Popped in for a bite to eat and were seated in the lovely outdoor area by an extremely friendly member of staff.
The food was really good and extremely well presented.
Again the staff member in question (sorry never got his name) was extremely professional and helpful.
Highly recommended and will definitely be back again.

Very Good Wholesome Food & a great warm friendly service from all staff.

Ate here today. 2 adults and 3 children. Loads of staff on duty. Food was so fresh and hot when served. Staff were attentive and noticed we needed things like a couple of side plates without us having to ask. Portions were very generous. Beautiful food. Will return soon.

The Farmers Kitchen Food Truck has the best Steak Sandwich in Wexford!

Best steak sandwich I've ever had. Loaded fries were massive too really good quality tasty food. 5 star.

The takeaway sandwich I got was a mess, could not eat it with my hands as it wasn't even cut in half, thrown together by the look of it. No napkins in the bag. Not a good first impression.

We hardly ever eat takeaways but have to say our takeaway treat this evening was delicious. Great service, very professional and friendly. Thank you.

We got takeout Sunday dinner here today from the starter to the desserts and from Turkey and ham mains to the pasta everything was lovely and tasty, very good value too.

Hadn’t been in the farmers kitchen in Years but I have to say was there tonight for chloes birthday. Have to say fantastic food and service were fantastic. Well done Thomas scallan and thanks jp Carroll for your exceptional service.

I recommend the farmers kitchen. It’s great food. It’s always well cooked and the staff are very nice and friendly.

I think is the worst place I have ever been to. The staff were the most unhelpful I have ever come across. Sat down someone brought a jug of water which was mankey some sauce down the side of it. Then had to try catch someone to find out what the soup was. Tried to order once was 10 minutes late to get a sandwich and was told couldnt do it because they were so busy with functions even though a sandwich Is quicker than a large meal. I was ten minutes late anyway so ok most places would accommodate but ok. I then tried to order off the kids menu. Due to medical reasons I cant eat large meals atm. The server smirked at me and said we cant its only for under 12s. If it's on the menu and you serve it at that time who's business is it what I'm eating. You serve it I pay for it. This is the only place iv ever been that I never even got to the meal before walking out.

Food was disgusting my 6 month old baby wouldn’t even eat the mash and gravy 0/10 don’t recommend and staff were rude once complained about over priced slop.

A huge thank you for a fantastic day for our daughter's communion last Saturday. It was fab from start to finish. Kids face painting, food was amazing not one of our guests found a fault (we had near 40 Inc kids).

Brought my daughter for confirmation dinner. The food was fabulous, the price was very reasonable and all 17 of us came away stuffed and happy.
Would highly recommend this place. Can't recommend it enough.

Fabulicious food, Good Menu, Gluten Free and Vegetarian options also, children's menu good too, with 3 course's for €10.95, under 12. Great choices.

We popped into Farmer's Market for the carvery, and it was delicious! Three good size slices of meat, mash and roast potatoes. The stuffing was lovely. The only thing is improve is the choice of veg — it's just one scoop of mixed veg but I'd love to have some other options — root veg, creamed spinach, cauliflower cheese etc. Nice pint of smithwick's too and the cheesecake was epic!

Very nice Hotel, food in the restaurant is very good and the rooms are nice. The bathrooms are basic but they do the job. Staff are very nice and the beds are very comfy. Would reccomend to anyone who wants a nice hotel.

We found this place in the last minute on the way back to home and we really enjoyed, all of us have had a delicious starter — goats cheese salad was yummy and other starters as well, then we got a hudge Main Course’s as a Type of Seafood choices which was absolutely amazing and on the end of course well deserved Desserts as a Pavlova and cheesecake after a long day spend on the nearest beach. Highly recommended cause wasn’t too expensive like for 3 courses meal and there is a nice and clean Restaurant.

Nice place, quick and efficient service, but food was terrible… Quantities and presentation were fine, but you could tell it was not "fresh" as they are not asking how you want your meat, and then just receive a hard block supposed to be a burger (much overcooked and tasteless). Salad was a bunch of big pieces of veggies with lots of mayo? I don't know… was just very disappointed as I would have expect much better Maybe I choose the wrong meal? Would unfortunately not recommend.

Won a vocher here on Facebook recently for dinner for 2 and cocktails and decided to use it yesterday, and as always service, food and drink was perfect such plesent and helpful staff in the bar and dining area, Famers Kitchen is my favorite place to eat in the hole of Wexford town could not fault it the Famers Kitchen chicken curry is amazing and had the Honeycomb cheese cake dessert for the first time and it is to die for, my partner had the steak and chocolate brownie with mint ice cream and really enjoyed it, will be definitely back soon to have it again would highly recommend the farmer's kitchen.

I had eaten here a few weeks ago and the food was gorgeous. I ate here again today and it was a different story. 3 families that arrived after us were all served before us. After 10mins I had to go looking for menus and a waitress. We had roast beef dinners. The food was cold! Not luke warm but COLD. The potatoes were dry and so cold that when I put butter on them the butter wouldnt even melt. Very dissapointed.

Everything was ok here. It’s a 3 star hotel and that’s exactly what you get, everything is ok. Staff at the bar were great, very friendly, reception not so much. Beautiful surrounding countryside on the doorstep. Head to Kilmore quay, short drive and great boat trips to the saltees. Wexford town is lovely too, the people there are genuine and very friendly.

We booked two rooms, both rooms were beautifully decorated. We had 11 dine on the first day for lunch, food was delicious. We had 7 for breakfast the next morning which was equally as good as lunch the day before. The wait staff were so nice and very helpful. Always a smile on their faces. I think the wait staff that we had both days were Tracy and Paul. They made our stay all the more delightful. We loved our stay so much we booked it again for July.

Nice small Hotel which was very comfortable food nice especially the Pan seared scallops. Only negative food a bit pricey.

Food is good more of a carvery kind of setup than a top notch restaurant, staff very friendly and fast.

My wife and I ate our first meal when we arrived in Wexford at the Farmer's Kitchen. We were warmly welcomed and the meal was outstanding! During our three week stay in Wexford, we ate there almost every afternoon or evening and the food or service was always top-notch! Lisa, Anne, Dylan, Rachael always greeted us with a smile. We highly recommend Farmer's Kitchen!

We visited yesterday (Sunday) and it was very busy. We were seated by a very friendly member of staff and we're given a high chair when requested. The food was yummy but they did run out of bacon at about 2.45pm which was a bit disappointing so I had the vol au vent with chicken and mushroom instead and it was tasty. On my next visit I will be hoping to have the bacon! Overall it was a lovely lunch!

Excellent place for carvery lunch or a very good evening menu. Not a massive choice but whatever you choose it's bound to be good.

Delicious bacon cabbage carrots potatoes parsley sauce for me. Shepherd's pie for hubby. Just the job on a cold dreary January day. A good find. Nice and clean.

Carvery meal enjoyed by all good sized portions and helpful friendly staff. Facilities great plenty of parking, eating area clean with good sized tables. Bar with sports on big screen available.

Every member of staff encountered were welcoming, friendly and Joe, Jamie and Dylan the barmen were outstanding in everything local. Would love to come back again soon. The room was airy and clean and the housekeeping was second to none.

Stayed for 5 nights, was delighted with the service. Breakfasts were delicious. Will stay there again.

Stopped in for some food while staying at Killiane Castle and we were very pleased with the whole experience. We hadn't booked but it wasn't a problem We received great service through out. The food was delicious, the portions were great and it was reasonably priced too. There was a very friendly feel about the place.

In need of an update. Read great reviews and I would agree the staff and food were great but our visit was let down by the bedrooms. To access the ground floor bedrooms you have to go up to the first floor (stairs) & back down, not very practical with a small infant. Though you could cut through the function room was not in use. The bedroom was a good size, one small double, a single and we had a travelcot for our infant. The bathroom was dated, with broken fixtures and a fan and cistern that raised the noise level to new heights. Noise from doors was disturbing at times and we found our room window left open (ground floor) after it had been cleaned, so not very secure. Staff were helpful, service was prompt and the food was very good.

Our room was very nice and extremely clean… The food at breakfast and dinner was fab. Staff here are really friendly and very helpful. Loads of free parking here too. Will be back again for a break away.

I got a mixed grill, portion size was good but the piece of beef was very dry and thin like cardboard, the chips were hard as though they were only half cooked and the chicken was way too spicy to be part if a mixed grill. My wife got some class of a Cajun chicken burger which was served on a piece of wood that I would class as being unhygenic. Won't be going again.

Booked this for my son & partner as a surprise & their reports are A* for friendliness, cleanliness, food quality and quantity (son has a seriously hearty appetite) and value for money. They felt the staff ethos was to provide true Irish hospitality and they truly experienced this! Son rated it better than a certain 4* in Co Wicklow… Well done & thank you for making their stay special.
