Spent Weekend at Torc Hotel For my 60th. I recommend this place for everything. Staff & Food excellent.

Arrived Friday afternoon with a group From Wexford Albion football club. All the staff at the hotel were so helpful and they really made our stay memorable for all the team and their families. From the moment we walked in the door the friendly receptionist chatted with us and made us feel like we were at home. We got into our room and it was very clean and comfortable. The hotel put on a wonderfully tasty 3 course meal for the whole team and their families. I would highly recommend the chicken wings they were delicious. The waitresses were very efficient and our food all came out on time and my steak was cooked perfectly. I will definitely be back for another visit. Thank you to all the staff for making it a great night away for us all.

Just home from a weeks stay in Torc hotel. 3rd time for us to stay. Had a fabulous time. Lovely spacious clean room. Food absolutely delicious, great variety on menu & portions are huge. We had breakfast & dinner every day & lunch the odd day. Staff could not be more friendly or helpful. From the Manager Brendan to the lovely Eileen & Margaret at reception, to the wonderful restaurant & bar staff we were delighted with the manner & service we received. Staff were super accommodating with our kids at meal times too. Special thanks to Eileen who served us dinner most evenings. We really enjoyed the chin wags with you. We could not recommend this hotel more. Fabulous little spot, great value, wonderful staff, clean spacious rooms & food is delicious. We will definitely be back. Stayed for my birthday in July with my family. Absolutely fabulous, great rooms, incredible staff especially Eileen and Margaret on reception. Food incredible. Great value all around. This was my second visit and already planning my next.

Lovely staff, nice hotel, and the food was very tasty. Currently drinking a bottle of Cronins cider and I'm happy out. Would recommend to anyone looking to get away for a few days.

Stayed here sat and Sunday night 26th/27th October had a lovely stay staff lovely food fab rooms clean will definitely be back.

Our third time there. The staff is always warm and inviting. Kirsten always greets us with a smile and is very attentive and friendly!

Had the absolute pleasure of staying in this hotel over the weekend. Room was spotlessly clean, staff were fantastic and food was to die for. Such a cozy and friendly atmosphere in the building overall. Thank you to each every member of staff for making us feel so welcome. Couldn't recommend it highly enough. We will remember our stay in Killarney with pleasure. John & Trish.

I would highly recommend this hotel for alot of reasons. Price is right and gets better for repeat customers. Food is excellent. Breakfast is A-1. The whole place is squeeky clean and modern. Free Wi-Fi throughout.
Finally. The staff are excellent. One of the main components of any business.
Well done everyone. I will definitely be staying here alot in the future.

We only ate in the bar, but food was lovely and service was great!

Delicious food, fabulous accommodation and the friendliest and most welcoming staff I've ever met. ❤ stayed with a group of 15 people for the weekend, for my brothers 50th birthday. I have honestly never met nicer staff in any hotel I've stayed in. Because of you guys, I will definitely be back soon and I will highly recommended you to everyone. Thank you all so much for making our stay amazing ❤

Lovely quiet hotel, Siobhan on reception was lovely as is Mary in the bar, thank you ladies for your hospitality, two extremely friendly ladies and very welcoming, lovely clean room, good food, shall definitely return.

Nice place to stay however long or brief, staff were helpful, plenty of parking also. Rooms are spacious. I will stay again.

Beautiful lunch, for us weary travelers! Thankfully, the kitchen keeps the fire going — since it was served so quickly. They modified my wife's meal to her liking and we really we're Thankful to find this fine place. We ate here only. No overnight stay.

Fabulous food in the restaurant. Chef is top class! We got family room — very spacious, and with comfortable beds. Free parking and Wi-Fi. (2017) Year after update. ////////////Portions become smaller, and dryer not impressed. Mushroom soup was looking absolutely disgusting. I dont know may be we are not lucky these time but service was also not good. We had to wait waitress ages to order desert. Room was clean and spacious, but pillows like a rock! me and my partners sleep was ruined. (No replacement pillows in the wardrobe for thinner ones. ) Breakfast in the morning didn't disappoint us, excellent waitress, and service. Receptionist lady also very polite and welcoming. Hotel is away from the shops, and def. Need a car if you staying there. Nothing much for kids to do, only Wi-Fi.

Out of the way a bit but lovely spot and Fish meals were absolutely fabulous. We called pre the ROK cycle and discovered the place nearby where we were staying for the weekend. Lovely clean modern toilets and no drama with leaving the car at the pub. Well worth a visit.

This place was our weekly stop for dinner and always had a beautiful meal when it was Darby o gills since it has changed names to tork hotel I don't know is it new management or new chefs but the dinners we have been given the past 3 times have been very poorDry burgers no sauce nothing steak not cooked to liking and pickled onions out of a can served with the steak everything covered in so much salt it could be barely eaten. Waiting staff seem to have their heads in the clouds. Waiting 30 minutes for desert which never came I paid for what we had which nearly killed me I would have been happier going to MacDonaldConsidering it was so quiet the last time we called and 4 staff walking around I will not be back again. It is a shame because it used be such a beautiful place for food.

The Lady working at Reception on 6-7-18 was a beautiful person. She could see how tired we were and found a room for us. Then the wait staff was amazing and food was even better. Best place! Thank you.

Stayed here nice hotel nice dinner perfect for family good parking peaceful and even had cot ready in room for us highly recommended.

Lovely food, staff pleasant and helpful. Very nice room, spacious, decor lovely. Spotlessly clean. Approx 12-14 euros for 2 at night for taxi into town.

Stayed in room 112, which I believe was recently renovated. Very clean and comfortable all around. Spacious rooms with most of the basic amenities.

Comfortable room excellent food.

We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children. From first contact with the hotel they were so accommodating. We arrived and checked in. Great size clean room. Free Wi-Fi and parking, excellent bar food and deals for the kids. Lovely cosy bar with a fab selection of beers. The staff are friendly and helpful. Ok it's a few minutes drive from Killarney but we were happy to chill here.

The food was exceptional but the lady that served us was very rude.
Not even a greeting was given to us and she was chatting to another member of staff while giving us our food.
The man who initially took our order was very helpful and made us feel at home but the other lady was very rude.
Not happy with our experience this time around as we have been there before twice.

Stayed over the August bank holiday. Rooms were nice and clean. Full Irish breakfast was disappointing.

Had a lovely lunch here couldn't fault the food. The young waiter was efficient but could do with smiling a bit more. We will definitely be back.

Quick call for a bit of Lunch. Great selection of Lite Bites on menu. My wife went for Torc Special Toastee and I had beef wrap both with Fries and side salads and pot of tea all for just over 20euros. Enjoyed as usual.

This Hotel is located just outside of Killarney, this is a quiet location. The staff was overwhelmed to be part of something (young staff, inexperienced), but tried very hard. At dinner, in the framework of the HP you took a bit of time. The Breakfast was international held the else for Breakfast submitted the national dish of black and white Pudding was missing :-) The rooms were spacious and tidy.

Me and my husband had 3 great nights, the food is great and best price around and staff were lovely, the room was very clean and warm, we will be back.

This has 2 be the worst hotel ever went wit my partner and 3 kids room was very very bad a smell out of the bathroom that my chid got sick from the smell out of it the way my kids were talked to was uncall for from the staff for the room was like a ice box kids didn't sleep well at all with the cold and the breakfast was another joke it was all out of date will never be going bk there for a brake… What a joke of a place now.

Popped here on business. Good hotel, breakfast and bar. There was even some Irish Dancing on the day I stayed, was very entertaining but did not join in. Beds were a bit hard but rooms were to a very high standard.
