Attended a wedding here, the meal was second to none, very good quality and no shortage of it, thought the service was a little slow and the ONE barman that manned the bar for most of the evening wasn't up to much. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming and the hotel itself is beautiful and spotleassly clean. Well done.

Stayed there when the charleville 2 day bicycle race was on. Good accommodation, the two restaurants are good, breakfast was ok was a little disappointed with it especially the omelette. They have a good swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc. And gym.

Stayed here for 3 days with the husband and 3 kids and we loved it. The room was large and airy. Free bottled water every day. Kids club from 10-12.45 where they painted etc and then were brought swimming. The kids could also go from 7-8.30 where they watched a movie and we could eat our dinner in peace. The bar food was lovely. Breakfast was gorgeous. Plenty of choice especially great for the kids. Definitely one of their favourite spots. This is a very child friendly, clean and welcoming hotel. The staff are first class, very pleasant and so friendly and helpful. I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough. Cant wait to go back.

They've always had great food here in the past but now that I'm very I feel like I'd have to order a bunch of sides instead of one meal.

Very nice hotel just outside the town. Access to the onsite fitness center with large pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Very nice food at the bar and very friendly staff.

Staying here right now. Great online deal. Very lovely staff and great facilities. Really worth it.

We had dinner and it was excellent. Nice big portions. Service was quick and friendly. A supervisor checked with us to make sure we were OK. Bar was really comfortable. Food was really tasty and great value for money.

I was here for a cousin's wedding reception. Beautiful place, pleasant staff, very helpful. The decor was breathtaking. They did my cousin proud!

I had not eaten all day… called in to the dining room… back of the bar. Around 4plm. The staff were nice … service was good The place was nice … and clean The food was shocking I had vegetable curry and rice … the curry wasn't related to a curry. Chowder soup type texture… awfull … vegetables likewise The rise was wet … shining wet. I eat out very regular…

Staff excellent. Breakfast excellent. Room excellent. Parking and other facilities excellent. Dinner poor. Starter smoked salmon good. Main course sea trout only half portion. Chips no taste. Veg tasted like reheat from yesterday. Too much like Supermac reheated. I would stay in hotel again but dinner somewhere else.

Easy to find and conveniently sited on the main road. Used only a meeting room for the evening, but was well laid out and signed. Refreshments quite satisfactory.

Fabulous hotel with leisure centre. Pool is fantastic. Hotel rooms are lovely. Food is great quality. Staff very customer focused. Recommend without hesitation.

Regular new build square hotel. No mentionable features and no historical referances. Very popular as a modern fashionable wedding venue with the general population.

Slow service in the bar any time I have visited. They honestly dont give a f@#! The gym is good. The function rooms and bar are good and the place is clean but they seriously needed to do something about the bar staff years ago.

Last minute trip to Charleville for our anniversary, delighted we picked this hotel, one of the best weekends. Evening meal was fab even though we where late arriving the restaurant took our order by phone and had two glasses of complementary prosecco waiting which was really nice of them. Staff where very helpful throughout couldn't Fault the service. Rooms where spotless and lots of little extras provided, Swimming pool & leisure club was huge will definitely be back in the summer with the kids. Town is only 10 minutes walk and people where lovely and friendly. Overall experience was fantastic :) :)

Your run of the mill country town hotel. The 4 stars are for the well run attached Leisure Centre/Swimming pool facility. Had lunch and family gatherings there a few times — limited menu — food just ok. No great atmosphere. Seems to b popular wedding venue.

Beautiful rooms, fantastic food. Not much to do in walking distance, but the hotel has a spa, gym and pool. Helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

I have stayed in this hotel a few times. Il u til recently the rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was great. The staff were very pleasant. However, the last time I stayed there with my family the place had really gone down hill. The heating in the room was not working. They tried to fix it twice but in the end they just gave me a fan heater. The blind in the room was broken so no light came into the room, the shower door was broken and when we went down for breakfast I was told we were not allowed to have breakfast as I had only paid for the room. I argued this because I had a receipt showing I had paid for breakfast and they told me they would look into it and get back to me, but they didn’t bother to correct their mistake! We had breakfast but we were constantly waiting to be reassured it was ok — no one bothered to come back and correct their mistake! When I complained to reception about these issues I got “sorry about that” end of conversation! After my stay I emailed the manager to tell them I was a repeat customer who was very disappointed about my recent stay and I have received nothing in response. This is 3 weeks on from our stay.

Great hotel, excellent service. The leisure center was quite nice, the pool is big and there were quite a few options like the steam room, sauna, hot tube and so on. The restaurant setting and service was excellent. I think the dinner wasn't great, buy it wasn't bad either. I guess I expected a bit more. I would defenetly recommend this place for a friend and I would go back.

Giving a 5 star for how good the staff were. Reception staff were so nice when we went to book in. Made us feel more then welcome. Went for food in the bar and got the burger which I would highly recommend. The deserts was fantastic got the cheese cake. Was a big delay on the cheese cake coming out. But that was up to another waiter who took our deserts order. Have to say the other waiter who name was jack. Who then sorted the order out for us. Was brilliant took care of us all nite. And is a credit to the hotel. Room was big nice and clean. Compare to other hotels If you get a good deal definitely value for money. And your only a half a hour from the crescent centre in limerick for a bit of shopping. Leisure centre has a big swimming pool sauna jacuzzi and steam room. I.

Just make sure they check you out the correct room otherwise you will be paying multiple international charges.

Best hotel in North Cork. Good food and live music. Newly built. Friendly staff.

Ate here in the bar. Firstly was brought the chicken curry when we asked for a vegetable curry (this was listed on the menu). Then they replaced this with a 'curry' of a few bits of courgette and red pepper topped with a generous dollop of supermarket powder curry sauce (think chips curry ad on TV). This was accompanied by about 2 spoons of reheated medium grain rice, and a supermarket poppadom which had been cooked in a microwave, and also wasn't fully cooked. I could barely eat it — absolutely unacceptable food to be served at a 4 star hotel. If the rest if the menu is like this, I would avoid at all costs.

Stayed at the Charleville Park Hotel Tuesday 11th July until 12th July, had a beautiful room lovely breakfast and found the staff so helpful, were very pleased, everything spotless. Thank you so much for everything.

Lovely food, good value and pleasant staff.

We visited as a large group to celebrate my cousin's first communion. The restaurant was packed with several large groups and the staff coped well. I was also amazed at the veggie food which can usually be an afterthought. It was delicious and the salad with the goats cheese parcel was the best I'd ever eaten.

Classy. Good price for what you get. Bar, restaurant and banquet rooms. Live entertainment. On main road to several airports and centrally located. Near to small town Charleville with many shops.

All right, just a renovation would be due.

Overall enjoyable stay however the eggs at breakfast resembled something like the plastic joke shop version. The.

Over friendly staff but not very efficient, we asked for a family room for two adults and two children one boy and one girl, we got a room with two double beds and we asked for one double and two single beds long before we stayed, went to the pool area and the changing rooms could do with a good clean up and checked more often, for a four star no spa area, stayed on a package that involved dinner and breakfast, Dinner on first night just o, k next Steak as hard as the road and veg stone cold when it did come to us, offered to replace could not get out fast enough to get a pint and then witness food just been left out on the bar for about five minutes before bar staff brought it to the people that had ordered it. The day time bar is about the best thing this hotel has going for it, just needs to stay opened longer in the day as its closed up at 12 mid day, Def not Four star, Pat you need to revamp very soon and have a big look at some of the staff.

Second time here and will definitely be a third. Great hotel can't rate it high enough.

Had booked two rooms four months in advance for my three sons and myself. I was surprised and disappointed at check-in to learn that not only were the rooms not together, they were on different floors. I stayed there four years ago, and at that time Wi-Fi was limited to the lobby. I was amazed to learn that the modest effort required to improve the wireless connections had not been made in the four intervening years. The last straw for me was when the gymnasium manager rudely ordered my son to leave the facility, barking at him that kids weren't allowed, rather than approaching me (I was twenty feet away and obviously his parent-there were no other possible candidates).
