's a revelation.

The staff was good, breakfast was ok but the rooms could have been better. Although it was a pleasant stay with a good location.

Our stay in Leonardo are hotel was everything's we could expect from a good hotel We had direct access to the boulevard and the beach from the Hotel lobby and we got to enjoy the fine entertainment Tel Aviv had to offer The personnel at he Leonardo art hotel is kind and professional furthermore the breakfast was great we can recommend the hotel to everone whom is thinking about having a stay in Tel Aviv.

It's a nice, cozy hotel. Interesting paintings on the floors. You'll take a walk on the floors of the hotel.

No water on the first day. Room super small. Breakfast decent but nothing special. I got much better for the price paid.

A relatively cheap hotel. Located on the shore. Beauty.

Some people have exceptional greater these are Vikram and Yaacov, Guy and all the staff of the SECU, the staff of the dining room and the management are top thank you for your behavior with the clientele by going to the receptionist from Thursday evening around 18:00 was really null and a very unpleasant behavior in our respect even going to tell us that our passport Neta not our (stronger than the French police and Israeli) it must have a grain in the head.

Just returned from a wonderful two day stay at the Leonardo art. The service was first class and very personable, people at the front desk were extremely polite, always with a smile and suggestions to make our stay more pleasant. Yacov made the best espresso and even provided us with a box with some goodies to take to the airport. Breakfast buffet was tasty and there were many choices to fill your appetite. Our room was clean, the sheets were crisp, what more could you ask for! The cleaning staff were efficient and when I needed extra towels, we got them. Since we were celebrating my birthday, we were surprised by a tray with some bubbley wine, fruit, bottled water and chocolates. It was a perfect ending to a memorable holiday. Thank you again. Hope to return soon.

It is comfortable, cute, close to the beach and has a bar area nearby too. Anyway, in Tel Aviv everything is close. It's not cheap or expensive.

Wonderful experience At breakfast room everyone was a delight mainly Yaakov, tomer, Amir, Tal, and manager. Also Diana and everyone at reception desk. We don't remember names of other people. All were so helpful and went over and beyond their work. They helped w directions, how and best way to get to a certain place, just amazing. I will tell all my friends What a warm welcome we got when we came back to the hotel a week later Thank you very much to all of you. You made our trip a wonderful experience.

Located on the Promenade (well) right on the freeway (very bad), if you touch a room facing that street you are lost and you will not be able to sleep. Hotel for Tusrimo massive and group, poorly maintained and with problems of access for buses.

Yakov make the best coffee in Israel. Ayat and Mr Reuben are very kind and helpfull, It’s a great place to stay, centric with a beautiful view to the beach.

Worst value for money I have had. No sea view, not clean, the breakfest buffet was terrible. The elevators were slow and rare. Located in one of the best location but the hotel is foind in a dirty parking lot with uran smell arround it.

Service top and actually 4-5 stars. The hotel rooms are old and well-equipped, so there is unfortunately a massive deduction.

We lived in the hotel 9 nights with the child, liked everything, the hotel corresponds to its price category, a special thank you to the maids-always clean, kitchen workers-all delicious, all friendly and ready to always help. Thank you.

Entrance Hall very well. On the other hand, once returned to the rooms, the cleanliness leaves to be desired. Dining room with the buffet, OK but does not open the appetite. On the other hand, great variety of excellent desserts! Very poorly insulated room. Windows closed and it's as if they were open so we heard the sound of passing cars. In short, surely better choices accessible.

It was a very nice Hotel. Rusty Faucets, leaky shower, toilet mouths. The only good thing is the location. Outside of CA: to flee.

Well located access to the beach via the Tayelet small swimming pool on the roof furnished with armchair and parasols. Access for people with disabilities difficult.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. The rooms are a bit small.

Places: Super well placed, in front of the sea two minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the city center. On the other hand the location under the tunnel is sometimes disturbing because you have to walk a lot.
Room: Good size, nice welcome, but cleaning almost never done unless we complained 20 times in a row.
Pool: Small, not much of Transat, no security, result too crowded and no room for hotel guests. Namely that we chose this hotel for its swimming pool as I get out of an operation and I need balneotherapy rehabilitation and the impossible shot to have a mattress unless we came at 9am before the local families invaded the space. No one leaves their place while I'm on crutches.
Home/Reception: Just shabby, no organization and no communication, no manager apparently, the receptionists are laughing at our heads and giggling when we are sometimes faced with real security problems.
Security in front of the hotel non existent despite the sympathy of the "guard" who is always on his phone in the lobby…
Disappointed because false publicity. If not good stay if you are not demanding and do not look at the prices.

Strange unpleasant hotel. The Leonardo Art is built into a large run-down plaza facing a creepy strip club (lit red at night). The hotel's hallways are somewhat forlorn and adorned with questionable art. At night the thumping bass from the strip club across the way starts at 11P and doesn't end until dawn. In my room a highly unpleasant smell kept drifting in… garbage/funk/dead mouse? Who knows. The one nice feature of the hotel, the rooftop pool, is closed at night when the view is the best. On the plus side the staff is excellent. They were helpful, pleasant, and thoughtful, just wish they running another nicer less expensive hotel.

First of all, location is perfect! Beach front and short walk from most interesting attractions. Good shops and restaurants in the area and nice pool on the rooftop. Exterior of the building does look like it’s been left to deteriorate and the inside looks like they have spent more money on art than on ensuring the hotel is kept at its best. While I would recommend staying here, I would encourage getting a cheap room rate as it leaves a lot to be desired.

A grand hotel in all respects. I've been in winter and therefore I have not been able to enjoy its unbeatable beachfront location, but is well connected with buses to go to different places in Tel Aviv, and walking you will reach one of the shopping streets and restoration.

I loved this hotel, and my stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful (and if not, just ask for the supervisor-I had to do this once, and had no troubles after). The room was average. The traditional Israeli breakfast superb. This is not your run of the mill 5* North American hotel. The lobby and stairwells are decorated in original artworks (well worth a tour of the hotel just to see). The room was comfortable and clean. There are cheaper hotels on the beach, but after visiting them, I chose to stay five days here, for the charm and friendly service. Close to the downtown with it's many shops and restaurants. My one Caveat is trying to find the entrance to this place can be daunting, unless you take a direct taxi or bus. Poorly lit and few signs to guide you.
