You will find no better hotel in galway. This hotel is just brilliant. Very good customer service, and if your lucky enough to meet Caroline for the breakfast and early menu, she is top class such a beautiful person inside and out. The lady I keep forgetting her name, who wears black all the time, very pleasant and kind person. Food is out of this world. Bedroom was beautiful as always. Have been coming here years and we are just as excited each time. See you guys in a few months 💜 J&J.

My partner & I had the most delicious meal in the Park House Hotel restaurant last night. The food was absolutely sublime. Each course better than the last. All dishes created with such detail & balance, making each mouthful a joy to behold. The setting is stunning, old worldy but sophisticated & elegant. The service was extraordinary, the waiting staff's knowledge of the dishes & wine suggestions was wonderful. All in all, a wonderful experience and a restaurant that surpassed expectations. Thank You all & Well Done. Keep up the brilliant work, it is truly appreciated. We'll definitely be back. Please don't change a thing.

The Park Hotel is top class. They have an exceptional staff throughout the entire hotel. Food in the dining room and bar is outstanding and portions are very generous. Couldn’t recommend staying at the Park House enough. It is an amazing experience.

We had room service 1 night went to the restaurant Tuesday evening and the food is amazing.

Just enjoyed a two day stay with my mum. Excellent hotel, service is extremely good. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly professional staff. We had a meal in the restaurant one of the nights and it was very reasonably priced and tasty. Hope to stay again in the near future.

Just wrapping up at 2 day stay and we couldn’t be happier. I travel extensively for business and truly appreciate great service when I experience it especially when I’m on a vacation trip. The staff here were spectacular from the help they provided in guiding me to the hotel (I get lost easily), to the super smooth check in experience, and tonight the dinner at the hotel was as good as I’ve had in recent memory. Big thanks to Amy for the wonderful service at dinner tonight and to the entire staff for such a pleasant stay. We’ll be back next summer.

The food was outstanding & the chefs presentation of the dishes unbelievably gorgeous.

Wonderful staff helpful and professional. The restaurant staff was great as well as the food. The bass was cooked just perfect. Oh save room for dessert. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed.

Myself and my husband visit this hotel regularly — it’s ideally situated in Galway the staff are wonderful to deal with and the food is lovely. My main problem is the bedrooms are cluttered with too much in them and badly need updating. I was disappointed in the bedrooms and bathroom this year. Had a great stay other than that.

This is a great place to both stay and eat. They have an excellent restaurant with a varied menu. The staff are first class and very friendly.

We have just spent two nights at The Park House and what a delightful stay lovely lovely friendly professional staff excellent accommodation fully equipped bathroom fabulous supper on our first night and breakfasts to die for thank you so much to all the great staff at Park House who made our stay perfect.

Spent two nights there last week and was absolutely delighted. We took the train in from Dublin and the hotel is mere steps away from the station so very convenient for rail travelers. The public areas are large (by European city center standards) and the decor was very appealing. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful and the room itself was all we needed. You are a short walk to Eyre Square and the shopping / socializing hub of the city is on the other side of the square. An excellent experience that I highly recommend.

Very friendly, pleasant, and quick service. Good value lunch menu. I've been visiting this hotel for the lunch for years. If you want dependable simple lunch menus with a discount if your car parking at the adjacent multi story Park House Hotel is hard to beat.

Lovely overnight in this hotel last night. Courteous and friendly staff to greet, serve and look after us. Room so clean and airy. Food so tasty and served in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. What more could a customer ask for! Helen, Dublin.

The hotel is nice but service in the bar is completely non-existent due to a soccer game. It took forever to get another beer and my food. An it isn't even world cup time! Look at them! Both mesmerized by the game!

For me this is the best hotel in Galway and I've stayed at all the 3 to 5 star hotels. The Park House is right in the middle of town, has its own car park and the staff are super friendly and efficient. The bar and restaurant food is delicious and prices very reasonable considering the high quality. Rooms very comfortable. What more could you want?

I stayed overnight here and had a great experience. The hotel staff were very polite and welcoming. We opted for having breakfast added to our reservation, and the food was great. The room itself was nice and clean. My only gripe is the bed/pillows were a bit soft for my liking. This hotel is conveniently located around the corner from the Galway train station, and is within walking distance to many sites in the city. I would recommend staying at the Park House if you ever visit beautiful Galway, Ireland.

It was our pleasure to stay at the Park House on our recent vacation to Galway. Our room, while smallish, was very well appointed with everything we could ask for or need. The restaurant served a magnificent dinner, and a truly lovely breakfast. But it was the service provided by every member of the staff which really made this a special place. Especially Rory at the front desk, who seemingly works 24/7. Always ready with a recommendation, or a kind work. When we arrived before check in time, he called to get our room ready early, and had us brought coffee and cakes while we waited. As we had been on a flight all night, it was well appreciated. The location is perfect as well. Close enough to train and bus to be convenient, yet not noisy, and the same with the downtown area, convenient, but a block or so away, to give a quieter feel. Although with 4 wonderful pubs within 50 metres, one couldn't complain. We'll stay here again when we return.

Myself and two friends recently strayed in the park house hotel and from the moment we walked in we were made feel welcome and the hotel is beautifully decorated and furnished. We had a junior suite which was enormous, there was three beds that sleeps 4 and very comfortable. The breakfast was really lovely and we ate in the bar every night as the food was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and so friendly. The hotel is situation just a five minute walk from the train station and is ideally located just off Eyre Square close to all the shopping areas. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again some time.

Budget motel experience — beware. We had a terrible experience here relative to how much it cost. We have been on a week long tour of the island and this was the most expensive hotel by a factor of $100, yet they were the least accommodating by far. They also charge a premium for food from the restaurant whichdoes not match the price tag. If you get a deal on the cost of a room I'd say go for it but otherwise your money is better spent elsewhere.

Love this place! We got here every year for dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary! Staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful.

The reason I give this place full marks is because first of all Iv been coming here for years now. Ten years if not more than that even. Always in own way enjoyed it along with everyone else I brought with me entirely so. The staff are pretty nice enough to the customers which is a most important thing. For that I am most grateful in my own way. The restaurant I would very much recommend most particularly for special occasions. But however the lounge area when it comes to one of it not the most comfortable and scenic inner city places for tea and coffee in all of Galway. Now thats something not to be missed by anyone. But however lets not forget that at the same time there is always room for improvement no matter who you are having said.

I found Manageress Ms MC MAHON very unfriendly both today and 2 weeks ago when we dined in the Bar Area. She never even smiled or said hello while she took our order in the bar… very disappointed … the food was good. We've dined their regularly. But now it's very off putting.

Wonderful place. Well appointed rooms, attentive staff, quiet and peaceful, even though it's in the heart of Galway. Will definitely use this as home base on my next Ireland trip. Restaurant has excellent food, and very nice atmosphere. Definitely deserving of a 5 star rating.

Friendly and hospitable staff. Great restaurant for brekfast and dinner. Fancy look and feel but completely comfortable. Convenient location to shopping. Parking hint — it is behind the hotel — so turn left just before hotel and take first right into parking.

Well organised reception. Great twin bed room. Large clean bathroom, good lighting, large shaving mirror. Proper bath, shower is over the bath. Heated towel rail and drying line. Excellent breakfast. Only had the bar food, very happy. Great central location off the main square.

Seems like it's trying to go for an old elegant look but it just makes it feel dated. Hallways are dark and the room lights flicker when you turn them on.

A really excellent Irish run hotel. We stayed for 4 days during race week and nothing was too much trouble. The staff are exceptionally well trained and attentive. The food is delicious and the whole experience is about the quality of service. Our room was spacious; very comfortable and very clean. The hotel is located right in the heart of Galway city and parking is available. I highly recommend The Park House, it is Ireland at its best. The hotel combines first class service with an authentically warm welcome. It manages to be very professional without being stuffy or 'too corporate'.

First of all, very central location right next to Eyre Square. Very easy to find and in walking distance of the main tourist areas of the city. This hotel has its own (small) car park too which is a great advantage with being in the city centre. Service was great. Check in and out were both quick and efficient. The décor makes the place feel very grand and a little bit special. Our room was great and we got a complimentary upgrade which was a lovely surprise! Super king bed was a bonus and the bathroom was almost as big as the rest of the room! Breakfast was a fairly standard affair, nothing stand-out but nothing bad either. We ate out the previous night so can't comment on the restaurant for other meals. All in all a great night away and made to feel special both by the staff and the building itself.
