We stayed there this shabbat and had a terrible experience. We arrived, and they said they need to charge us an extra 700 shek which we did not know about when we booked. We expected for the expensive price a nice room. Our room was disgusting! It was like a motel. It was old fashioned, and basic and cheep and needed renovating. I would never have come to this hotel for this room. It was an unacceptable room for the price. After sitting with Michal and Sara for 2 hrs to find a solution (they tried their best to help) they gave us a discount. They said we couldn't cancel when we requested to cancel and leave, and they said hotel was full and no other rooms available. (2 adults, 3 kids). So this was our only option. We stayed in a garden room 116. If I knew this was what our room would look like I would have never in a million years book to stay here! We were happy to pay the full expensive price to stay in a nice renovated room, but not in a 2* hotel room, which is where they put us. Was very disappointing. To top it off, at check-out they had a mistake on the computer and said we owe another 400 dollars. After a 10 minute wait the receptionist apologised for the mistake and said we don't owe money. By this time I was so frustrated and probably showed it. Tehilla one of the staff was so rude to me and started shouting at me for being annoyed. So to conclude, if you want to stay here call up and clarify what room you will be in.
