Friendly homely staff great food music great place to chill out with friends and make great memories of great happy times close to shops restaurants River walks. Hunt museum, 13 century St Mary's Church, Kings John's castle on the browe of River Shannon and tells of the ture life of Limerick in the 11th century.

Stayed there last nite very nice hotel the girls at the reception wer very helpfully an nice along with the rest of the staff.

Managed to get a room by turning up but would recommend booking ahead. Friendly and welcoming staff and service. The full Irish breakfast did the job in the morning, too. Good base to explore the city and not a bad pint in the bar either. Will be back.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out smooth and quick. Rooms were nice and had all necessaries available.

From the outside, it looks like a charming little cottage, lovely, inviting decor. Good atmos all around, but for tea, I have to say that the staff discriminate a lot based on appearance. Im a tired mum of 2 spirited little boys with very little funds, so going for tea here is a major treat for us, I dont have nice clothes but i/we are clean, when we recently went for tea there, we got less then the '3' star treatment because we were not as dressed up as the other clients. I was very upset at this. Please change this and I will better my star rating. Thanks.

Nice hotel handy for the railway station and city centre. Excellent reception staff. But like most of Ireland nd UK they can't cope with hot weather. My room was lovely but so hot. No air con or fan.

Nice room. Nice staff but lots of noise on the road.

Great price, super friendly professional staff. We come back regularly, the rooms are of different quality. (last time 03/18) bar dining area could do with a refurbishment. Outside could do with painting & a good scrub.

Room very clean and spacious. The decor is a bit dated and the TV was ancient. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Staff very nice and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

At a party here this weekend. Great hotel and thank you to the wonderful staff who were super friendly and very attentive. Definitely coming back. Rooms clean and comfortable 5 minute walk from train station. Had a lovely stay here.

Room comfortable but noisy, the breakfast for 10€ is not really worth the price. The staff is outgoing. The parking right in front next to the casino.

This hotel is a bit dated, the hallways in the rooms are cramped and at least the room I got to me needs a renovation.

The staff is very friendly and attentive but the facilities are very old. The Priner room I stayed in had a tube TV that didn't work and the bathroom was broken. When they moved me to another the thing improved a lot, but the carpet was still in bad shape. Also, I had to drop my bags down the stairs as this new room was not accessible.

Even though the staff were very helpful and the location was very good. The smell of sewage in my room was disgusting. Had to spray deodorant to mask it.

Very close to the Hotel. Staff The bedding is deplorable very small bed with springs that can be felt in the back. Average Propretee… Food frozen warms to my taste.

Quite a nice hotel. When my room wasn't ready, the friendly staff readily offered me another. Wi-Fi is great. TV could use an upgrade. All in all I would definitely stay here again.

The reception staff were wonderful. The rooms adequate, although too hot and this was in November. The bar and restaurant staff were a bit how you do. Did not really seem interested in service. But we would stay again as close to where we wanted to be in the main area of Limerick.

Staff were lovely. Breakfast was good. Don't take the first floor as the smell of sewage was in my room constantly. I should complained but it was just for one night stay.

Loved it. I was worn down from lots of travel and work the last few and decided a day to relax and freshen up before heading on to Dingle. I was going to stay one night and opted Instead to stay two.

Hotel was otherwise ok, but my room was damp and got I blocked nose during night which cured quickly when I left the hotel. Some kind of dehumidifiers to rooms please, there is currently no decent air con.

Very good breakfast. A lot of noise coming from a party in the hotel could be heard from the rooms. The bed was not that good either.

Went in for carvery roast lamb could not wait about 2 mins in dinner arrived cold undercooked veg asked nicely for dinner to be replaced but not to be heated in microwave replacement dinner arrived still cold and veg undercooked complained to manager who completely dismissed my complaints and practically accused me of lying Basil Fawlty was in the ha/penny place. His body language was intimidating and aggressive so we just left.

Booked in a hurry and ended up in the tiny room at the back overlooking an air con unit. So either couldn't sleep because it was hot with the window closed or couldn't sleep because it was noisy with the window open. But the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were all very good and helpful. Slightly odd parking arrangement and you park your car in a gated underground car park over the road but it was cheap and the car was safe. Slightly out of the town centre so the surrounding streets were quiet at night. I'd go there again, but would try not to be desperately grabbing the last available room!

Good customer service and unique design within the hotel. We enjoyed our stay here, but found it difficult to find places to eat within walking distance of the hotel.

After a long day of wandering, we felt very lucky to get to this hotel. A friendly service, a clean room, a nice bathroom. The bed was big and comfortable, many windows created a nice atmosphere. From the outside it looked a bit old, but with the first step into it, you could see, it's very nice. Well position to reach everything of limerick.

Everyone was very nice: staff, server (James) and bartender (Jonathan). Service in the restaurant was fantastic. The room was comfortable and clean. I just wish I'd known there was a gym and sauna on the top floor from the beginning! Looks like they are making various improvements to the property as well.

Clean. Central. Quiet at 2nd floor and up. 1st floor could be noisy because of the restaurant at the ground floor. Not a 5 star place, but neither does it advertise as such. By and large, spent 4 quiet days there, served me well.

Good spot close to great local bars. Room was large, staff friendly and bed was comfortable. No complaints.

Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff! They made our stay really pleasant. Hotel is an easy walk to just about anywhere in the city. Food is great too and the breakfast (at €7.50 at the time of writing — July '17) is good value for money.

I love the pery hotel friendly nice staff down to earth and always feel welcome when I go there great cuppa and scone there and bridget great asset to the staff and kind person.

Bar service was spot on the Bar man who served us was very friendly and polite however the roast beef dinner was reheated and the strawberries in the Eton mess were tinned lovely hotel otherwise tait bar is well presented with quirky quotes from the late George Best and Ernest Hemingway would definitely go back but will be ordering food that has to be cooked fresh the seating provided in the ballroom for the Joe power could do with being replaced.

The hotel staff is very kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean, plenty of towels and though not modern, very comfortable. The pub and restaurant was good to have in one location. Friendly staff and good breakfast. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to the train station and downtown.

Perys hotel was filthy with the dirt the smell of must all over the place was rotton the rooms were filthy stains all over the bed covers staff wernt nice and very unhelpful rates go up and down never get a fare price will never be staying there again.

Ok place to stay, close to the centre.

We stayed at No 1 Pery Square in Limerick. It was delightful. Lovely Boutique Hotel. The staff were so pleasant, kind and helpful. The food was delicious. A charming visit, Thank you. Regards, Catherine & Philip.

It's old and it smells like sewer. Already for a long time, I guess. Let's go in the room. Anyone recommend that you like.

What are you after? A cheap hotel with a bed to sleep on? Then this is what you want. If you are looking to be pampered head to toe and want for nothing? Then this place obviously isn't for you and you really need to search harder for the type of hotel you are looking for. I will say, it can get a little noisy if you are on the street frontage, facing the casino. That and the shower sucked balls, other than that it is cheap and clean.
