The service can be less than Perfect, The rooms are good but The thing that makes this place great is the amazing location. It's just next door to a great market and delicious food.

Excellent location. Staff was very nice and friendly. Room was given a facelift but had issues. Wasn't clean under bed, A/C was dripping down onto the floor, cracked & broken tiles, broken cabinet drawers & small shower that kept turning the water off when turning around lol. Otherwise was fine & would definitely consider staying again if the few things were fixed right.

Centrally located between beach and city centre, next to carmel market: PLUS: — Central Location, right next to Carmel Market, middle of Allenby Street, with access to King George, close proximity to Dzinghoff Center and Rothshild Blvd. Beach is about 5-10 min walk away. — Penthouse Lodge 2 P1 allows to sleep well, as it is facing the sea side, away from Allenby. Also the Mattress used is firm and provided me with an excellent sleeping experience. — Also a decent view over the market towards the sea side on the horizon. CONS — Pictures, not as advertised (see my pictures) ”! Maintenance status is very poor. Missing table inside, couch is broken, no dish towels, bathroom walls has sprinkles of previous guest. — Internet Wi-Fi — Wi-Fi is established well across the building BUT Internet Connection itself absolutely unstable. Often I could not use it for a simple phone conversation which consumes a stream of 56kbytes! And should be possible — many reconnects surfing (not even surfing was possible at times) — Reception seems friendly but not following up on any of my requests (like missing table, missing umbrella and advertised amendments on the terrace (which I could not use as umbrella and table were missing).
