Beautiful hotel in good service and with good prices.
Very rude staff with the exception of the blond Russian lady. On the day of our check-out they woke us up by knocking repeatedly and loudly on our door at 08:30 in the morning! Check-out time is 11 o'clock and when we sleepily and dressed in pajamas opened the door to their insistent knocking at 08:30 in the morning, the staff ask us when we want to leave the hotel! How dare they wake up guests willy-nilly 2, 5 hours before check-out time? The rooms were clean and the hotel is well situated.
