Awesome place with a friendly owner. We had a great time walking on beach and socializing at the local pub.

Ours was a last minute booking and we got the last room available. Bright, spacious and well equipped room. Comfy beds. The en suite was "cosy" and the shower was a trial as you had to be in it with the door closed before you could turn it on ensuring a blast of frigid water until you could regulate it to a desired temperature. A moot point in our case as there was no hot water! Excellent pressure though. Great location if you are going on the ferry. Important to note, as other reviews pointed out, this is bed only — no breakfast.

If you didn't like staying there and dared to write a review criticizing anything… well you are going to be called a liar and possibly abused by hosts reply. Avoid this cheap outdated place.

Like others have said, the host is fantastic — really friendly and has good local knowledge. The room was lovely and cosy. Great place.

Very pleasant B&B accommodation and hospitable owner. Clean accommodation and an excellent continental breakfast. Just around the corner is a restaurant where you can have lunch or dinner. We were here with my family and I can recommend anyone looking for accommodation in this area. Thank you, we'll be happy to come again.

We were a party of five and received a warm welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Our accommodation was clean and comfortable. Just minutes from the ferry was an ideal location. We enjoyed a visit to Our Lady of the Islands. I would recommend this B&B wholeheartedly as an ideal place to start or finish an Ireland holiday. Many Thanks for a great stay.

Awful Experience with insulting service.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! Drove for nearly 3 hours to arrive late into Rosslare harbour, last check in was 10pm and owner rang at 9pm saying he had to be somewhere and we should hurry up. Explained that we would be another 30-40 minutes, only for the owner to cancel our booking, leaving myself and a friend with nowhere to stay late at night in Rosslare. He then went on to charge me for this, the owner is scum, and i'm not surprised from previous reviews how rude the staff are. Stay somewhere else otherwise you'll be left with nowhere to stay in a strange town in the middle of nowhere.

I stayed overnight with my partner and two infants. The host was very friendly and helpful upon arrival. The rooms/toilets/showers/lounge/diner are all well decorated with free Wi-Fi which was very helpful. The breakfast was served at time I requested by friendly staff. Would recommend to friend or family.

Very big comfortable rooms and a really friendly host. Highly recommended.
