היינו במלון 3 לילות. ראשון עד רביעי. המלון נחמד, יש בו ספא הכולל בריכת מי ים המלח, גקוזי, חמם טורקי, סאונה יבשה, סאונה רטובה, חדר כושר ועוד. חדר האוכל היה חדר אוכל במלון OASIS הצמוד. בגדול — שני המלונות (Spa Club ו-Oasis) חולקים את אותם שירותי בסיס ואותו הצוות. אז לנו לא הייתה ברורה החלוקה בינהם. הבעיה, לדעתנו, הייתה חוסר הקפדה על הפרטים הקטנים: היתה צלחת עם אוכל שנותרה בקצה המסדרון שלנו משך שלושה ימים. הזבל של פינת התה נשאר לא מפונה עד הבוקר. באופן כללי, צוות המלון לא הורגש באזורים שבהם אנחנו הסתובבנו.

Just back. Well, what can I say. It wasn't good this time. Honestly I don't want to write anything bad. But it's no longer possible that we'll go to this hotel.

This hotel is lovely. There is calming decor, lovely staff, its clean and the food is amazing. Its only a couple of minutes' walk to the beach and has fabulous views. The only reason I have rated four stars rather than five is that on the hotel website it is advertised as adults only; in reality that is not the case and there are lots of children in the outdoor pool most of the time. I believe the indoor pool and spa area is genuinely adults only though.

We visited the Oasis spa club and enjoyed it! The team, the hotel itself, the service, the food and all the joys of life. Yes, not cheap, but, compared to the hotel David, from which we escaped because of bedbugs, paying, while much more expensive, and the price is lower, and the quality at the highest level of the photo is not, there is on the Internet. I recommend from the bottom of my heart, and a huge thank you to all the staff of the hotel.

The room is very clean. The staff are polite and the requests respond quite quickly. The hammam is very nice, but the water in the pool is too warm. We took full board. Breakfast and dinner are normal, and lunch sucks: either silent or on the pool burnt hamburger with fries. The money for lunch was immediately returned to us. In addition to this episode, the rest turned classy. Thanks to the staff!

My husband and I stayed in the Hotel Spa Club, not the first year, all love otherwise did not grow. Good food, nice staff. In the spa everything was very good craftsmen. I want to thank the girl Lily, a very nice girl, knows a lot about her work. Everything was fine. The only thing we didn't like is the terrible music on Thursday night. The Sexophone was better. And so everything is very good.

It’s a very nice hotel in just a walking distance from the Dead Sea. The room was in a good condition and clean, personnel was very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of offers from the hotel spa service for relaxation and beauty procedures, they also offer discounts on certain days. Breakfast was rather basic, I honestly expected a better variety. In the evenings, there are more activities including live music and singing in the hotel bar. However, wine in the hotel bar was really bad.

Everything is OK only the food has failed. Little choice for breakfast and some food not very fresh.

Me and my husband yesterday were on a rest case just super, disabled spa very pleasant everything was clean and well smelled, also we liked the massage. We want to especially thank the seller of the consultant Lily. Very attentive and professional in the business. We will gladly come again.

Very clean modern facilities. Staff are both pleasant and helpful. Skilled and professional. Of course they want to sell you treatments. Massage to "die for". Left feeling younger, fitter happier.

Better on the inside than it looks from the outside. A decent spa and hotel, but looks like it can use an update. The spa was not able to handle the full capacity of guests during high season periods.

The cleanliness allows to wish, food is good.

Me and my wife booked a day at the spa with massage and we disappointed very much. Claim to have the best spa in dead sea but in reality they have only one pool in the spa, and it's pretty small. Don't believe to the photos they put on their website — they made Photoshop on them to make the pool look twice as big than in reality. Also the massage wasn't so professional. We would never go back three again.

Love this place! We really enjoyed the amazing breakfast, multiple spa treatments, the pool, super friendly staff, and wearing our bathrobes to and from the beach. Only negative was sometimes spotty Wi-Fi. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Excellent hotel to stay in while spending your vacation in the magic area of Dead Sea. The spa, friendly service, calm and warm atmosphere will make your vacation unforgettable.

Gastinica is in a good location. Close to the sea there is a beach. We were three nights. The pillows as in all the hotels are terrible. The air conditioning on the heat does not work and I personally was given a small heater for that special thank you. There are no balconies in the rooms. The room is clean. But it is visible that long ago there was no repair. The cabinet door is very much zaedala. Opening the cabinet could be backbreaking. There is a safe in the closet.
The room has a corner with kettle and tea and sugar. No coffee. No fridge. The room has a big TV. There were programs in the Russian language.
It is possible to rent a bicycle 30 sc. In 2 hours. Bike light, comfortable, 7 speeds. Have fun.
There is a pool with water from the Dead Sea. There is a jacuzzi but it smelled like chlorine that did not dare to go. In the lobby it was possible to drink herbal tea at certain times. No smoking in the room. There's a place on the street. The food for two days was normal. And the last two are so-so. There were a lot of vegetables. And dairy products. One day even put a whole vmbo with honey. The robes do not change. And the towel is changed every day. Every day evening there was an entertainment program was fun…

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of the Oasis Hotel, especially Mahmoud, as well as to the reception staff for their sensitivity to the hotel guests. We recommend this hotel as one of the most guest on the dead sea.

Very poor room cleaning and deluxe is not a deluxe you see on the picture through booking websites. My wife and me first were in the room 352 but the hair and dust on the floor were so noticable that we had to ask personnel to give us another room 552. The price per one night was 285$ half board. 3 years ago for that price we had Leonardo 5 star in Eilat. I would recommend Daniel hotel just next to Spa Club. Personnel is friendly but it doesn't compensate the price you paid.

The good: The hotel is pretty, facilities look great and rooms are luxurious. Staff is friendly. The bad: The place feels like it is poorly managed. You have to wait for towels, you have to wait for cups in the dining room etc. The food is meh overall. Summary: It's okay. If you just want a place to stay and you have a bargain, do it. If it's for a nice vacation, I'd avoid.

The location is good. There's a parking lot. The rooms are normal. The bathtub is fairly new. The spa is great. I enjoyed breakfast before 12 o'clock. Friendly staff, mostly Russian-speaking. The food is varied, however, as almost everywhere in Israel.

Great spa and hotel. The room was comfortable and met all of our expectations. Yes, the windows were small, but they allowed all rooms to have a view of the sea — a definite plus. The spa facilities were very relaxing and the breakfast buffet was excellent!

Food was good. Place was clean. Staff was generally pleasant. However the reason we chose this place was for the 'No children. No smoking. No cell phones' policy, yet it was not adhered to. Kids in the dining hall, smoking on the patio, and laptops and cell phones in the lobby. Not what we wanted, and not what we thought we were paying for.

The Dead Sea has its own standards, so compared to other hotels in the area it's ok. We had to change the room due to the fact that the door handle was broken and there was a very strong noise from the ac, the other room which we eventually stayed for 2 nights, was satisfactory, although the water splash in the toilet didn't work but was fixed and the rest room had a bed smell as well as a very old toilet bowl. The food is average, the whole thing of piece and quite has no sense if you are interested to visit the pool, since it is shared with Oasis hotel guests. A lot of noise there and not so much shade. Overall it's not a bad choice but overpriced, as usual.

Costa Caro But on the other hand… it's awful! Only good note is the breakfast for the rest rude filth and miseducation they do it by mistress. Don't go there!

May be the best value for money on the Dead sea. Renovated hotel with nice spa and friendly stuff.

Value to price ratio can't be justified! The Spa Club is a old hotel that requires renovation soon. All rooms have only 1 tiny window and the facilities are from the 80s. The Spa itself is not comparable to any modern Spa! Good news: the service is ok and friendly — breakfast is also acceptable.

The spa facility is excellent, the service is very friendly and breakfast is amazing. We visited in the winter so we can't review the outdoor beaches since we didn't go swimming outside. The clientele was mostly seniors in the winter but we didn't mind. The spa was empty for the last two hours between 8 and 10pm.
